STATO DELL’ARTE STATE OF THE ART

Le scatole per scarpe attualmente in uso si compongono, come noto, di un contenitore, in cartone sufficientemente rigido, di forma prismatica, aperto superiormente e completo di relativo coperchio, che può essere separato o vincolato al contenitore medesimo. In detta figura, per semplicità di rappresentazione, sono raffigurati in tratteggio solo alcuni elementi relativi alla superficie superiore ed alla superficie inferiore della scatola; in particolare, relativamente alla superficie superiore, sono rappresentate le appendici, 61 , 62, delle porzioni di lembi, 22, 24, costituenti gli elementi di chiusura superiore della scatola e sono inoltre rappresentate in tratteggio le porzioni di lembi, 21 , 23, connesse alle superfìci laterali di testa, 16, 18, mentre, relativamente alla superficie inferiore, sono rappresentate le porzioni di lembi 41 , 43, connesse, anche queste, alle superfici laterali di testa, 16, 18. Bisogna notare che tale figura rappresenta la configurazione ottenibile a seguito di un ribaltamento di tutte le porzioni inferiori sulle rispettive porzioni centrali e del successivo ribaltamento dei due lembi principali esterni, 11, 14, sui lembi centrali 12, 13; il lembo 15, non illustrato in fig.5 per semplicità di rappresentazione, va a collocarsi, in detta operazione, al di sotto del lembo 11 per essere poi a questo incollato, come parimenti vengono incollate le sub-porzioni 45, 46, con le attigue porzioni 41 , 43, previa la loro rotazione di 180° intorno alle rispettive linee di piegatura 47, 48. Le subporzioni 53, 54, sono un prolungamento delle porzioni 51 , 52, le quali, a loro volta, sono vincolate alle porzioni inferiori, 42, 44. Dette porzioni 51, 52 costituiscono, come si osserva in fig.6, un elemento divisorio longitudinale del volume interno della scatola, utile a mantenere separate le due calzature ed evitare, così, possibili danneggiamenti. Ovviamente i vantaggi suddetti rimangono salvaguardati pur apportando a quanto descritto modifiche quali, ad esempio, quelle presenti nella variante realizzativa di fig.7. In questa soluzione, come si può notare anche dall 'osservazione del relativo sviluppo piano di fig.8, la caratteristica della componibilità della scatola in due fasi diverse è assicurata dal fatto che le porzioni inferiori 41 ', 42’, 43’, 44’, 45’, 46’, sono esattamente identiche alle equivalenti porzioni dello sviluppo piano di fig.4, mentre variano le porzioni superiori di chiusura che non influenzano tale caratteristica. Tra queste ultime vi è, come vediamo, un’unica porzione, 22’, destinata a costituire l’elemento di chiusura superiore della scatola, detta porzione 22', avendo dimensioni doppie rispetto a quelle delie porzioni 22, 24, della precedente soluzione. Anche detta porzione unica 22’ è provvista di un’appendice, 61’, atta ad impegnarsi nella cavità che viene a formarsi, al momento di chiusura della scatola, tra le porzioni laterali superiori, 21’, 23’ e la superficie laterale 34’ grazie alla presenza di opportuni incavi sagomati 63’, 64’, in dette porzioni laterali superiori 21’, 23’. Ulteriore variante rispetto alla soluzione di fig.1 o di fig.6 è rappresentata dalla forma delle porzioni 51 ’, 52’ costituenti l’elemento divisorio centrale, conformato, come notiamo in fig.7, in modo semicircolare, o simile. R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1- Box for shoes made of cardboard, plastic or similar semi-rigid material characterized by the fact that it consists of a single succession of flaps (11), (12), (13), (14), (15) in various shapes joined together them by folding, the first and last of said succession of flaps being joined together by gluing, crimping, interlocking or other means, the portions (41), (42), (43), (44), (45) , (46) of said flaps intended to constitute the bottom surface of the box being shaped so as to be partially superimposable and coupled to each other during a first phase of composition of said box to form a structure with two superimposed flaps useful in storage operations and / or transfer, said portions automatically arranging themselves to form the bottom surface of said box following a simple spreading operation of said two overlapping flaps at the time of the final composition of the box in the configuration of normal use. 2- Box for shoes according to the preceding claim characterized by the fact that it comprises an internal dividing element arranged in correspondence with the longitudinal center plane of the box, said dividing element being constituted by at least one portion, (51), (52), of said single succession of flaps. 3- Shoe box according to claim 1 or 2 characterized in that it comprises an upper closure composed of two opposite portions, (22), (24) of said succession of flaps, said portions being provided with appendages (61), (62 ). intended to enter, along the upper longitudinal axis of the box, in openings (63), (64), obtained in two further portions (21), (23), of said flaps arranged at the upper surface of said box. 4- Shoe box according to the preceding claim characterized in that it comprises a handle located centrally in correspondence with said upper surface of the box, said handle being obtained from at least one portion (53), (54), of flaps connected to said at least one portion (51), (52) of said succession of flaps constituting said dividing element. 5- Shoe box according to claim 1 or 2 characterized in that it comprises an upper closure composed of a portion (22 ') of said succession of flaps, said portion (22') being provided with at least one appendix (61 ') designed to enter openings formed between the lateral surface (34 ') opposite the constraint surface of said upper portion (22') and further two portions (21 '), (23') of said flaps arranged in correspondence with the upper surface of said box. 6- Flat development of a shoe box (10), made of cardboard, plastic or similar semi-rigid material characterized in that it comprises flaps (11), (12), (13), (14), (15), variously shaped joined together in succession, said edges being identified by transverse folding lines of said flat development, some of said edges being also divided, by means of longitudinal folding lines, into portions respectively intended to compose the upper surface (21), (22) , (23), (24), the side surfaces (31), (32), (33), (34), and the bottom surface (41), (42), (43), (44), ( 45), (46) of said box (10), the lower portions (42), (44) of two flaps (12), (14) relative to two opposite sides of the box including two lateral sub-portions (45), (46 ) foldable on the relative portions (42), (44), and coupled, by gluing or other, to the lower contiguous portions (41), (43) of the other two flaps (11), (13) relative to the other two opposite sides of the box, said gluing taking place after bending all the lower portions (41), (42), (43), (44) on the respective central portions (31), (32), (33), (34) and the subsequent folding of the side flaps (11), (14) on the central flaps (12), (13), so as to form a structure with two overlapping flaps useful in the storage and transfer phases, and therefore compose, at the time of use, the lower surface of the box in its final configuration by means of a spreading operation of said two superimposed flaps. 7- Flat development of a shoe box according to claim 6 characterized in that the flaps relative to the opposite sides of the box are equal to each other both in their upper portion and in the central portion and in the lower portion. 8- Flat development of a shoe box according to claim 6 or 7 characterized by the fact that two flaps relative to two opposite sides of the box comprise portions (51), (52), (53), (54) intended to compose a partition interior and a handle of said box (10). 9- Flat development of a shoe box according to claim 7 or 8 characterized by! the fact that upper portions (22), (24) of two flaps (12), (14), relative to two opposite sides of the box are shaped so as to compose the closing surface of said box. 10- Flat development of a shoe box according to claim 6 characterized in that the flaps relative to the opposite sides of the box are equal to each other in their central portion and in the lower portion. 11- Flat development of a shoe box according to the previous claim characterized by the fact that an upper portion (22 ') of a flap (12') of said succession of flaps is intended to compose the closing surface of said box. 12- Flat development of a shoe box according to the preceding claim characterized in that said upper portion (22 ') is provided with at least one appendix (61'), the upper portions (21 '), (23') of the two adjacent flaps (11 '), (13') to said flap (12 ') being provided with recesses (63 <1>), (64') shaped so as to form openings between said upper lateral portions, (21 '), (23 ') and the lateral surface (34') opposite the constraint surface of said upper portion (22 '), in said openings by inserting said at least one appendage (61'). 13- Shoe box in cardboard, plastic or similar semi-rigid material, and its flat development, as described and illustrated in the attached drawing tables.
