La presente invenzione riguarda il settore della calzetteria e più precisamente si riferisce ad un capo di vestiario a calza, in particolare, ma non esclusivamente, ad una calza o un collant, presentante una nuova struttura . Come è noto gli articoli del tipo summenzionato possono essere costituiti da varie parti aventi caratteristiche non uniformi allo scopo di rendere ciascuna di esse adatta alla propria funzione. Prendendo ad esempio a riferimento una calza da donna o un collant, si possono individuare varie parti (bordo elastico, corpino, coscia, caviglia e punta) che differiscono sia per il tipo di filato impiegato, sia per la maglia risultante. Il bordo elastico, che ha funzioni di sostegno, richiede un filato (ad esempio, Lycra<®>) molto resistente, la punta (che è la parte della calza o del collant più esposta all'usura) richiede un filato e un tipo di lavorazione in grado di resistere alle continue sollecitazioni del piede, il corpino, quando presente, richiede un filato ed un tipo di maglia in grado di esercitare la compressione richiesta dal particolare articolo, mentre per la gamba viene impiegato un filato di opportuno titolo, generalmente inferiore ai precedenti. La diversificazione del filato e del tipo di maglia per le varie parti di calza ha lo scopo di renderlo il più possibile adatto alle varie conformazioni corporee di chi lo indossa. Infatti nonostante vengano realizzate varie taglie per uno stesso articolo, è praticamente impossibile prevedere le innumerevoli conformazioni dei potenziali acquirenti. Di conseguenza, quando una delle parti della calza viene sottoposta ad uno sforzo particolare, questa azione si trasmette alle parti adiacenti di essa e, indirettamente, alle corrispondenti parti del corpo. Consequently, when one of the parts of the sock is subjected to a particular effort, this action is transmitted to the adjacent parts of it and, indirectly, to the corresponding parts of the body.

Il comfort del piede riveste particolare importanza. Infatti le dita del piede sono le parti più esposte alle sollecitazioni indotte sulla calza. Le cause di tali sollecitazioni sono duplici. Da un lato infatti, nell'ambito di una stessa taglia standard, sia la misura che la conformazione del piede possono variare notevolmente,· dall'altro, mentre il piede ha una forma asimmetrica, la punta della calza è sempre realizzata simmetrica e sono le dita del piede che ruotano opportunamente la punta per adattarla alla propria conformazione. In entrambi i casi si avrà uno stato di tensione molto disomogenea della punta stessa e corrispondentemente una sollecitazione disomogenea e a volte fastidiosa sulle dita del piede. La compressione che la punta della calza esercita sulle dita del piede è accentuata anche dal fatto che essa è realizzata con filati particolarmente resistenti in opportuni tipi di maglia. Di conseguenza, la punta è nettamente distinguibile dal resto della calza, rendendo quest'ultima poco adatta quando si usano calzature particolarmente scoperte, ad esempio estive. Per ovviare a questo inconveniente di natura estetica, vengono realizzate le cosiddette "punte nude", cioè punte aventi la stessa densità di maglia del resto della calza, cosa che d'altra parte, ne penalizza sensibilmente la resistenza. To obviate this drawback of an aesthetic nature, the so-called "bare toes" are produced, ie toes having the same knit density as the rest of the sock, which on the other hand significantly penalizes its resistance.

Con riferimento alla figura 1 si è indicato con 1 il piede di una generica calza, ad esempio una calza da donna o un collant, e con 2 la punta della calza. Il piede 1 e la punta 2 possono essere realizzate in modo convenzionale utilizzando filati usuali per questo tipo di applicazione (ad esempio, Lycra<®>) ed in particolare la punta 2 può essere realizzata in filato più resistente e con diversa struttura di maglia rispetto al piede 1 oppure il piede 1 e la punta 2 possono presentare uguali caratteristiche di materiale e struttura ("punta nuda"). Come mostrato esemplificamente in figura 3, una fascia elastica 4 può essere prevista in prossimità della caviglia tra il piede 1 e la gamba 5 della calza, oppure una coppia di fasce elastiche 6a e 6b può essere prevista a monte e a valle della porzione a ginocchio della calza rispettivamente tra tale porzione e la gamba 5 da un lato e la coscia 7 dall'altro. In tutti questi casi la presenza di fasce elastiche tra le porzioni tubolari consente di scollegare le varie porzioni tra loro impedendo o riducendo sostanzialmente la trasmissione delle tensioni tra una porzione e l'altra. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Sock-like garment having a substantially tubular development, characterized in that between two consecutive portions of said tubular extension having the same or different elastic constant there is interposed a continuous band, connected to both of said tubular portions, of elastic constant lower than that of both said tubular portions.

2. Sock-like garment according to claim 1, comprising a tubular leg portion adapted to cover a lower limb, ending with a pointed portion, in which said continuous band with lower elastic constant is interposed between said toe portion and said tubular portion in the leg.

3. Sock-like garment according to claim 1, wherein said continuous band with lower elastic constant is arranged between a foot portion of the stocking and a leg portion, close to the ankle.

4. Stocking garment according to claim 1, wherein said continuous band of lower elasticity is provided between a leg portion and a knee portion of said stocking.

5. Stocking garment according to claim 1, wherein said continuous band with lower elastic constant is provided between a knee portion and a thigh portion of said stocking.

6. Sock-like garment according to claim 1, wherein a knee portion of said stocking is connected to a thigh portion on one side and to a leg portion on the other by two respective continuous bands of lower elastic constant.

7. Stocking garment according to the preceding claims, in which several continuous bands of lower elastic constant are provided between different consecutive portions of said stocking.

8. Stocking garment according to the preceding claims, wherein said stocking is a stocking for women or a tights or knee-highs or a stocking for men or similar garment.

9. Sock-like garment substantially as described above and illustrated with reference to the attached drawings.
