E' noto che la presenza di ratti e altri roditori costituisce un rilevante problema a causa della loro capacità di diffusione e dei danni che possono provocare. Per liberare dai ratti i locali infestati si è diffuso di recente l’impiego di esche derattizzanti, dotate di una sostanza velenosa ad azione ritardata, in maniera tale da venire ingerita da un ampio numero degli stessi ratti, prima che questi ne percepiscano la pericolosità. Nell’ambito di tale compito, è ulteriore scopo del presente trovato quello di mettere a disposizione un dispositivo per l’eliminazione dei ratti di semplice lateralmente sulla cassetta 10, in corrispondenza della zona posteriore dell’involucro 1 , e il foro 23 praticato posteriormente nel contenitore 2 e in comunicazione con la suddetta zona di accesso dell'involucro 1. Quando si debba rinnovare l’esca derattizzante, si apre l’involucro 1 e si rimuove il contenitore 2 dal suo interno. Tale compito e tale scopo vengono entrambi raggiunti, secondo il trovato, dal presente dispositivo per l’eliminazione di ratti e simili, il quale si caratterizza per il fatto che comprende un involucro apribile presentante almeno un foro per il libero accesso dei ratti da eliminare a una zona interna allo stesso involucro; e un contenitore destinato a racchiudere un’esca derattizzante, atto ad essere introdotto, in maniera rimovibile, in un vano di alloggiamento conformato all'interno di detto involucro e comunicante, tramite un relativo foro praticato su una parete dello stesso contenitore, con detta zona di accesso dei ratti da eliminare all’interno di detto involucro. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Device for the elimination of rats and the like, characterized in that it comprises an openable envelope having at least one hole for the free access of the rats to be eliminated to an area inside the same envelope; and a container intended to enclose a rodent control bait, adapted to be introduced, in a removable manner, into a housing compartment shaped inside said casing and communicating, through a relative hole made on a wall of the same container, with said area access of the rats to be eliminated inside said envelope.

2) Device according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that said casing has inside, on opposite side walls, a pair of opposing fins, extending vertically substantially on a median plane of the casing itself, designed to define said housing compartment at the front. said container and posteriorly said access area of the rats to be eliminated.

3) Device according to claim 2, characterized in that said casing has a pair of holes made on said opposite side walls, in correspondence with said rear access area.

4) Device according to claim 1, characterized in that said container intended to enclose said rodent bait is equipped with a lid and presents on a rear wall, in a substantially central position, said hole for communication with said access area of the rats to be eliminated inside said casing.

5) Device according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that said hole made on said container intended to enclose said rodent bait is able to be closed, upon removal of the same container from said envelope, by means of a corresponding cap.

6) Device according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that said casing has, on a rear wall, a pair of slots intended for coupling with suitable screw means for fixing the casing to the wall.

7) Device according to claim 6, characterized in that said rear wall of said casing externally has a pair of spacer ribs, extending vertically, suitable to act as a support for fixing the casing to the wall.

8) Device according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that said container has, on opposite side walls, respective grooved guides extending vertically, suitable for the engagement of a support stem of said rodent bait.

9) Device according to claim 1, characterized in that said openable casing has a hinged lid which is able to be locked in the closed position by screw means suitable for engaging a suitable seat made in the casing itself.

10) Device for the elimination of rats and the like according to what can be inferred from the description and drawing.
