The top plate 1, the bottom plate 2, the outer supporting columns 4 and the middle supporting columns 3 of the tray are all made of wood-plastic materials, and the tray is environment-friendly. The support plate 5 and the guide plate 6 can be made of wood plastic materials, and can also be made of other hard materials, such as metal.
The implementation principle of the high bearing wood-plastic tray of the embodiment of the application is as follows: when this tray normal use, refer to fig. 3, placed the object on roof 1, the bottom surface butt bottom plate 2's of well support column 3 top surface, and the face of extension board 5 is along vertical direction, in the lower extreme embedding support groove 21 of extension board 5. Referring to fig. 2 and 6, when the pallet is forked by the forklift, the fork is inserted between the guide plate 6 and the middle support column 3 of the fork cavity 10, and after the fork abuts against the surface of the guide plate 6, the guide plate 6 and the support plate 5 integrally rotate around the hinge shaft 12 along with the force application of the fork and the limiting effect of the limiting surface 52. With the fork lifted upwards, the fork drives the support plate 5 to rotate until the support plate 5 is completely embedded into the embedded groove 11, in the process, the guide plate 6 rotates around the hinge rod 51 in a self-adaptive mode, the guide plate 6 rotates to be flush with the surface of the support plate 5, and the guide plate 6 also completely enters the embedded groove 11. Two forks of fork truck keep away from each other to suitable position, along with the continuation rising of fork, the fork can lift this tray. At the moment, the bottom surfaces of the support plate 5, the guide plate 6 and the top plate 1 are flush, and the pallet fork can stably lift the pallet.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, after the pallet is forked by the forklift, because the middle support column 3 is not fixed with the bottom plate 2, and the overall rigidity of the pallet in the shape of a frame is not high, the bottom plate 2 can generate a small amount of deformation with the middle part protruding downwards under the self gravity, so that the bottom plate 2 and the middle support column 3 are separated, and outside air enters the pressure cavity 311 through the air inlet channel 241 and the one-way valve 242.
When the pallet is put down by the forklift, the weight of the top plate 1 and the object acts on the bottom plate 2 through the middle support column 3, and due to the existence of the one-way valve 242, air in the pressure cavity 311 cannot be smoothly discharged outwards, so that the middle support column 3 cannot be quickly abutted against the bottom plate 2. Then the fork moves away from the fork cavity 10, the support plate 5 rotates around the hinge shaft 12 under the action of gravity until the surface of the support plate 5 is vertical, and the guide plate 6 also rotates into the second support groove 22 spontaneously. Because the middle support column 3 is not abutted to the bottom plate 2, the distance between the top plate 1 and the bottom plate 2 is larger, so that the lower end of the support plate 5 can be reliably opposite to the first support groove 21, and the guide plate 6 can enter the second support groove 22. Along with the long-time pressing of the top plate 1 and the weight of the object, due to the imperfect sealing (the micro-holes can be opened by artificial assistance), air in the pressure cavity 311 slowly leaks outwards, finally the middle support column 3 abuts against the bottom plate 2, the lower end of the support plate 5 is completely embedded into the first support groove 21 to form positioning, the lower end of the guide plate 6 completely abuts against the groove bottom of the second support groove 22 to form positioning, and the support plate 5 recovers the support for the top plate 1.
In addition, when fork truck forked this tray, extension board 5 is in the pressurized state of face, and this pressurized direction is perpendicular with the pressurized direction when extension board 5 is in vertical support state, can produce deformation slightly after extension board 5 receives the extrusion, then the fork can make extension board 5 produce the extension in the width direction, offsets the width that extension board 5 was in long time pressurized and produced and shortens the deformation volume to a certain extent when vertical state. After the tray is used for a long time, the support plate 5 can still maintain the support function, and the service life is longer.
