La presente domanda di brevetto per invenzione industriale ha per oggetto un sistema per il collegamento ad angolo di una coppia di pannelli prefabbricati in calcestruzzo armato. The present patent application for industrial invention relates to a system for the corner connection of a pair of precast reinforced concrete panels.

La tutela brevettale si intende estesa anche alla coppia di pannelli, opportunamente predisposti per essere collegati con il sistema di collegamento secondo il trovato. Come tutti sanno, nel settore dell’edilizia sempre più spesso si ricorre all’impiego di componenti prefabbricati in calcestruzzo armato, specialmente là dove l’edificio da costruire presenta una struttura architettonica di tipo modulare; in particolare alquanto frequente è l’adozione di pareti prefabbricate per la tamponatura esterna degli edifici o per la loro suddivisione interna. As everyone knows, in the construction sector the use of prefabricated reinforced concrete components is increasingly used, especially where the building to be built has a modular architectural structure; in particular, the adoption of prefabricated walls for the external cladding of buildings or for their internal subdivision is quite frequent.

Nel caso in cui una coppia di siffatte pareti debbano essere collegate fra loro ad angolo, oggi si ricorre usualmente all’ausilio di una serie di bulloni di serraggio, che si impegnano in altrettanti e corrispondenti bussole di ancoraggio. Il sistema di collegamento secondo il trovato prevede di ricavare - in corrispondenza del bordo del primo dei due pannelli prefabbricati da accoppiare - una nicchia scavata sullo spigolo a partire dalla sua sommità ed armata internamente con una serie prefabbricati in calcestruzzo armato, secondo la rivendicazione precedente, caratterizzato per il fatto di prevedere anche l’impiego di comuni bulloni di serraggio (8), infilati attraverso appositi fori (9), ricavati sul bordo del primo pannello (1) ed atti ad avvitarsi entro corrispondenti bussole filettate (10), affogate sulla costola di testa (5a) del secondo pannello (5).
