DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
The present utility model relates to seat cushions, in particular to a seat cushion which provides a cooling sensation to a person sitting on it.
Conventional seat cushions have no cooling function. In the summer, people, eg. drivers, who have to sit on seats for a long time, imperatively feel hot in the back and lower back even in air-conditioned environments. An attempt was made to provide a motion of air that flows through the inside of the seat cushion, in order to provide a sensation of refreshment or warmth to the person sitting on it. This expedient is known from US Patent No. 4853992. However, the heat exchange occurs only by conduction by contact and, therefore, with a modest cooling effect and low efficiency of the apparatus.
SOMMARIO DEL MODELLO DI UTILITÀ SUMMARY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The primary objective of this utility model is to provide a seat cushion with improved cooling effect and higher efficiency of the apparatus.
In accordance with the utility model, a seat cushion is provided, comprising a cushion body, a cooling tube which allows the coolant to flow inside, a regulating valve and a butterfly device both connected to said tube. wherein said cooling tube is placed on said pillow body, and said cooling tube has two ends which can be connected with the existing compressor and heat exchanger of the external cooling system. In this way, a cooling cycle circuit can be formed where said cooling tube functions as an evaporator. During cooling, the refrigerant that must be evaporated inside the cooling tube extracts heat from the outside and, therefore, provides an improved cooling effect to the person sitting on it with a higher efficiency of the apparatus. Furthermore, the present utility model is simple to build using the existing cooling system of the external environment and therefore suitable for low-cost mass production.

FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating the cooling cycle circuit of a second embodiment of the seat cushion in accordance with the present utility model.
DESCRIZIONE DETTAGLIATA DELLA FORMA DI ESECUZIONE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FORM OF IMPLEMENTATION
PREFERITA FAVORITE
With reference to FIG. 1, a seat cushion in accordance with the present utility model comprises a cushion body in the form of an envelope (not shown), a cooling tube 1, a support frame 2, an adjustment valve 3 and a device butterfly 4 (capillary tube).
The support frame 2 can be made of plastic, rubber or other suitable material. Grooves are located on the support frame 2. By adapting the width of the grooves to the outside diameter of the cooling pipe 1, the cooling pipe 1 is therefore fixed within the grooves on the support frame 2. Conventional refrigerant pipes are made of metal, while in this case the material of the cooling pipe 1 is preferably polyvinyl plastic, since it can withstand cold, pressure and oil, and has adequate thermal conductivity. The body of the pillow is wrapped around the outside of the support frame 2. The material of the body of the pillow can be cotton, fibers and other compositions suitable for blocking the humidity of the outside air, so as to prevent it from seriously condensing. on the surface of the cooling pipe 1.
The cooling pipe 1 has two ends, such as the inlet 11 and the outlet 12. The inlet 1 is connected to the exhaust pipe of the heat exchanger 7 of the external refrigeration system. Downstream of the inlet 11, the control valve 3 and the butterfly device 4 are installed. The control valve 3 can be either a mechanical or electromagnetic valve, which works to control the cooling temperature by controlling the flow of the refrigerant. The outlet 12 of the cooling pipe 1 is connected with the intake pipe of the compressor 6 of the external refrigeration system.
During cooling, the refrigerant, which has been discharged from the compressor 6 and has become a gas having a high temperature with high pressure, enters the heat exchanger 7 where the gaseous refrigerant exchanges heat with the external environment, thus being condensed and liquefied. The liquefied refrigerant passes through the regulating valve 3 and then enters the butterfly device 4, thus being decompressed and becoming a refrigerant liquid having a low temperature with low pressure. After that, the refrigerant liquid enters the cooling pipe 1, carries out the heat exchange with the pillow body, thus being evaporated, and returns to the compressor 1. In this way, during the cooling, the cooling cycle is formed. refrigeration, and as a result the pillow is cooled.
With reference to fig. 2, in the second embodiment of this utility model, the control valve is a reversing valve with four 3 'openings. The four openings are indicated respectively with the numbers 31, 32, 33 and 34. The openings 31 and 33 are connected respectively with the discharge and intake pipe of the compressor 6 ', the opening 32 is connected with the intake pipe of the heat exchanger 7 ', and the opening 34 is connected to the outlet 12' of the cooling tube 1 '. During cooling, the opening 31 is connected only to the opening 32 and the opening 33 is connected only to the opening 34, the refrigerant flows forward (enters the inlet 11 'and discharges from the outlet 12' of the pipe cooling tube 1 '), therefore the cooling tube 1' works as an evaporator, and the body of the pillow is cooled. During heating, the opening 31 is connected only to the opening 34, and the opening 32 is connected only to the door 33, the refrigerant flows in the opposite direction, therefore the cooling pipe 1 'functions as a condenser, and the body of the cushion is heated. In this case, the cooling tube 1 'can be made of metal, rubber or other suitable material that can withstand both cold and heat.
The present utility model may further comprise a compressor, a heat exchanger and a refrigerant tube.In this case, the two ends of the cooling tube can be connected to the stand-alone compressor and to the exchanger to form a refrigeration cycle circuit by connecting said compressor and said heat exchanger with said refrigerant tube, so as to be used in an environment without a refrigeration system.
