Si aggiunge sale a piacimento e noce moscata. In questa fase si può insaporire con estratti o erbe aromatiche. Con un mestolo si versa la pastetta in una teglia per uno spessore di circa 7 - 8 millimetri, ponendo il tutto in forno a 250 - 350 gradi centigradi a seconda della rapidità di esecuzione che si vuole raggiungere. In circa 5 minuti sì ottiene una sfoglia dello spessore di circa 5 - 6 millimetri, che si presenta sulla parte superiore bianca cosparsa di fori a forma di cratere e sulla parte inferiore dorata e ruvida. Internamente é omogenea, bianca e contiene ancora acqua perché non cotta totalmente. Questa sfoglia tagliata a quadri o rettangoli posta in acqua calda in pentola é pronta in 2 o 3 minuti per essere condita con salse varie. E’ molto gustosa, gradevole e di facile masticazione. Si può inoltre preparare più sfoglie insieme, in quanto, dopo preparazione in forno, si conserva a lungo. Come si vede l'attuazione del processo di preparazione non occorrono più di quindici minuti. La pasta TASTE - ROLL é un prodotto di facilissima realizzazione, non occorre nessuna maestria, é molto più gustosa e di gradevole masticazione. Le superfici della sfoglia ruvida da una parte e cosparsa di crateri dall’altra migliorano la ritenzione dei sughi o salse, esaltandone la gradevolezza.
