Abstract

CLAIMS Safety device designed to enable access to a double-bitted lock, operable by means of a double-bitted key characterized in that it comprises a lock with pawls consisting of pins and composed of a casing defining a cylindrical cavity having a front opening for introducing the double-bitted key and a rear opening for exit of the same key oriented according to an angle of offset with respect to said front opening, said casing being associable with said double-bitted lock so that said rear opening is specularly opposite upon opening the key of the double-bitted lock, a cylinder rotatable in said cavity and axially traversing a channel of such section as to allow to guide the key introduced into it through said front opening, a series of holes obtained in a radial plane of said cylinder and leading into said channel, a series of guide pins given in said series of holes, two further series of holes made in said casing according to radial planes angularly offset from each other by an angle equal to said angle of offset existing between said front and rear openings, a first and a second series of sprung counterparts , guided in said further series of holes and cooperating with said pins to lock said cylinder in two angular positions in one of which said channel is coplanar with said front opening and in the other said channel is coplanar with said rear opening, said double key the bit being provided with an additional command coding of said pins and counter-pins, such as to allow the rotation of the cylinder between said two angular positions so that, after the introduction of the key in the cylinder and the rotation of the cylinder of said offset angle, the key can engage the opening of the double-bitted lock.

2. Device according to claim 1 characterized in that said casing is constituted by a sort of cup closed by a disk associated with it and present on said rear opening.

3. Device according to claim 1 characterized in that said encryption is obtained in at least one of the key maps.

4. Device according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that said pin lock is coupled to said double tassel lock by means of a pair of screws fixed coaxially to said casing and passing through said double bit lock.

5. Device according to claim 1 characterized in that said casing is constituted by a sort of cup closed by a disk associated with it and having said rear opening.

6. Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said casing is housed in a protective glass provided with anchoring means to the door.

7. Device according to claim 6 characterized in that said means comprise an annular lip adapted to be anchored in said door.

8. Device according to one of claims 1-7 characterized in that it is applicable to a pcnpa lock.

9. Device according to one of claims 1-8, characterized in that instead of said pin lock, the use of a lock with pawls consisting of slats is provided.

10. Safety device designed to enable access to a double-bit lock according to what can be deduced from the above description and from the attached drawings.
