Nella realizzazione di fig. 1 sono presenti tre piedi di appoggio 1, che sono vincolati, ad esempio mediante incollatura, ad un elemento piano 7 che funge da piano di ricevimento del carico (non mostrato). Il foglio viene quindi piegato lungo le linee 12 che definiscono la parete di fondo 13 (fase C), quindi si applicano gli elementi (3, 4 o 5) di rinforzo della struttura (fase D) e si ripiegano le alette 10 verso l'interno dell'involucro 2 parzialmente formato (fase E). I lembi superiori 15 vengono infine ripiegati e vincolati l'uno all'altro (fasi F e G) per completare la formazione dell'elemento di appoggio 1, il quale verrà quindi vincolato o meno ad un piano 7 di ricevimento del carico a seconda delle necessità. Come si può notare, le varie fasi ricalcano quelle mostrate nella fig. 4, con la differenza che nella fase D si vincola al fondo 13 un maggior numero di elementi di rinforzo 3-5, distanziandoli fra loro in modo da ottenere comunque un pallet a quattro vie, che in questo caso risulta avere due piani, e cioè il fondo 13 ed il piano costituito dai lembi ripiegati 15. Quest'ultimo giungerà da piano di ricevimento del carico, che, nella realizzazione di fig. 4 è invece costituito .dal foglio 7. Procedimento per la produzione di un supporto tipo pallet secondo una delle rivendicazioni da 1 a 8, caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere le seguenti fasi : fustellare e cordonare un foglio in cartone od analogo materiale ricavando almeno due coppie di alette ripiegabili nonché una pluralità di linee di cordonatura definenti almeno una parete di fondo, due pareti laterali e due lembi superiori ripiegabili; applicare un collante su almeno una porzione di detto fondo e di detti lembi superiori; posizionare una pluralità di elementi di rinforzo sul detto fondo, vincolandoli allo stesso mediante detto collante; ripiegare i detti lembi superiori vincolandoli tra loro e/o ai detti elementi di rinforzo; e ripiegare internamente le dette alette fustellate per ottenere alloggiamenti per forchette di carrelli elevatori. 9.
