Description

DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

dell’invenzione industriale dal titolo: of the industrial invention entitled:

"Process for manufacturing a pure cashmere textile article."

The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a textile article in pure cashmere, be it a fabric proper or a knitted fabric or a Jersey fabric.

Cashmere is notoriously a precious material that is in great demand by a high level clientele.

At the same time it is also a material which in its pure state and with a fineness higher than a certain maximum value has a mechanical resistance so low as to make it impossible to weave.

The known technique, as described in patent application No. MI98A000899 of 28 April 1998 in the name of the applicant, provides that a vegetable support yarn, such as cotton, is added to a very thin cashmere yarn, such as cotton, which is then eliminated with a devouring operation by means of an acid-developing salt.

The devouring does not allow to completely eliminate the residues of the vegetable thread when working in the selvedge.

Furthermore, the use of a vegetable reinforcement yarn involves supply and cost problems.

In view of the state of the art described, the object of the present invention is that of realizing a process which allows to obtain a high-purity pure cashmere textile article at a low price.

In accordance with the present invention, this object is achieved by means of a process characterized by the fact that it comprises the following processes in succession: (a) association of first pure cashmere fibers with second fibers of material dissolvable in a slightly acidic liquid solution at high temperature; (b) weaving of the obtained association; (c) dissolution of said second fibers by means of a slightly acid liquid solution at high temperature.

Preferably, said second fibers of material dissolvable in acid liquid solution at high temperature consist of synthetic fibers.

Furthermore, said association is preferably obtained by doubling a pure cashmere yarn with a synthetic fiber yarn.

The characteristics and advantages of the present invention will become evident from the following detailed description of a practical embodiment thereof, illustrated by way of non-limiting example in the accompanying drawings, in which:

la figura 1 mostra un filo binato di cashmere e filo sintetico prima della tessitura; figure 1 shows a combined yarn of cashmere and synthetic yarn before weaving;

la figura 2 mostra una porzione di armatura di tela ottenuta per tessitura di fili binati come quello di fig. 1 ; Figure 2 shows a portion of plain weave obtained by weaving coupled yarns such as that of fig. 1;

Figure 3 shows the same portion of the cloth after the dissolution operation has been carried out.

The cashmere yarn can have a variable count from 50,000 Nm to 120,000 Nm, a dimension beyond which the cashmere yarn has sufficient tenacity to allow it to be woven without any support yarn. According to a currently preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cashmere yarn used has a count of 80,000 Nm.

The synthetic fiber yarn can be of the type known by the trade name

L'operazione di binatura viene effettuata in senso contrario a quello del The doubling operation is carried out in the opposite direction to that of

singolo filo, ossia con torsione S. single strand, i.e. with S twist.

Il filo binato 3 cosi ottenuto viene sottoposto ad un'operazione di tessitura The combined yarn 3 thus obtained is subjected to a weaving operation

secondo la tecnica nota, per esempio per ottenere un'armatura di tela come according to the known art, for example to obtain a cloth armor such as

quella mostrata in figura 2. the one shown in figure 2.

Other types of weave are usable, such as Batavia 2/2, Saghe, etc., up to Jacquard. It is also possible to provide a knitted or jersey weave.

The synthetic yarn is eliminated in a slightly acid liquid solution, with a pH between 4 and 4.5, when the temperature of the solution reaches 85 ° C through a defined dissolving operation.

This is made possible thanks to the dissolving characteristics that Kuralon K-II presents.

Said synthetic material does not leave any type of residue on the fabric obtained even if it is worked in selvedge, thus guaranteeing much higher quality standards than those that could be obtained with known techniques.

The fabric thus obtained is then subjected to dyeing processing, for example comprising purge in a neutral bath for 10 min at 80 ° C, dyeing with acid colors for 100 min at 80 ° C and fulling with enzymatic wet detergents at room temperature for 25 min. .

Infine l'articolo così ottenuto viene asciugato e passato a vapore. Finally the article thus obtained is dried and steamed.

It is clear that the process described above is characterized by two fundamental operations, that of associating cashmere fiber with synthetic fibers, and that of dissolving these synthetic fibers by means of a slightly acid liquid solution at a high temperature.

The association of the two types of fibers is preferably carried out with an operation of doubling a cashmere yarn with a synthetic yarn, as previously described with reference to the drawings.

Alternatively, a preventive blend of the two materials not yet spun can be used.
