Claims

CLAIMS 1) Simplified closure device for jackets and outerwear in general which is characterized by the fact that it comprises centering means for the correct approach of the flaps of each of the two parts of a jacket, being associated with the external face of a first of said parts, in correspondence with its flap, a first component of a fastening of the "velcro" type and, in proximity to the flap of the external face of said second part, a semi-rigid flap having, on the face capable of overlapping said first part, a second component of said fastening of the "velcro" type, said first and second components being able to couple by simple overlapping, each of said centering means comprising at least a section of tape of a "velcro" type fastening associated with a first end to one of said parts, near the flap, and engageable with the remaining part to cross a ring, integral with the other part of the jacket, and, subsequently to be folded back on itself so as to be coupled by simple overlapping with said first end.

2) Device according to the preceding claim, which is characterized in that said section of tape of a "velcro" type fastening present in each of said centering means is equipped with hooks and slots mixed together.

3) Device, according to the preceding claim, which is characterized by the fact that each of said centering means comprises a tape fixed with said first end to the external face of one of said parts near the flap and having the other free end that can be superimposed to the other part of the jacket, on the free face of said webbing being associated, by means of seams, with said portion of the tape provided with slots and hooks mixed together.

4) Device, according to claim 1, which is characterized by the fact that each of said centering means comprises a tape fixed with said first end to the external face of one of said parts near the flap and having the other free end that can be superimposed to the other part of the jacket, on the free face of said webbing being associated, by means of seams, on said first end a section of ribbon equipped with hooks and on said free end, a section of ribbon equipped with slots.

5) Device according to claim 3 or 4, which is characterized in that each of said free ends of said centering means is, at rest, raised with respect to the contiguous first end.

6) Device according to the preceding claim, which is characterized in that said first end of each of said tapes is fixed to the outer face of one of said parts of the jacket by means of seams.

7) Device, according to the preceding claim, which is characterized in that each ring of said centering means is fixed to said jacket by means of a loop obtained from a strip of fabric which, passing through it, is folded back on itself and is fixed to the jacket by stitching.

8) Device, according to claim 1, which is characterized by the fact that said first component of a "velcro" type fastening is constituted by a portion of tape equipped with hooks and said second component is constituted by a portion of tape equipped with buttonholes.

9) Device, according to claim 1, which is characterized in that said first and said second component are constituted by sections of the same belt provided with hooks and slots mixed together.

10) Device, according to claim 8 or 9, which is characterized by the fact that said first component is fixed on the external face of said first jacket by stitching.

11) Device, according to the preceding claim, which is characterized in that said first component is fixed to said first part parallel to and in proximity to the edge.

12) Device, according to claim 1, which is characterized in that said semi-rigid flap is made of rubber.

13. Device according to the preceding claim, which is characterized in that said second component of said fastening of the "velcro" type is fixed to said flap by sewing.

14) Device, according to one or more of the preceding claims, which is characterized in that it presents a first centering means arranged in correspondence with the area of the junction of the neck of said jacket, a second one in correspondence with the lower end of the same and a third in the central area.

15) Simplified closure device for jackets and outerwear in general according to one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by what is described and illustrated in the attached drawings.
