Abstract

The device (3) has a rotor housing (9) actuated with lower pressure, and a rotor cup (10) arranged in the rotor housing. A communication port (17) is formed between the rotor housing and a drive housing (15) that includes an aperture (18) to form an air-permeable connection to an environment and is provided with a filter (19) for cleaning air flowing from the environment into the drive housing. The aperture is dimensioned with the filter such that predetermined spinning low pressure does not fall below during actuation of the rotor housing with low pressure.
