D ESC R I ZI O N E DESCRIPTION
Annessa a domanda di brevetto per INVENZIONE INDUSTRIALE avente per titolo “METODO DI COSTRUZIONE EDILIZIA E RELATIVO ASSEMBLATO” Attached to a patent application for INDUSTRIAL INVENTION entitled "METHOD OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND RELATIVE ASSEMBLY"
The present invention relates to a building construction method in cement conglomerate using prefabricated panels and the relative assembly for building construction.
It is known to realize walls or other building constructions in cement conglomerate by means of substantially "cassette" -shaped formworks and consisting of a plurality of wooden or metal panels, arranged in contact with each other and delimiting between them cavities of more or less shape complex, inside which the concrete or concrete conglomerate is cast. In order to prevent that, during the casting phase, the thrust of the fresh concrete causes the panels to spread apart with the formwork opening, the panels themselves are generally constrained to each other by transverse tie rods, which protrude outside the formwork. This building construction system requires the insertion on site of any reinforcing rods inside the cavities of the formwork before casting the concrete, and the subsequent dismantling of the formwork itself once the casting is hardened.
Patent EP1080279, the content of which is incorporated herein by reference, describes an assembly for building construction comprising a plurality of prefabricated finishing modules placed side by side, where each module comprises at least a pair of prefabricated panels facing each other, delimiting a compartment for the casting of cement conglomerate, and able to be connected to one another and to respective panels of adjacent modules by relative fastening means, each panel being delimited by first opposite lateral edges and by second opposite lateral edges and extending between respective ends of the first edges, where in addition the first edges of each panel have respective first longitudinal grooves aligned with each other, and the second edges have respective second longitudinal grooves aligned with each other, intersecting the first grooves and transversely offset with respect to the first grooves themselves, the first and second scan wings of the panels being engaged in use, at least in part, by first and, respectively, second anchoring elements adapted to connect the module with the adjacent modules, mutually intersecting and defining the fastening means.
Furthermore, the patent EP1080279 describes a building construction method which makes use of the building construction assembly as described above.
The Applicant has realized, through a careful investigation among the users of the assemblies for building constructions according to the patent EP1080279, that they have some drawbacks.
First of all, their cost often discourages their use, especially given the fact that users already own, having therefore already borne the expense, the material used in the more traditional construction methods, in which substantially "cassette-like" formworks are used. ”And made up of a plurality of wooden or metal panels (known as" formworks "), which are disarmed and recovered once the casting is hardened for subsequent reuse as formworks.
Furthermore, often the use of an assembly for building construction in accordance with the patent EP1080279, ie having a plurality of prefabricated finishing panels on both sides of both the assembly and the final building construction, is disproportionate to the real needs. This is particularly true in all those situations in which only one facade of the wall requires a particular finish (provided by the prefabricated panels), while the opposite facade does not require finishing, such as in the case of a barrier to an embankment.
The purpose of the present invention is the provision of a building construction method using an assembly for the construction of building constructions in cement conglomerate, which allows to obviate, in a simple and economical way, the drawbacks connected with the known building construction systems and above. specified.
The specified technical task and the specified aims are substantially achieved by a construction method according to what is set forth in one or more of the attached claims. Further aspects of the present invention consist in an assembly for building construction and in a horizontal anchoring means as set forth in one or more of the appended claims.
Ulteriori caratteristiche e vantaggi della presente invenzione appariranno maggiormente chiari dalla descrizione indicativa, e pertanto non limitativa, di una forma di realizzazione preferita ma non esclusiva di un metodo di costruzione, come illustrato negli uniti disegni in cui: Further characteristics and advantages of the present invention will become clearer from the indicative, and therefore non-limiting, description of a preferred but not exclusive embodiment of a construction method, as illustrated in the accompanying drawings in which:
- la figura 1 illustra, in vista esplosa, una porzione dell'assemblato per costruzione edilizia comprendente una pluralità di pannelli di finitura prefabbricati secondo la presente invenzione; Figure 1 illustrates, in an exploded view, a portion of the assembly for building construction comprising a plurality of prefabricated finishing panels according to the present invention;

With reference to Figure 1, the numeral 1 indicates as a whole a partial exploded view of a non-limiting embodiment of an assembly for building construction made according to the present invention. It is immediately noted that although Figure 1 does not show the reusable panels, or formworks, facing the prefabricated panels (shown in the figure), the latter are an essential part of the invention.
In the example illustrated, the building construction is a flat wall, to which the following description will explicitly refer without losing its generality. The method of the present invention can also be used for the construction of building constructions of different types, such as for example right-angled or curved walls, support bases, stairs, dumpsters, architraves, floors, retaining walls, road construction works, urban furniture components, etc.
The assembly for building construction 1 comprises a plurality of prefabricated finishing panels 7 placed side by side with continuity so as to form a first connected wall 2. Although in the figure only two vertically superimposed panels are shown, typically the assembly of the present invention comprises further panels horizontally approached to the panels shown in the figure and more than two vertically superimposed panels, so as to form a plurality of vertically stacked rows with continuity, each row comprising a plurality of panels 7 horizontally juxtaposed with continuity.
The assembly for building construction 1 also comprises a further plurality of second panels (not shown), joined together with continuity so as to form a second connected wall (ie continuous) facing the first connected wall of the panels 7. In this way between the two walls delimit a compartment suitable to be filled with a pour of cement conglomerate (for example of the normal or lightened or lightened-insulating type). The connection (or continuity) of the walls formed by the panels of the present invention is necessary to contain the cement casting. The second panels are typically flat, rectangular in shape and bordered by horizontal and vertical edges. They are typically made of wood, or plastic or metal such as iron. Preferably the vertical height of the second panels is equal to the height of the first panels or a multiple or sub-multiple thereof.
The assembly for building construction 1 further comprises anchoring means 5 of the first and second panels for stably connecting each first and second panel with the respective contiguous panels and with the respective facing panels.
Each prefabricated panel 7 has a substantially flat and rectangular shape and is delimited by first horizontal lateral edges 9 opposite each other and by second vertical lateral edges 10 opposite each other, preferably having a reduced length with respect to the edges 9 and extending between respective ends of the edges 9 .
Each panel 7 is delimited towards the outside of the building 1 by a rectangular surface 11, whose finishing quality can be checked in the factory before the installation of the panel 7; in particular, the surface 11 can be left rough, or be provided with embossed decorations or coupled with grit, stone, marble, etc.
Advantageously, the panels 7 are made of concrete, of the normal or lightened or lightened-insulating type, but they can also be made of other materials, such as for example plastic, metal, wood-based, brick, stone or marble materials and materials insulators.
According to the present invention, the horizontal edges 9 of the prefabricated panels 7 have respective first grooves (not shown) arranged longitudinally along the edge and aligned with each other in the direction transverse to the panel 7. Said grooves preferably develop continuously along the entire extension of the respective edge, but they can also engage only a portion of the edge itself. For example, each groove can consist of a succession of short grooves, preferably longitudinally aligned, separated by portions of non-grooved edge. The grooves typically have a rectangular section.
Similarly, the vertical edges 10 of the panels 7 have respective second grooves (not shown) arranged longitudinally to the respective edge and aligned transversely to each other. For the second grooves the same applies as for the first grooves. Preferably the first grooves intersect the second grooves at the corners of the panel 7. More preferably they are transversely offset with respect to the second grooves. In one embodiment, the panels 7 are identical to those described in patent EP1080279, to which reference should be made for anything not expressly described here.
The anchoring means 5 comprise horizontal anchoring elements 15 concealedly engaging the respective first grooves of relative vertically adjacent panels 7 and vertical anchoring elements 16 concealedly engaging the second grooves of relative horizontally adjacent panels 7. The anchoring means 15, 16 are preferably made of metallic material, but could alternatively be made of rigid plastic material. Preferably, the vertical anchoring elements 16 cross transversely the respective horizontal anchoring elements 15.
With particular reference to Figures 2A, 2B, each horizontal anchoring element 15 comprises an elongated straight element 17, preferably of length equal to the length of the horizontal edge 9, and a plurality of flat-shaped crosspieces 18, in the case illustrated four, extending orthogonally to the element 17 and distributed, preferably uniformly, along the longitudinal extension of the element 17. The element 17 has a portion 19 arranged orthogonally to the plane in which the crosspieces 18 lie and able to conceally engage the relative first grooves of two vertically adjacent panels 7, such that an upper half of the portion 19 disappears into the groove of the upper panel and a lower half of the portion 19 disappears into the groove of the lower panel. The cross section of the elongated member 17 can have a "T" cross section, as shown in Figure 2A, to aid in the welding of the crosspieces 18, but it can also have the simpler shape of a flattened bar such as the portion 19 shown in figure. Preferably each element 17 is arranged in a staggered manner with respect to the panels 7, so that it engages half the horizontal edge 9 of a panel 7 and half the horizontal edge 9 of a horizontally adjacent panel 7.
Similarly, as shown in Figures 3A and 3B, each anchoring element 16 comprises a straight elongated element 21, preferably of a length equal to the length of the vertical edge 10 and, preferably, a plurality of flat-shaped crosspieces 22, in the case illustrated two, extending orthogonally to the element 21 and distributed along the longitudinal extension of the element 21. The elongated element 21 has a portion 23 able to conceally engage the relative second grooves of two horizontally adjacent panels 7, so that a lateral half of the portion 23 disappears in the second groove of the relative panel and the other lateral half of the portion 23 disappears in the second groove of a respective horizontally adjacent panel. The elongated element 21, with or without the crosspieces 22, can have a "T" cross section, as shown in Figure 3A, to facilitate, among other things, the welding of any crosspieces 22, but it can also have the shape of a flattened bar 23. Preferably each element 21 is arranged in a staggered manner with respect to the panels 7, so that it engages half the vertical edge 10 of a panel 7 and half the vertical edge 10 of a vertically adjacent panel 7.
The assembly for building construction 1 of the present invention differs from that shown in EP1080279 in that the second panels (not shown) facing the panels 7 are of the reusable type, like the known formworks. Therefore, they will not be part of the final building construction, but will be disarmed once the concrete pour is sufficiently consistent. To this end, the anchoring means 5 are shaped in such a way as to allow the anchoring of the second panels in a removable manner even after the cement casting has hardened.
With reference to figures 2A, B and 3A, B, the horizontal 15 and vertical 16 anchoring means differ from those shown in EP1080279 in that they do not have a further elongated element arranged in a specular manner to the element 17 and 21 respectively. , the ends of the crosspieces 18 and 22 distal to, respectively, the element 17 and 21 are left free. Furthermore, the free ends of the crosspieces 18 of the horizontal anchoring means 15 have (Figure 2B) engagement means 40 suitable for engaging with suitable fastening means 30 (Figure 1, 4A, 4B and 5) in a removable manner even after hardening. of the cement casting. In the example shown in Figures 1, 4A, B and 5, the fastening means 30 comprise a bracket 31 and a wedge 32, typically made of metal such as iron. The bracket 31, typically obtained by twisting a substantially flat and rectangular bar, has at a first end an appendage 33 configured in the shape of a hook and at a second end, opposite the first end, a through opening 34, preferably with a cross section. substantially rectangular.
The engagement means 40 (Fig. 2B) comprise at least one through opening 41, of rectangular shape, suitable for engaging with the appendage 33 of the twisted bracket 31 or, alternatively, with the wedge 32.
Furthermore, the free end of the crosspiece 18 comprises a pair of fins 42, typically obtained by notching on the opposite edges of the crosspiece 18 itself and interposed between the engagement means 40 and the end of the crosspiece 18 attached to the element 17. These fins 42 are adapted to be deflected transversely to the plane in which the crosspiece 18 lies and in a manner respectively opposite to said plane. Once the assembly 1 of the present invention has been assembled, the horizontal edges of the second panels are located at the free end of the crosspieces 18, interposed between the engagement means 40 and the fins 42. In this way, the engagement means 40 protrude from the assembly 1 in such a way that they can be removably engaged by the respective fastening means 30. The deflected fins 42 are located inside the assembly, within the space for the cement casting. The fins 42, once deflected, are in contact with the internal surface of respective second vertically adjacent panels, one of the two fins with the upper panel, the other with the lower panel, in such a way as to exercise the function of contrast medium. to the thrust action obtained by the interaction of the engagement means 40 and the constraint means 30.
Furthermore, each bracket 31 is arranged vertically and in contact with the external surface of a respective second removable panel. The appendix 33 of the bracket 31 engages the opening 41 of a relative horizontal anchoring means 15 and the opening 34 of the bracket 31 is engaged by the free end of a crosspiece 18 of the respective horizontal anchoring means 15 vertically superimposed on the relative means horizontal anchoring means 15. The appendage 33 of a further bracket 31 or, alternatively, a wedge 32 engages the opening 41 of the respective upper horizontal anchoring means 15, in such a way as to keep the bracket 31 in pressure against the external surface of the respective second panel and the latter in pressure against the fins 42.
An exemplary building construction method in accordance with the present invention will be described below. This method comprises the assembly of the assembly 1 described above and its use.
As can be seen in figure 1, the formation of the first wall 2 and of the second wall is carried out by horizontally approaching and stacking vertically one on top of the other respectively the first prefabricated panels 7 and the second reusable panels with manual handling and binding them together by means of the anchoring elements 15 and 16 and the removable restraint means 30.
In particular, the first operation consists in arranging aligned with each other a plurality of horizontal anchoring means 15 on the support plane of the wall 2. In this case, the shape of the cross-section of the portion 19 of the element 17 can be suitably modified, to example by eliminating the lower half. Alternatively, the element 17 can be replaced by a base element, made of metal material, having a cross section in the shape of a square bracket with the opening facing upwards so as to be able to house the panels 7.
Subsequently, a first horizontal row of panels 7 is mounted by arranging the first lower grooves of the panels 7 in engagement in the relative bars 17 of the base elements 15; in this way, the panels 7 have their respective external surfaces 11 aligned with each other. Alternatively, the panels 7 are housed inside the guide formed by the square bracket described above.
The second grooves of each pair of horizontally adjacent panels 7 are engaged by a relative anchoring element 16, which is therefore arranged orthogonally to the relative anchoring element 15. Any crossbars 22 of the vertical anchoring means 16 may be found, possibly folded, completely inside the casting compartment and typically are not tied to the second panels. Preferably the anchoring element 16 used for the first row of panels 7 has a height equal to one and a half times the height of the panels 7, in such a way as to protrude vertically from the upper edge of the panels 7 of the first row by half height. of the panel. The further rows of the anchoring means 16 have a vertical height equal to those of the first (and possibly second) panels, so as to be offset with respect to the horizontal rows of the panels.
The method comprises the arrangement of a horizontal row of second panels facing the first row of first panels 7 and resting on the transverse bars 18 so that the opening 41 protrudes from the plane formed by the second panels.
A plurality of anchoring elements 15 are then arranged on the first row of panels 7, which are positioned in engagement with their own bars 17 in the relative second upper grooves of the panels 7 and preferably intersect the anchoring elements 16 and are longitudinally offset with respect to the panels 7. The crosspieces 18 of the anchoring elements 15 rest on the upper edge of the first row of second panels, in such a way that the engagement means 40 protrude outside the assembly 1. Preferably, the two fins 42 near the The free ends of the crosspieces 18 are deflected along the vertical direction and in the opposite direction, in such a way as to come into contact with the internal surface of the second panels and thus constitute a means of contrasting the thrust of the constraining means 30. At this point it is mounted a first bracket 31 having the appendix 33 engaged with a respective opening 41 of a horizontal anchoring element 1 5 located at the base of the assembly and the opening 34 engaged by the free end of the respective crosspiece 18 of an anchoring means 15 placed above the first rows of panels 7.
The walls of the assembly are then completed by assembling in succession any other horizontal rows of first panels 7 and second panels connected together by relative first and second anchoring elements 15 and 16 and by one or more vertical rows of brackets 31, repeating the operations described above. In correspondence with the row of horizontal anchoring means 15 placed above the last row of panels, the opening 41 is engaged by a wedge 32 which has the function of keeping the respective bracket 31 under pressure against the respective second panel.
From an examination of the characteristics of the assembly for building construction 1 made according to the present invention, the advantages that it allows to be obtained emerge.
In particular, the use of prefabricated panels 7 makes it possible to create, in a highly flexible way, building constructions having a surface made up of a succession of prefabricated panels placed side by side and bound together in a way that is not visible from the outside. The prefabricated panel 7 not only performs the function of formwork for containing the casting, but statically collaborates with the completion casting on site, defining part of the final building construction.
Thanks to the presence of the grooves and the simplicity of the conformation of the anchoring elements 15, 16, the assembly of the panels is carried out by successive joints and is particularly easy and rapid.
Moreover, thanks to their relatively small dimensions, the panels do not require the presence of specialized fitters or powerful lifting means, but rather they can be moved and positioned in a completely manual way.
Finally, thanks to the reduction of the operations to be carried out on site, the quality controls can be carried out for the most part in the factories where the panels 7 are manufactured, with considerable economic advantages.
The use of the second removable panels in combination with the prefabricated panels 7 (which instead remain in the building construction) makes it possible to install assemblies 1 larger than those allowed by the use of only the second panels, with the same availability of second panels. In this way it is possible to make more extensive concrete castings with relative improvement of the efficiency and statics of the final construction.
