Abstract

Il modello si riferisce ad ante per mobili, ad esempio ed in particolare (ma non esclusivamente) ad ante per mobili da cucina ed impieghi similari. The model refers to doors for furniture, for example and in particular (but not exclusively) to doors for kitchen furniture and similar uses.

Le ante di tipo noto per questi impieghi sono normalmente realizzate con un pannello di materiale truciolare rivestito sulle due facce con un laminato plastico. Nella maggior parte dei casi il laminato copre anche i bordi che possono essere stondati o meno. In altri casi particolari, i bordi sono rivestiti con un sottilissimo foglio di legno o plastica ad imitazione del legno. Questi fogli raggiungono lo spessore di alcuni decimi di millimetro (0.3-0.8 mm), cioè dello stesso ordine di grandezza dello spessore del laminato. In questo caso si parla di bordi sottili. In alcune applicazioni l'anta presenta un bordo di massello, realizzato cioè con un listello di maggiore spessore, dell'ordine di alcuni millimetri. Si parla in questo caso di laminato con bordo in massello. Il listello può essere in legno od in plastica ad imitazione del legno. Il listello viene applicato per incollaggio frontale sul bordo del pannello di truciolare. Si forma così una zona di giunzione tra il listello formante il bordo ed il truciolare. Ciò comporta notevoli inconvenienti dovuti al fatto che in tale giunzione si ha una facile penetrazione di acqua, che a lungo andare provoca il distacco almeno parziale del bordo e va conseguentemente ad impregnare il truciolare interno, danneggiando in modo irreversibile l'anta. L'unica barriera contro la penetrazione di acqua è rappresentata, nelle ante di tipo tradizionale, dallo spessore (di pochi decimi di millimetro) del laminato plastico. Sostanzialmente, l'anta secondo il modello - del tipo comprendente un pannello interno di supporto, una bordatura realizzata con regoli di bordatura, ed un rivestimento con due fogli di laminato sulle superfici principali di detto pannello - è caratterizzata dal fatto che i regoli di bordatura sono incassati in una sede definita dalla superficie di bordo del pannello interno e dai lembi dei fogli di laminato sporgenti dal pannello interno di supporto. Preferibilmente i bordi sono stondati, in modo tale che ciascun regolo di bordatura presenta tre superfici laterali piane, lungo le quali il regolo è in contatto con il pannello interno ed i fogli di laminato rispettivamente, ed una superficie curva, costituente la superficie esterna visibile. L'anta presenta un corpo centrale realizzato con un supporto o pannello 1 di truciolare o materiale equivalente. Il pannello viene inizialmente squadrato e portato alla misura voluta (Fig.l). Successivamente (Fig. 2) lungo le superfici di bordo 1A del pannello 1 vengono applicati rispettivi regoli 3 di bordatura, il cui spessore può essere compreso tipicamente tra e 6 mm, ad esempio 3 - 3,5 mm. Come si rileva agevolmente dalla sezione di Fig.7, i regoli di bordatura 3 risultano così incassati tra la superficie 1A di bordo del pannello 1 ed i lembi sporgenti dei due fogli di laminato 5. In questo modo la giunzione S tra il regolo di bordatura 3 ed il pannello di truciolare 1 è protetta dalla presenza dei due fogli di laminato 5. Lungo ciascun bordo si sviluppa (su ciascuna faccia) una superficie di giunzione SI tra il regolo 3 ed il laminato 5, per cui l'acqua non riesce a penetrare nella zona di giunzione S, dove potrebbe danneggiare il pannello di truciolato 1. Si ottiene così una maggiore tenuta dell'incollaggio e si evita il rigonfiamento del truciolato. Inoltre, il bordo così realizzato fornisce un aspetto estetico di maggiore pregio rispetto alle soluzioni tradizionali in cui il regolo di bordatura e semplicemente incollato sopra ai bordi del truciolare e sporge, quindi, rispetto al laminato, risultando visibile anche frontalmente. La soluzione secondo il trovato consente di ottenere, contrariamente alle tecniche tradizionali, un'anta che ha l'aspetto di un'anta in legno massello. Inoltre, gli angoli A dell'anta possono essere agevolmente stondati, come rappresentato nel disegno. Claims

CLAIMS 1. A door for furniture, in particular for kitchen furniture, with an internal support panel (1), a border made with edging rules (3), and a coating with two sheets of laminate (5) on the main surfaces of said panel, characterized by the fact that the edging rules (3) are recessed in a seat defined by the edge surface (1A) of the internal panel (1) and by the edges of the laminate sheets (5) protruding from the internal support panel (1).

2. A door as per claim 1, characterized in that the edging rulers (3) have a thickness of between 1.5 and 6 mm.

3. A door as per claim 2, characterized in that it has rounded edges.

4. A door as per claim 3, characterized in that it also has rounded corners.

5. A door as per one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said edging rules (3) are made of wood.

6. A door as per one or more of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said edging rules (3) are made of plastic, preferably in imitation of wood.
