Description

La presente invenzione riguarda un dispositivo che, opportunamente adattato alle macchine prepotatrici consente di recuperare durante la fase di prepotatura, il materiale sminuzzato, che attualmente cade a terra e è causa del formarsi di infezioni e malattie per il vigneto. The present invention relates to a device which, suitably adapted to the pre-pruning machines, allows to recover during the pre-pruning phase, the shredded material, which currently falls to the ground and is the cause of the formation of infections and diseases for the vineyard.

TESTO DELLA DESCRIZIONE. TEXT OF THE DESCRIPTION.

Il “recuperatore di sarmenti di vite da prepotatura” da applicare alle macchine prepotatrici semoventi è composto essenzialmente da 8 parti: The "pre-pruning vine pruning recoverer" to be applied to self-propelled pre-pruning machines is essentially composed of 8 parts:

a)ventilatore - soffiante, b)spazzole, c)convogliatore, d)trituratore, e)condotto, f)contenitore, g)sistema di ribaltamento h) sistema di preessiccazione. a) fan - blower, b) brushes, c) conveyor, d) shredder, e) duct, f) container, g) overturning system h) pre-drying system.

In figura 1 sono mostrati gli elementi che costituiscono il sistema nei suoi componenti base. Figure 1 shows the elements that make up the system in its basic components.

Con riferimento alle figure, di seguito sono descritti i singoli elementi: With reference to the figures, the individual elements are described below:

a) Ventilatore - soffiante: può essere di tipo centrifugo o tangenziale e movimentato mediante motore (M) di tipo idraulico o di tipo elettrico; a) Fan - blower: it can be of the centrifugal or tangential type and moved by means of a hydraulic or electric motor (M);

b) Spazzole: come nel caso del ventilatore anch’esse possono essere movimentate mediante motore di tipo idraulico o elettrico. Posizionate dietro i coltelli della macchina prepotatrice consentono di asportare i sarmenti rimasti appesi ai fili del vigneto. Le spazzole devono esser di materiale idoneo da non esser troppo aggressivo per la vite e alla stesso tempo garantire una discreta durata nel tempo; b) Brushes: as in the case of the fan, they can also be moved by means of a hydraulic or electric motor. Positioned behind the knives of the pre-pruning machine, they allow you to remove the vine shoots still hanging from the vineyard threads. The brushes must be of suitable material not to be too aggressive for the screw and at the same time guarantee a fair duration over time;

c) Convogliatore: è la parte del dispositivo dove le potature triturate sono incanalate dal vortice d’aria generato dal ventilatore-soffiante (a) nel trituratore; d) Trituratore: i sarmenti di vite in uscita dalla prepotatrice hanno una pezzature uniforme che dipende dal montaggio dei coltelli. Può capitare però che alcuni tralci di vite riescano per alcuni tratti a passare tra i coltelli e quindi il trituratore ha il compito di uniformare il più possibile la lunghezza del materiale recuperato; c) Conveyor: is the part of the device where the shredded prunings are channeled by the air vortex generated by the fan-blower (a) into the shredder; d) Shredder: the vine shoots coming out of the pre-pruner have a uniform size which depends on the assembly of the knives. However, it may happen that some vine shoots manage to pass between the knives for some stretches and therefore the shredder has the task of making the length of the recovered material as uniform as possible;

e) Condotto: il materiale in uscita dal trituratore mediante tale elemento viene incanalato nel contenitore. A seconda dell’altezza del contenitore il condotto invece che esser un semplice tubo può esser dotato di coclea, movimentata da un motore di tipo idraulico o elettrico; e) Duct: the material leaving the shredder through this element is channeled into the container. Depending on the height of the container, the duct, instead of being a simple tube, can be equipped with an auger, moved by a hydraulic or electric motor;

f) Contenitore: il materiale recuperato viene introdotto nel contenitore, dimensionato per esser alloggiato sulla prepotatrice, in modo da render indipendente la macchina durante le lavorazioni; f) Container: the recovered material is introduced into the container, sized to be housed on the pre-pruner, so as to make the machine independent during processing;

g) Sistema di ribaltamento: il contenitore (f) è dotato di un sistema cerniera pistoni per poter essere ribaltato e permettere così lo scaricamento in un camion o rimorchio agricolo del materiale tritato; g) Tipping system: the container (f) is equipped with a piston hinge system in order to be overturned and thus allow the ground material to be unloaded into a truck or agricultural trailer;

h) Sistema di preessiccazione: nel passaggio aH’intemo del condotto, o all’ interno del contenitore i sarmenti triturati recuperati possono essere essiccati mediante un sistema di preessiccazione che sfrutta l’energia termica prodotta dal motore diesel che movimenta la macchina. h) Pre-drying system: in the passage inside the duct, or inside the container, the shredded shoots recovered can be dried using a pre-drying system that uses the thermal energy produced by the diesel engine that moves the machine.

DESCRIZIONE DEL PROCESSO PROCESS DESCRIPTION

Durante la fase di prepotatura dei vigneti, i sarmenti triturati cadono a terra. Tal dispositivo, oggetto della relazione, opportunamente adattato alla macchina su cui si andrà ad applicare permette di recuperare il materiale triturato e stivarlo in un contenitore in modo tale da poterlo trasportare al di fuori del campo. During the pre-pruning phase of the vineyards, the shredded vine shoots fall to the ground. In alcuni tipi di vitigno, può verificarsi che i sarmenti, parzialmente triturati rimangano appesi ai fili del vigneto. Le spazzole (b) posizionate dietro i coltelli della macchina prepotatrici, ruotanti in senso contrario al senso di marcia consentono di asportare tale materiale. The brushes (b) positioned behind the knives of the pre-pruning machine, rotating in the opposite direction to the direction of travel, allow to remove this material.

Il materiale triturato, espulso dai coltelli a margherita, viene canalizzato nel convogliatore (c). La movimentazione è favorita dal flusso d’aria forzata generata dal ventilatore - soffiante (a) che spinge il materiale nel trituratore (d) dove viene uniformata il più possibile la pezzatura, in base alle caratteristiche richieste dall’utenza finale. In uscita dal trituratore, mediante il condotto (e), la biomasse viene accumulata nel contenitore (f), che può esser di materiali e dimensioni diverse a seconda delle caratteristiche della macchina su cui si andrà a posizionare. Nel passaggio all’intemo del condotto, o all’ interno del contenitore i sarmenti triturati recuperati possono essere essiccati mediante un sistema di preessiccazione (h) che sfrutta l’energia termica prodotta dal motore diesel che movimenta la macchina. 8) Recoverer of pre-pruning vine shoots characterized by any modification or variant of connection in order to be adapted to the different models of pre-pruning machines on the market.

9) Recoverer of pre-pruning vine shoots characterized by any modification obtained by connecting the elements described in letter a) to letter h) in any order and by a simplification, with the simultaneous absence or disjoint of one or more elements described by letter a ) to letter h).

10) Recoverer of pre-pruning vine shoots characterized by any variation in the dimensions and interconnections of the elements described from letter a) to letter h).
