Il presente trovato riguarda pantaloni da lavoro dotati di caratteristici inserti al ginocchio preformati, tridimensionali ed imbottiti con materiale in grado di assorbire gli urti, e che garantiscono vestibilità e resistenza all'usura. Inoltre non è banale approcciare anche uno stesso problema da punti di vista diversi, in accordo alle diverse situazioni contingenti. Perciò la protezione dell’articolazione delle ginocchia rientra tra le problematiche risolte dall’abbigliamento di sicurezza con varie modalità le quali riflettono necessità diverse degli utilizzatori.
