“COPERTURA PER INTEGRAZIONE ARCHITETTONICA DI PANNELLI FOTOVOLTAICI CRISTALLINI SENZA GUAINA'’. â € œCOVER FOR ARCHITECTURAL INTEGRATION OF CRYSTALLINE PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS WITHOUT SHEATH'â € ™.

DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

Il altri tecnicamente equivalenti In the field of photovoltaic panels, commonly called crystalline panels are known, consisting of crystalline silicon. The photovoltaic panels currently in use are mainly divided into two categories: crystalline silicon photovoltaic panels and amorphous silicon photovoltaic panels. The latter type of panels easily integrates with the roofing adopted on roofs, but has a low production of electricity per unit of surface and must therefore be used for large roofs. Crystalline silicon photovoltaic panels have a fair production of electricity per unit of surface but have problems of architectural integration with the roofing used on the roofs. This type of photovoltaic panels has. in fact, a thickness that is difficult to integrate with known types of roofing. In addition, the support brackets of these panels and the bituminous sheaths placed under the panel for waterproofing further contribute to raise the crystalline silicon photovoltaic panel from the roof level, thus eliminating the architectural integration as required by the regulations. The object of the result is a new and original type of roof capable of integrating crystalline silicon photovoltaic panels on the roof without underlying sheaths and at the same level as the roof. With the result, in fact, the complete integration of this type of photovoltaic panels without parts protruding from the roof is obtained. Another advantage achieved by means of the result is the guarantee of the impermeability of the roof covering. In applications prior to the result, for fixing brackets, sheets or bandages in the holes, it is necessary to drill holes and place screws or similar fastening elements on the roof covering plane. These vertical axis through holes, even if sealed after having placed the corresponding fastening elements, over time can create problems of infiltration to the roof due to thermal expansion and atmospheric conditions to which it is subjected. Furthermore, the brackets used can cause water stagnation on the roof. The object of the result is able to avoid these disadvantages as the roof is not drilled with vertical axis holes on the roof plane but has horizontal axis holes drilled in the protected area on the vertical part of strips equipped with cover plates and with fastening elements arranged on the battens, therefore able to avoid infiltration to the roof. The invention is also able to quickly dispose of the rainwater flows present on the roof without stagnating water. Another advantage offered by the result is the simplicity of installation. With the invention, moreover, it is possible to install and / or quickly replace the crystalline silicon photovoltaic panels or replace them with others of higher efficiency or of a different type, guaranteeing in any case the architectural integration of the roof with crystalline silicon photovoltaic panels or similar to the roof. This and further advantages and objects of the invention are more evident from the detailed description that follows of a preferred but not exclusive form of application together with the attached drawings of Tables 1, 2, 3 and 4. In particular, Figure 1 is seen in Table 1. top of the roof covered by the result with the photovoltaic panels. In Table 2 figure 2 is a sectional view of the invention. In Table 3 figure 3 is a perspective view of the roof without photovoltaic panel of a supporting element of the panel itself. Finally, in Table 4 figure 4 is a perspective view of an application of the roof covering. The resulting roof comprises a sheet 1 of metal material with raised edges 2 at the sides. Said edges have a folded final part 3 and prepared for seaming 4 with strips 5 of metal material of the same type as the metal material of the plate I. The strips 5 are folded at the edges to prepare the crimping step. The edges 2 of the plate 1 and the strips 5 crimped to the plate 1 cover a strip 6 arranged on the roof. The height of the slats 6 is variable according to the thickness and type of photovoltaic panel to be inserted in the roof, as well as the distance between the slats 6 parallel to each other. In a raised position from the sheet 1, profiles for windows 7 are arranged fastened, with fastening elements or screws 8, washers 9 and sealing gaskets 10, to the horizontal axis through holes 1 1 placed on the edges 2 and screwed into the side of the strip 6. The profile for doors and windows 7 is located under the seam 4 and has a lower space raised by the plate 1 to allow the flow of rainwater. The profile for doors and windows 7 can be arranged in at least four points of the edges 2 of the sheet 1 or, in another form of application, along the entire side of the edge 2. Above the profile for doors and windows 7 has a plate to stop the glass 12 and gasket 13 on the inside. The photovoltaic panel 14 is located between these elements and in the profiles for window frames 7, suitably arranged. During the application phase, the invention provides for the arrangement of the strips 6 on the upper part of the roof 15. The center-to-center distance of the strips 6 and the ™ height of these strips are established according to the photovoltaic panel to be placed in architectural integration. Between the strips 6 are placed the plates 1 of metallic material. By seaming, the metal strips 5 are joined to the sheets 1. The window profiles 7 are then fixed to the edges 2 of the raised sides of the panels 1 by means of fastening elements or screws 8, washers 9 and sealing gaskets 10. 1 profiles for windows and doors are placed under the seam in such a way as to be protected by the hinged surface and must be placed in a raised position from the slab 1, at least three or four centimeters away from the upper side of the panel 1, in such a way as to ensure the sliding of the rainwater along these slabs. Once the profiles 7 are fixed, the photovoltaic panels are placed in the space appropriately obtained between these and the gaskets 13. The photovoltaic panel 14 is then fixed at the top to the profile 7 with the plates 12. In case of replacement of one or more photovoltaic panels it is sufficient then, remove the photovoltaic panel 14 from the profiles for door and window frames 7 to carry out a repair or to replace it with another one of the same or different type. The method of the coverage object of the result allows, in fact, to integrate different types of photovoltaic panels inside the profiles for windows 7, with the gaskets 13 that compensate for different sizes or, in the case of more marked dimensional differences, replacing the profiles for 7 windows with others suitable for accommodating the new photovoltaic panel while preserving the architectural integration obtainable with the result.
