* ;CAMPO DELL’INVENZIONE ;La presente invenzione si riferisce al campo delle chiusure e delle serrature di sicurezza per porte e sportelli, in particolare per porte e sportelli di autoveicoli soprattutto per ciò che riguarda furgoni, caravan, motocaravan e simili. ;STATO DELL’ARTE ;Nel campo delle chiusure e delle serrature di sicurezza per porte e sportelli sono disponibili sul mercato dispositivi generalmente comprendenti un corpo serratura, applicato solidalmente alla porta o allo sportello in questione, che ospita un alberino atto a guidare un paletto di chiusura solidale con una delle estremità di detto alberino. Una manopola d’azionamento girevole à ̈ associata a detto alberino ed à ̈ atta ad azionarlo ruotandolo e poi traslandolo in direzione assiale in modo da chiudere la serratura girevole, di tipo cosiddetto “screw lock†, di cui fa parte. ;Detta manopola girevole à ̈, inoltre, generalmente munita di una serratura a cilindro, o analoghi mezzi di serraggio a chiave, che ne rende possibile la chiusura a chiave. ;In generale, nei sistemi di chiusura in uso nel campo chiusure e delle serrature di sicurezza per porte e sportelli e in particolare nel campo delle porte e degli sportelli di autoveicoli come furgoni, caravan, motocaravan e simili, la chiusura di tipo cosiddetto “screw lock†prevede sempre l’azionamento della maniglia, che deve essere ruotata di 180 gradi per avere chiusura e poi il serraggio e non à ̈ prevista la possibilità di chiusura a scatto che avviene appoggiando semplicemente la serratura al telaio della porta con una certa pressione come avviene nelle normali porte di ingresso delle abitazioni. ;Questo tipo di chiusura presenta il vantaggio di una maggiore comodità d’uso rispetto alle chiusure di tipo “screw lock†in quanto può essere azionata senza dover manovrare la maniglia. ;Rappresenta uno scopo della presente domanda di brevetto introdurre un dispositivo di chiusura a scatto, detto anche di tipo “latch lock†o “snap lock†per porte e sportelli, con particolare riferimento alle porte e agli sportelli di autoveicoli quali furgoni, caravan, motocaravan e simili, che consenta di introdurre una maggiore semplicità e praticità d’uso rispetto alle chiusure di tipo “screw lock†dello stato dell’arte. ;La chiusura oggetto della presente invenzione consente di essere applicata alle porte di furgoni, caravan, motocaravan e simili ed à ̈ caratterizzata da una maniglia semplificata rispetto alle maniglie roto-traslatorie dei dispositivi “screw lock†e atta ad effettuare semplicemente un movimento traslatorio per effettuare il serraggio della chiusura. ;BREVE DESCRIZIONE DELLE FIGURE ;Fig. 1 illustra una vista in sezione della serratura secondo la presente invenzione in posizione chiusa. ;Fig. 2 illustra una vista in sezione della serratura secondo la presente invenzione in posizione serrata. ;Fig. 3 illustra una vista in sezione della serratura secondo la presente invenzione in posizione aperta. ;SOMMARIO DELL’INVENZIONE ;La presente invenzione concerne un dispositivo di chiusura a scatto o di tipo “latch lock†o “snap lock†in particolare per porte e sportelli di autoveicoli quali furgoni, caravan, motocaravan e simili. ;DESCRIZIONE DETTAGLIATA DELL’INVENZIONE ;In riferimento alla Fig. 1 allegata, il dispositivo di chiusura a scatto oggetto della presente domanda di brevetto comprende: un corpo serratura interno 14 ed un corpo serratura esterno 10 associati tramite opportuni mezzi di fissaggio - ad esempio viti e sedi filettate, atti a favorirne l’installazione su una porta 17 o su uno sportello - oppure realizzati in un pezzo unico. Detto corpo serratura esterno 10 comprende a sua volta una maniglia 11 associata ad un’apposita sede 12 atta a contenerla quando à ̈ in posizione di serraggio e ad un eventuale dispositivo di chiusura a chiave, preferibilmente del tipo a cilindro 13; Detto corpo serratura interno 14 comprende a sua volta un paletto 20 associato a detta maniglia 11 e atto a traslare parallelamente alla superficie di detta porta 17 in modo da impegnarsi con appositi mezzi di riscontro 21 presenti sulla cornice 25 di detta porta 17, detto paletto 20 essendo associato a mezzi elastici atti ad opporsi al movimento di detto paletto 20 in senso tale da consentire la chiusura a scatto di detta porta 17. Detti mezzi elastici comprendono preferibilmente una molla a compressione 23 solidale ad un’estremità con l’estremità mobile di detto paletto 20 e con l’altra estremità alla struttura di detto corpo serratura interno 14. ;In una realizzazione preferita della presente invenzione, detta maniglia 11 à ̈ associata con una leva di comando 15, preferibilmente sagomata a cuneo, atta ad impegnarsi con un apposito alloggiamento 16 interno a detto corpo serratura interno 14 e provvisto di due battute 18, 19. La maniglia 11 aziona detta leva di comando 15 in modo da comandare la traslazione di detto paletto 20 parallelamente alla superficie di detta porta 17 agendo su un cursore 24 solidale con detto alloggiamento 16 e preferibilmente provvisto, ad una delle sue estremità, di un rullino 22 atto a scorrere, sotto la spinta di detto cursore 24, su detti mezzi di riscontro 21. ;Inoltre, detto paletto 20 comprende un’estremità munita di un profilo atto a scorrere sul corrispondente profilo di detti appositi mezzi di riscontro 21 presenti sulla cornice 25 di detta porta 17. ;Detta maniglia 11 à ̈ libera di muoversi, nelle diverse fasi del suo funzionamento tra tre posizioni distinte, illustrate nelle Fig.1 – 3 allegate. ;Nella posizione illustrata nella Fig.1 allegata, la porta 17 à ̈ chiusa ma non serrata. La chiusura a scatto à ̈ avvenuta mediante lo scorrimento reciproco tra detto profilo dell’estremità del paletto 20 e detto profilo dei mezzi di riscontro 21 presenti sulla cornice 25, che ha consentito prima la traslazione del paletto 20 in senso tale da comprimere detta molla a compressione 23 e in seguito la traslazione del paletto 20 in senso opposto, in modo tale che l’estremità di detto paletto 20 si impegni con l’estremità di detti mezzi di riscontro presenti sulla cornice 25, mantenendo la porta 17 chiusa. ;In questa posizione la maniglia 11 si trova in una posizione approssimativamente centrale rispetto alla sua corsa e sporge dal piano della porta 17 con un’inclinazione preferibilmente attorno ai venti gradi. ;Spingendo la maniglia 11 in modo da farla accomodare in detta sede 12, come illustrato nella Fig. 2 allegata, detta maniglia 11 si viene a trovare in posizione di inizio corsa e opera il serraggio della chiusura oggetto della presente invenzione che avviene mediante la traslazione del cursore 24, causata dalla spinta operata da detta leva di comando 15 sulla battuta 19, in modo tale da sovrapporre detto rullino 22 a detti mezzi di riscontro 21 presenti sulla cornice 25. In questo modo la porta à ̈ serrata e può essere chiusa a chiave agendo sulle apposite serrature poste dal lato esterno di detta porta 17. ;In riferimento alla Fig. 3 allegata, per aprire la chiusura secondo la presente invenzione si deve estrarre detta maniglia 11 dal proprio alloggiamento 12 fino a raggiungere, approssimativamente la sua posizione di fine corsa e un’inclinazione, rispetto al piano della porta 17, maggiore dell’inclinazione che si ha nel caso di porta chiusa illustrato nella Fig. 2 allegata e descritto in precedenza. Al raggiungimento di questa inclinazione, preferibilmente di circa 40 gradi, abbiamo che per effetto della spinta di detta leva di comando 15 sulla battuta 18, prima detto cursore 24 associato al rullino 22 e poi detto paletto 20 hanno subito una traslazione tale da effettuarne il disimpegno nei confronti di detti mezzi di riscontro 21 presenti sulla cornice 25, consentendo così l’apertura della porta 17. ;La realizzazione preferita descritta e illustrata nelle figure allegate deve considerarsi esemplificativa e non limitativa rispetto a realizzazioni alternative che impiegano lo stesso concetto inventivo. A questo proposito, nella presente invenzione possono essere impiegati anche sistemi di serraggio diversi in cui, ad esempio, detto cursore 24 à ̈ associato, anziché a detto rullino 22, ad un gancio atto ad impegnarsi con una sede corrispondente presente sulla cornice 25 della porta 17. Il paletto 20 può essere movimentato in modo da traslare in senso parallelo alla superficie della porta allontanandosi contemporaneamente da essa per favorire l’ingaggio tra detto gancio e la sede corrispondente. Said elastic means preferably comprise a compression spring 23 integral at one end with the mobile end of said post 20 and with the other end to the structure of said internal lock body 14. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, said handle 11 is associated with a control lever 15, preferably wedge-shaped, able to engage with a suitable housing 16 inside said internal lock body 14 and provided with two stops 18, 19. The handle 11 operates said control lever 15 in so as to control the translation of said post 20 parallel to the surface of said door 17 by acting on a slider 24 integral with said housing 16 and preferably provided, at one of its ends, with a roller 22 able to slide, under the thrust of said slider 24, on said abutment means 21. Furthermore, said post 20 comprises an end equipped with a profile able to slide on the corresponding profile of said special abutment means 21 present on the frame 25 of said door 17.; Said handle 11 It is free to move, in the different phases of its functioning, between three distinct positions, illustrated in the attached Fig.1 - 3. ; In the position illustrated in the attached Fig. 1, the door 17 is closed but not locked.
