Description
DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
Pertanto l’elaborato grafico allegato non è stato realizzato in scala ed ha il solo scopo di descrivere grafica In watertight chambers (A), located along the two sides of the boat, immediately above the waterline, there are balloons (B) that can be inflated by one or more pumps (C) with air intake (D) above the main decks. The balloons, made of suitable material and previously anchored to the supporting structure of the hull, are placed deflated and folded, already connected to the inflation system. When the system is put into operation, the external door of the housing is opened and the balloon is pushed outwards already from the first air intake and thus begins to swell up to its maximum size allowed by the resistance of the material with which the balloon is packaged. The inflation of all the balloon equipment at the same time can thus avoid the sinking of the vessel or at least delay it in order to have sufficient time either for the emergency repair of the damage (E) or for waiting for rescue. It is not possible, at this stage of presentation of the idea, to establish either the number of balloons required or their dimensions, as each individual application requires a specific feasibility study for the vessel it is intended for, both in terms of size and size. for the construction techniques of the vessel itself. Therefore, the attached graphic elaboration was not made to scale and has the sole purpose of describing graphics
