Abstract
E' descritto un dispositivo di ancoraggio per pali o simili, in cui i pali sono atti in particolare a sostenere segnali stradali. Il dispositivo di ancoraggio comprende un profilato cavo di forma tubolare che presenta una parte sporgente verso l'esterno (2) di sezione sostanzialmente rettangolare ed un dispositivo di bloccaggio (6, 8) che è inseribile nella parte sporgente (2). Dal brevetto tedesco DE-PS 1684640 sono noti dei supporti con accoppiamento a baionetta per pali a sezione tubolare i quali sono fissati con una spina opportuna. Questi supporti ed il relativo sistema di sostegno e di bloccaggio sono complicati nella costruzione e presentano tolleranze strette, per cui la loro funzione viene rapidamente compromessa dall’ossidazione o dalla corrosione, oppure anche da deformazioni anche solo minime del palo inserito. Nella figura 1 è rappresentato il profilato cavo del dispositivo di ancoraggio secondo l’invenzione. Tale profilato è sostanzialmente di forma cilindrica e presenta una parte sporgente 2 avente una sezione sostanzialmente rettangolare. Il profilato cavo presenta lateralmente delle sporgenze di ancoraggio 4 che, nell’esempio rappresentato, sono conformate come alette. In queste alette sono praticati dei fori 5, attraverso i quali possono essere inseriti per esempio dei ferri per armatura che impediscano l’estrazione del profilato cavo da un basamento di calcestruzzo o simili. Secondo il dettaglio A della figura 2 rappresentato nella figura 3, la superficie esterna del profilato cavo 1 è irruvidita, in particolare scanalata. Nella posizione inserita, il cuneo secondo la figura 5A si restringe verso l’alto. Col cuneo esterno 8, che è rappresentato nelle figure da 4A a 4C, il cuneo interno 6 viene spinto contro il palo in modo da bloccarlo. Il cuneo esterno 8 presenta sulla sua parte superiore dei fori 7 che, quando il cuneo viene battuto verso il basso, restano al di sopra del bordo superiore del profilato cavo 1. Questi fori servono per l’estrazione del cuneo esterno, tirando o battendo, quando il palo 9 deve essere estratto dal dispositivo di ancoraggio. I cunei 6,8 sono costituiti preferibilmente di un materiale anticorrosione e un po’ elastico, preferìbilmente di nailon. La loro superficie può essere leggermente irruvidita in modo da aumentare l’attrito dei cunei tra loro e con la superficie interna del profilato cavo 1 e del palo inserito 9 rispettivamente; si ottiene cosi che il bloccaggio tramite i cunei non si allenta da solo o in seguito a scuotimenti del terreno. These holes are used to extract the external wedge, by pulling or beating, when the pole 9 has to be extracted from the anchoring device. The wedges 6,8 are preferably made of an anti-corrosion and somewhat elastic material, preferably nylon. Their surface can be slightly roughened in order to increase the friction of the wedges with each other and with the internal surface of the hollow section 1 and of the inserted pole 9 respectively; it is thus obtained that the locking by means of the wedges does not loosen by itself or following shaking of the ground.
