La presente invenzione è relativa ad un pacchetto rigido con coperchio incernierato per articoli da fumo. The present invention relates to a rigid package with a hinged lid for smoking articles.

In particolare la presente invenzione è relativa ad un pacchetto con coperchio incernierato per sigarette del tipo comprendente un contenitore a tazza ed un coperchio anch’esso conformato a tazza, incernierato al contenitore lungo un bordo di una parete dello stesso. Solitamente, il contenitore a tazza presenta una parete anteriore ed una parete posteriore ira loro affacciate e parallele, due pareti laterali parallele fra loro e perpendicolari alle pareti anteriore e posteriore, una parete di fondo perpendicolare alle pareti anteriore, posteriore e laterali, e una apertura superiore. Il coperchio conformato a tazza è solitamente incernierato al contenitore lungo un bordo della parete posteriore del contenitore coincidente con un bordo superiore della citata apertura. Claims

R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1) Rigid package with hinged lid for smoking articles comprising a container (2) equipped with an opening (3), a lid (4) hinged to the container (2) to rotate between an open and a closed position of the opening (3), and a collar (14) integral with the container (2) and at least partially interfering, in the closed condition, with the lid (4); the collar (14) comprises walls substantially aligned and adhering to corresponding walls of the container (2) and an upper edge (20) protruding away from the opening (3); the package (1) is characterized in that at least one wall (24) of the collar (14) comprises at least one fin (19), substantially aligned with the wall (24) itself, which extends away from the upper edge (20) of the collar (14) itself towards the lid (4), and the lid (4) comprises at least one free tab (21) directly facing the flap (19) to be, in use, contacted, elastically displaced and released from the flap (19) during the reciprocal rotation between the lid (4) and the container (2).

2) Package according to claim 1 in which the free tab (21) faces the inside of the package and interferes, during the rotation of the lid (4), with the flap (19) of the collar (14); the free tab (21) and the flap (19) stop engaging each other when the lid (4) is completely closed.

3) Package according to claim 1 or 2, in which the free tab (21) is hinged with respect to an upper wall (11) of the lid (4) and faces the inside of the package (1).

4) Package according to claim 3, in which the flap (19) is made of one piece with the collar (14) and touches, without contacting it, the upper wall (11) of the lid (4) in the closed position of the lid ( 4) same.

5) Package according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the lid (4) comprises two reinforcement panels (22) folded on the upper wall (11) from the side facing the container (2); the free tab (21) is obtained on at least one of the reinforcement panels (22).

6) A package according to claim 5, wherein the free tab (21) comprises a side hinged on the reinforcement panel (22); the latter presenting a recess (23) downstream of the tab (21) free for receiving the flap (19) in the closed position of the lid (4).

7) Package according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the collar (14) comprises two side walls (18) parallel to respective side walls (7) of the container (2) and at least one rear wall (24) parallel to a respective rear wall (6) of the container (2); the flap (19) is obtained on the rear wall (24) of the collar (14).

8) Package according to claim 7, in which the free tab (21) is hinged with respect to an upper wall (11) of the lid (4) in proximity to a rear wall (10) of the lid (4) itself.

9) Package according to any one of claims 1 to 8, in which only one free tab (21) is provided.

10) Package according to any one of claims 1 to 9, in which the flap (19) is substantially shaped like an arc of a circle.

11) Blank for making a collar for rigid packages according to any one of claims 1 to 10, comprising a central panel (201) defining a front wall (17) of the collar (14) and two side panels (202) defining respective side walls (18) of the collar (14), characterized in that it further comprises at least one end panel (204) connected to a side panel (202) on the opposite side with respect to the central panel (201) to define a rear wall (24) of the collar (14); the end panel (204) includes at least one protuberance (206) arranged along one of its peripheral edges, corresponding to the upper edge (20) of the collar (14), to define the flap (19) of the collar (14).

12) Blank for making a container and a lid for rigid packages according to any one of claims 1 to 12, comprising an array of central panels (108) defining respective front (12, 13), rear (6, 9) walls of top (1 1) and base (8) of the container (2) and of the lid (4), two rows of side panels (1 16, 117), connected to the row of central panels (108), respectively defining at least side walls (7, 10) of the lid (4) and of the container (2), a panel (122, 128) of each row of side panels (116, 117) defining reinforcement panels (22) of the upper wall (11) of the lid (4); characterized in that one of the reinforcement panels (128) includes an appendix (130) defining the free tab (21).

13) Blank according to claim 13, in which the reinforcement panel (128) has an opening (131) facing the array of central panels (108), the appendix (131) overlooking the opening (131).
