La presente invenzione riguarda i piani di cottura, ed in particolare un piano di cottura con griglie di supporto ad aggancio rapido. The present invention relates to cooking hobs, and in particular a cooking hob with quick-coupling support grids.

Come è noto, un piano di cottura di qualsiasi forma e dimensione, sia esso integrato in una cucina a gas od incassato in un piano di lavoro, è dotato di griglie di supporto per sostenere le pentole sopra i fuochi. Tali griglie possono essere singole, cioè una per ogni fuoco, o più comunemente doppie e può addirittura essere prevista un'unica griglia per tutti i fuochi. Una caratteristica essenziale per una griglia è la stabilità, ossia la capacità di sostenere efficacemente qualsiasi tipo di contenitore di cottura anche quando .fosse collocato in posizione decentrata. A tafle scopo, le griglie tradizionali hanno forma sostanzialmente rettangolare e coprono in pratica l'intera superficie del pianale, sul quale poggiano tramite piedini ricevuti in apposite sedi di riferimento e centraggio. Questa soluzione rende assai facile la rimozione delle griglie per la pulizia del piano di cottura, ma pone severi vincoli di forma e dimensione alle griglie per potere assicurare un'adeguata stabilità. Inoltre, il loro peso ed ingombro le rende poco maneggevoli durante le operazioni di pulizia. Un'alternativa meno comune è quella di fissare le griglie al pianale del piano di cottura mediante viti che si impegnano in fori filettati ricavati nel pianale. Questa soluzione permette di avere griglie meno vincolate nella forma ma con altri inconvenienti derivanti dall'uso delle viti, a cominciare da maggiori costi di produzione ed assemblaggio. In particolare, diventa assai poco pratica l'operazione di rimozione delle griglie per la pulizia del piano di cottura che ha luogo con frequenza pressoché giornaliera. È infatti necessario svitare le griglie dal pianale e successivamente riavvitarle al termine delle operazioni, il che comporta non solo una sensibile perdita di tempo ma anche il rischio che qualche vite abbia notevole difficoltà a svitarsi. Ciò risulta dalle difficili condizioni in cui operano le viti, soggette a ripetuti cicli di riscaldamento e raffreddamento nonché esposte a liquidi, vapori ed all'accumulo di vari tipi di sporco. Ne consegue che l'eventualità di un grippaggio non è remota e può costituire un notevole problema in fase di smontaggio delle griglie. Tale scopo viene conseguito per mezzo di un piano di cottura dotato di sottosquadri, ricavati per imbutitura del pianale, per l'aggancio delle griglie tramite corrispondenti piedini. Il vantaggio fondamentale di tale piano di cottura è quello di avere stabili griglie facilmente montabili ed amovibili, pur essendo libere da specifici vincoli di forma e dimensione. Facendo riferimento alle suddette figure, si vede che un piano di cottura secondo l'invenzione comprende per ogni fuoco una griglia singola 1 (una sola illustrata) costituita da un anello troncoconico 2 sul quale sono fissate quattro razze 3, 3' che sono equidistanti e sagomate a V in modo da avere un bordo d'appoggio superiore orizzontale. Due razze 3' contrapposte presentano un piedino inferiore 4 che sporge attraverso l'anello 2, mentre le altre due razze 3 sono fissate a filo dell'anello 2. Le forze di reazione R1 ed R2 degli agganci, rispettivamente dallo stesso lato e dal lato opposto al peso P, hanno invece rispettivi bracci B ed A+B che permettono di compensare l'azione di P con reazioni modeste. In particolare, l'esatta forma e dimensione delle griglie 1 può essere variata liberamente secondo le esigenze del caso, variando il numero di razze 3, 3' ed anche la posizione dei piedini 4 che possono anche essere non in corrispondenza delle razze. Sarebbe infatti possibile applicare il tipo di soluzione illustrata anche a griglie rettangolari multiple, ricavando i sottosquadri 7 non in prossimità dei fuochi ma lungo i margini del pianale 5. Inoltre, i piedini 4 potrebbero essere in posizione non esattamente contrapposta e/o in numero maggiore di due. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Cooking surface comprising one or more burners arranged on a platform (5), as well as one or more support grids (1) to support the pots above said burners, characterized in that each of said one or more grids (1) it is provided with at least two feet (4) adapted to snap into corresponding undercuts (7) obtained in said platform (5).

2. Cooking hob according to claim 1, characterized in that the feet (4) and the relative undercuts (7) are two and located in opposite positions.

Cooktop according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that each fire corresponds to a single grill (1) hooked into undercuts (7) formed in proximity to the fire.

4. Cooking hob according to claim 3, characterized in that each grill (1) consists of a truncated cone ring (2) on which four spokes (3, 3 ') are fixed which are equidistant and V-shaped so as to having a horizontal upper support edge, the hooking feet (4) being obtained at the lower end of two of these spokes (3 ') so as to protrude below through said ring (2).

5. Hob according to claim 4, characterized in that in correspondence with each fire the hob (5) has a raised portion in which a lowered circular seat (6) is made, suitable for receiving the ring (2), undercuts (7) being located along said seat (6).

Cooktop according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the undercuts (7) are obtained by drawing the surface (5) with a minimum play with respect to the hooking feet (4) they are intended to receive.
