DESCRIPTION

This patent relates to hedge mowers, garden shredders, shredders and shredders for grass, shoots and pruning residues in general, such as, for example, foliage, stalks and corn, and all other machines capable of crushing products, even in fields of application other than agricultural. In particular, the present patent relates to a new trolley for shredding or mowing or grass cutting machines or operating or tractors in general, for the collection, storage, transport and transshipment of material. Shredders are known, commonly used in the agricultural field, adapted to be towed by a tractor to cut the vegetable residues of pre-existing crops and pruning residues generally lying on the ground.

Such shredding machines comprise at least one rotor shaft to which one or more cutting and shredding members are fixed, directly or indirectly.

Chopping residues are usually left on the ground itself.

Mowing machines are also known, adapted to be towed by a tractor and comprising one or more rotors with blades for mowing the grass.

Mowing and shredding residues must be subsequently collected, transported and accumulated for their subsequent management, disposal or reuse.

The subject of the present patent is a new type of trolley for shredding or mowing machines or operating machines in general, for the transport of material. The aim of the present invention is to directly collect the material cut from the ground, such as grass, shoots, stalks, corn, etc., during the shredding or mowing operations.

Another object of the present invention is to transport the material.

Another object of the present invention is that of being able to lift or move the material, facilitating the operations of collection, unloading and management in general, having suitable moving members.

Another object of the present invention is that of being able to transport and lift people as well, to facilitate certain jobs, such as pruning.

These and other direct and complementary purposes are achieved by the new trolley for shredding or mowing or operating machines in general, for the transport of material, comprising in its main parts a frame with wheels adapted to be associated at the rear to an operating machine or to an accessory for attachment to a tractor, at least one surface for supporting containers or boxes of material in general and devices for translating said surface in one or more directions.

Said plane can for example comprise at least one pair of horizontal forks.

It is envisaged that said trolley comprises in particular devices for lifting / lowering said plane and devices for translating said plane in a direction preferably transverse to the direction of advancement.

According to a first embodiment, said trolley is adapted to transport containers or boxes of the material removed from the ground by said shredding or mowing machine or operating machine in general.

Said caissons or containers are placed on said plane, and said trolley comprises means or devices for conveying the material removed by said machine into said caissons or containers.

Said caissons or containers can in turn comprise walls in rigid panels or walls in metal or plastic mesh, rigid or flexible, and one or more doors, upper, lateral and / or lower, for loading and unloading the material, for example placed on the bottom of said caissons.

Alternatively, said caissons or containers can be made of flexible nets or bags.

In the preferred solution, said container can be applied directly or indirectly to said trolley and comprises walls with rigid edges and a plastic or metal mesh that allows the aeration of the material, speeding up its drying and preventing the proliferation of molds.

This container is also preferably of the stackable type so as to act as a warehouse for the collected material and can also be used independently, in combination with known shredding machines, chippers and shredders.

Said edges of the container walls are preferably removable, so as to be able to obtain, once removed, a net collection bag of the shredded product. According to a further embodiment, said trolley also comprises devices suitable for pressing said material deposited on said plane and / or in said caissons or containers.

This solution is particularly effective for trolleys applied on mowing machines, where the grass, cut by the machine, is conveyed into one or more of said bins or containers or onto said surface.

According to an embodiment, said containers comprise a bottom, side walls, a roof and a mobile compaction plane, horizontal or vertical, suitable for compressing the material inside the container and translatable by means of one or more actuators, for example pneumatic or hydraulic pistons.

In one embodiment, said compacting plane is horizontal and arranged between said bottom and said roof. Said containers are placed on said plane of the trolley and said horizontal compaction plane is constrained to the frame of the trolley at a predetermined raised height.

By operating the mowing machine, the mowed grass is fed into the container, and, to compact the grass, said containers are raised by means of said platform lifting means or devices, compressing the grass against said constrained compaction surface.

By lowering the surface and therefore also the container, it is possible to add more mowed grass, thus progressively creating a bale that can finally be unloaded, for example into a truck, by lifting and then moving the surface and opening a lower or side door of the trolley. .

It is also possible to provide that said container comprises, mounted on the bottom, a conveyor belt or means for moving the material deposited thereon, for example unloading it from a side door.

It is envisaged that said trolley can alternatively be coupled to a tractor by means of an accessory such as an arch with a third point.

According to a further embodiment, said surface is adapted to support and lift at least one person or comprises at least a platform for supporting and transporting one or more persons.

Said trolley can therefore be effectively used for pruning operations where the operator must be lifted to reach for example the highest branches.

Said trolley can also be effectively used to pack and transport any other type of material, such as waste or debris in general, including solid urban waste, materials from the separate collection of paper, cardboard, wood, cellulosic material in general, plastic, etc. Said trolley can also be effectively used for transporting containers of liquids, said tanks being equipped with loading and unloading mouths.

The characteristics of the new trolley will be better clarified by the following description with reference to the drawing tables, attached by way of non-limiting example.

The new trolley (C) is able to be installed or associated at the rear to shredding or mowing or operating machines (M) in general, in turn able to be towed by a tractor through a hitch (MI), for example with three points, and equipped with a power take-off (M2) to the tractor.

In particular, said trolley (C) comprises a frame (Cl) equipped with suitable attachment devices (C2) to said operating machine, as shown in Figure 1.

Said trolley (C) is particularly suitable for transporting material coming from said operating machine (M), for example grass, shoots, stalks, corn, etc.

Said trolley (C) also comprises, mounted on said frame (Cl), wheels (R) for transport, at least one surface (P) for supporting containers (B) for material in general and means or devices (D, E) to translate said plane (P) in one or more directions (Z, Y).

It can be envisaged that said plane (P) comprises one or more pairs of forks (PI) adapted to be associated with the bottom (B1) of said containers (B).

In the preferred solution, said trolley (C) comprises at least one device (D) for lifting / lowering said plane (P), i.e. for the translation of said plane (P) in a substantially orthogonal direction (Z) to the ground, i.e. substantially vertical.

Said lifting / lowering device (D) is preferably mounted in the rear part of the trolley (C) and comprises for example catenaries or belts connected to motorized wheels.

Said trolley (C) can also preferably also comprise at least one device (E) for the translation of said plane (P) on the plane (XY) parallel to the ground, schematically represented in figure 3.

In the preferred embodiment, said translation device (E) is able to move said plane (P) in a direction (Y) transversal with respect to the direction of advancement of the tractor, ie laterally.

Said translation device (E) comprises for example at least one actuator (El), hydraulic or pneumatic, mounted on said frame (Cl) of the trolley and insisting on said plane (P) in said transversal direction (Y). Basically, said plane (P) can be raised, lowered and moved out of shape, that is, laterally translated by one or both parts with respect to said operating machine (M).

On said plane (P) of said trolley (C) one or more of said caissons or containers (B) for containing material are placed and constrained.

In the solution of figures 3 and 3a, said caissons or containers (B) have a substantially parallelepiped shape, with one or more walls (B2) in rigid panels or metal mesh and one or more doors or openings (B3, B4) for loading and / or the unloading of the material.

For example, the body or container (B) comprises at least one loading door or opening (B3) located in its upper part, for example on a side wall (B2) and, preferably, at least one unloading door (B4), for example example on the bottom (Bl) or on a side wall (B2).

In the solution of Figure 3a, the walls (B2) of said container (B) comprise a rigid frame (B7) and a plastic or metal mesh (B21), or any other material, rigid or flexible.

At least the upper edges (B71) of said frame (B7) of the container (B) are shaped so that said container (B) can be stacked with other similar containers (B).

Said frame (B7) is also preferably removable, so as to be able to obtain, once removed, a collection bag of the shredded material formed by said nets (B21).

Said trolley (C) also preferably comprises one or more conveyors (A) of the material removed by said machine into said caissons or containers (B).

Said conveyor (A) comprises a substantially curved duct open at the ends (A1, A2) respectively adapted to be connected to said operating machine (M), at the outlet of the removed material, and to said caisson or container (B), in correspondence of said loading door or opening (B3).

According to a further embodiment, said carriage (C) is particularly adapted to be associated with a mowing machine, for mowing the grass.

In said solution, represented in figure 4, said containers (B) comprise a bottom (B1), side walls (B2), a roof (B5) and a horizontal compaction plane (G) arranged between said roof (B5) and said bottom (B 1) and translating between them.

Said compacting plane (G) is adapted to compress the material which is introduced into the container (B) through said side door or opening (B3).

One or more of said containers (B) are placed on said plane (P) of the trolley (C), while said compaction plane (G) is constrained to the frame (Cl) of the trolley (C) at a predefined raised height.

For example, said compaction plane (G) comprises at least one rod (Gl) integral with the compaction plane (G) itself, with ends (G2) protruding laterally from the container, and where said ends (G2) are able to be blocked at a predefined height, for example by means of bars (C3) integral with said frame (Cl) of the trolley.

Said lifting / lowering devices (D) of the plane (P) lift the plane (P) itself and therefore said containers (B), compressing the material deposited therein against said compaction plane (G) constrained, thus pressing the material.

In the solution of figure 6, said compaction plane (G), arranged horizontally or vertically inside the box (A) itself, is able to be moved by means of one or more actuators (G3) insisting on said plane (G) itself and also arranged inside the box (B).

For example, said actuators, comprising hydraulic or pneumatic pistons, are mounted between said compaction plane (G) and the bottom (Bl) of the container (B) and, in order to compact the material, they are contracted, while in the rest position the compaction plane (G) is brought into a position parallel to and close to the roof (B5) of the container (B). It is envisaged that on the bottom (B1) of said container (B) there is mounted a conveyor belt (F) or other means and devices able to move the material in the direction, for example transversal (Y), to unload it laterally after having adequately pressed it, to example from a side door (B6). It is envisaged that said containers (B) or caissons can be transhipped from said trolley (C) to a trailer or truck or other means or moved by forklift or crane or other.

It is also envisaged that said containers (B) or caissons, loaded on the trolley (C), can be used to load in turn the material coming from the operating machine (M) onto other containers (B) or similar caissons placed on another trailer. , using said conveyor belt (F) mounted on the bottom of the container (B).

These are the schematic modalities sufficient for the skilled person to realize the invention, consequently, in concrete application there may be variations without prejudice to the substance of the innovative concept.
