Abstract

Viene segnato un metodo per formare un rinforzo di filamenti su una superficie disuguale. Il metodo implica depositare a spruzzo uno strato di un materiale di matrice su un mandrino di configurazione disuguale e quindi formare un solco a spirale nella superficie del metallo di matrice depositato.Un filamento di rinforzo viene quindi inserito nel solco sulla superficie lavorata e viene tenuto a posto mediante mezzi convenzionali. Il mandrino portante lo strato di metallo di matrice lavorato e lo strato di filamento di rinforzo viene introdotto in una camera di deposizione a plasma in radiofrequenza e uno strato addizionale di metallo di matrice viene depositato sul primo strato e sul filamento avvolto a spirale sulla sua superficie per affondare il filamento nel metallo di matrice depositato. Dopo il completamento di parecchie fasi di deposizione di metallo di matrice e di lavorazione del solco nella superficie e di inserzione di un filamento avvolto nel solco, l'oggetto così formato viene consolidato mediante mezzi convenzionali.
