La presente invenzione Ã ̈ relativa ad una capsula per il contenimento di prodotti da infusione granulari, in foglia od in polvere quali ad esempio caffÃ ̈, orzo, latte in polvere, the, camomilla ecc.. Allâ€™interno della tazza sono disposti un filtro a contatto con la parete di base della tazza ed il prodotto da infusione. In uso, la capsula viene inserita in una camera di percolazione di una macchina per lâ€™estrazione di bevande, dove sul coperchio viene iniettata acqua calda a pressione che perviene al prodotto contenuto nella capsula attraverso almeno un foro giÃ predisposto nel coperchio od attraverso almeno un foro realizzato nel coperchio allâ€™interno della camera di percolazione. Lâ€™acqua si miscela con il prodotto e fuoriesce dalla capsula attraverso dei fori giÃ presenti nella parete di base della tazza od attraverso dei fori realizzati nella suddetta parete di base allâ€™interno della camera di percolazione; il filtro essendo atto a trattenere il prodotto in polvere. Da quanto sopra decritto risultano evidenti i vantaggi ottenuti con la realizzazione della presente invenzione. In particolare, si Ã ̈ realizzata una capsula 1 che presenta una tazza 2 conformata in modo tale da determinare una corretta ed efficace tenuta idraulica fra la tazza 2 e gli elementi 16 e 17 della camera di percolazione 15. Oltre alla tenuta idraulica assicurata soprattutto dal contatto forzato fra la parte centrale 18 dellâ€™elemento 17 e le facce della sede 11 si ottiene uno stretto e forzoso contatto fra il risalto 23 e la gola anulare 21. Questâ€™ultimo contatto forzato impedisce una deformazione della parte inferiore della tazza 2 durante il flusso dellâ€™acqua calda allâ€™interno della tazza 2 e di conseguenza si ottiene che lâ€™acqua calda non fluisca lungo percorsi preferenziali ma interessi nella totalitÃ il prodotto da infusione. Appare evidente che tutto ciÃ² comporta una decisa maggiore qualitÃ della bevanda che fuoriesce dalla tazza 2. Inoltre il contatto forzato del risalto 23 allâ€™interno della gola 21 oltre alla tenuta idraulica non consente alcuna deformazione a tale porzione 8 che potrebbe riflettersi negativamente sulla complanaritÃ della parete di base 4 durante lâ€™estrazione della bevanda. In sostanza tutta la parte inferiore della tazza 2 Ã ̈ a contatto forzato ed ingabbiata in modo che, oltre ad assicurare una perfetta tenuta idraulica, non si deformi.
