DESCRIZIONE del modello industriale DESCRIPTION of the industrial model
Il presente trovato ha per oggetto un gruppo di elementi in laterizio coordinabili per l'ottenimento di pareti edili e pareti così ottenute The present invention relates to a group of brick elements which can be coordinated to obtain building walls and walls thus obtained
Research is also ongoing in the construction field in order to improve products so that they are increasingly advantageous and easy to use.
The aim of the present invention is therefore to formulate a solution to the above technical problem.
In other words, the object of the present invention consists in providing a group of coordinated brick elements for the simplified and therefore rapid obtaining of both straight and corner insulated building walls without, for both cases, it being necessary to cut the elements and therefore without production of scraps or with the maximum saving of material and time. These objects are achieved by a group of brick elements which can be coordinated to obtain walls according to claim 1 as well as by the wall according to claim 8.
During the construction of a rectilinear wall, the concavity having the same shape and size as that of each of said arms can be fully occupied by the protruding part of these so that the opposite surfaces of the wall are always perfectly parallel and the elements perfectly linked. Finally, since there is no need to divide the elements, there is a saving both in construction times and in materials. In the case of a corner wall, the space of the cavity left empty by the "U" element arranged perpendicular to the others is totally occupied by either a second or a third element. Also in this case, since it is not necessary to cut the elements, both construction times and material are saved. The dependent claims relate to further characteristics and / or alternative embodiments of the invention.
The invention is illustrated by way of example only, but not limiting, in the figures of the attached drawing tables.
Figure 1 is a plan view of a first element with a perforated structure of the group of elements according to the invention.
Figure 2 is a plan view of a second element with a perforated structure of the group of elements according to the invention.
Figure 3 is a plan view of a third element with a perforated structure of the group of elements according to the invention.
Figure 4 is a plan view of a wall comprising rectilinear portions and an angled portion in a first embodiment.
Figure 5 is a plan view of a wall comprising straight portions and an angled portion in a second embodiment.
With reference to the aforementioned figures, the group of coordinable brick elements comprises an element having a parallelepiped "U" shape in plan, generally indicated with 1, and at least one further parallelepiped element having the shape of the concavity 2 of the first element 1 and therefore insertable in said concavity 2 so as to completely occupy it. This feature makes it possible to create walls: a first and a second, generally indicated with 3 and 4 respectively in figures 4 and 5. In the particular case exemplified, the first element 1 is formed by a pair of identical parallel arms 5 and an interposed portion of connection 6. Overall, the element 1 has a parallelepiped "U" shape in which the concavity 2 has the same shape and size as that of each of said arms 5. The first brick element 1 preferably has a perforated structure thus presenting chambers of air 7 which extend parallel to the lateral surface 8 of greater extension of said first element 1. The air chambers 7 are arranged in groups. In the exemplified case, a group 7A belongs to an arm 5, another group 7B to the remaining arm 5 and further two groups 7C and 7D to the connection portion 6.
The connecting portion 6 comprises a groove 9 on the external surface 10 facing towards the inside of the concavity 2 which allows the operator's finger to be housed during the construction of the walls 3, 4 which provide for the close and concatenated juxtaposition of the elements 1. The groove 9 also has the function of decreasing the heat loss due to the central partition 11 since when it is inside the wall it creates an air chamber which lengthens the path of heat that crosses the wall at that point.
Il secondo elemento 13 ha le camere >In the exemplified case, the unit 1 comprises, instead of just one, two further brick elements with a perforated structure: a second 12 and a third 13 which differ in the arrangement of the air chambers 14 and 15 respectively. The second element 12 has air chambers 14 equal to, and arranged as those 7A, 7B of the arms 5 of the first element 1. The second element 13 has the chambers>
The structure of the first 12 and of the second 13 element allow to rationalize the structure of the dies to obtain the group of elements in brick according to the invention. Preferably, the air chambers 7A-7D, 14-15 have the shape of an elongated parallelogram with dimensions such as to give the brick elements 1, 12 and 13 a drilling percentage of less than or equal to 45%, so as to achieve a good compromise between the contrasting needs of lightness, strength and insulating characteristics.
As can be seen from Figures 2 and 3, the two further brick elements 12 and 13 differ from each other by the number and arrangement of the air chambers 14 and 15. In this way, when constructing any wall , see for example those illustrated in Figures 4 and 5 it is always possible to arrange all the air chambers 7A-7D, 14-15 perpendicular to the thermal flow that crosses the wall itself. Each wall obtained from the coordinated composition of the elements 1, 12 and 13 therefore has optimal thermal insulation characteristics for the same material. Tests and experiments have shown that, in a "U" -shaped element having a maximum overall dimensions of 452 mm x 224 mm, an excellent thermal insulation has been obtained with air chambers having a thickness '' s "not exceeding 12 mm. in this way it is possible to have enough of them perpendicularly to the direction "F" of the thermal flow which, for example, affects walls 3 and 4.
From the analysis of figures 4 and 5 it can be seen that the rectilinear portions of the walls 3 and 4 are obtained by arranging the first adjacent elements 1 so as to form two parallel and concatenated rows, that is, so that the concavities 2 of the first elements 1 arranged on one of the rows are occupied by the projecting portion of the arms 5 of the first elements 1 arranged along the remaining row. The angled wall portions are instead obtained by arranging the arm 5 of a first element 1 belonging to a row in the concavity 2 of the first element 1 belonging to the remaining row. The gaps that form between the two rows are filled with the second 12 and third 13 elements arranged so that the air chambers 14 and 15 are perpendicular to the heat flow that crosses the walls, arrow "F", i.e. they extend parallel to the major surfaces of the two wall portions converging to form the corner.
