The invention relates to the design of a workpiece for producing a box, in particular, to the design of a workpiece for producing a box for storing or packaging a group of holders for toothpicks, formed from a flexible sheet, mainly paper, by folding the elements of the flexible sheet and can be used in the packaging industry in the manufacture of boxes to store or pack a group of toothpick holders.

In the prior art, a blank for producing a box is known, comprising a flexible sheet with longitudinal and transverse inflection lines, by means of which the boundaries of the individual sections of the sheet that correspond to the individual elements of the resulting box are indicated (RU 2384499 C2).

The applicant was not able to find in the prior art a technical solution that would be closest to the claimed solution (prototype), both in terms of the combination of essential features, including the purpose, and the technical result achieved. The applicant chooses the structure of the description of the invention, taking into account this circumstance. Regarding the chosen name of the generic concept, the applicant considers it necessary to note that with the name “Harvesting for receiving boxes for storing or packing a group of holders for toothpicks” the purpose of the declared object will most fully correspond to its actual content, as it is the use of the indicated name that ensures the proper identification of the declared object and indicates the desired purpose.

A disadvantage of the known technical solutions lies in the fact that they are not suitable for direct use as a blank for producing boxes for storing or packing a group of holders for toothpicks made in the form of separate vertically oriented and porous tubular racks. Known box blanks have a number of significant drawbacks:

- the box obtained from it has insufficient stability and rigidity;

- the box received from it has limited functionality.

The presence of these drawbacks is dictated by the following design flaws of the known blanks for producing boxes. The blank for receiving the box does not contain elements that provide an adjustable (variable) area or / and perimeter of the support (base, bottom), i.e. has limited functionality. The presence in the blank for receiving the box of funds for providing an adjustable (variable) area of the support (base, bottom) has a positive effect on the stability and rigidity of the resulting box. The stability of the resulting box and its rigidity is significantly affected by the size of the area of its support (base, bottom): the larger the area of the support (base, bottom), the greater the stability of the box. The stiffness of the box is significantly affected by the number of individual wall or shell elements involved in the formation of the box, their placement relative to each other, their orientation in space, and also the size of the area of the support (base, bottom). Known box blanks do not allow you to get a box with the required stiffness, because they do not contain a sufficient number of elements that affect the stiffness of the box, and the existing elements are improperly placed relative to each other, and they are not properly oriented in space. An important circumstance is the involvement in the formation of stability and rigidity of the element obtained from the box blank such as a lid with a different placement relative to other sections of the blank to produce the box.

Thus, there is a need to create a new technical solution related to the object “Procurement for receiving boxes for storing or packaging a group of holders for toothpicks” (hereinafter, for brevity, the blank), devoid of the above disadvantages. One of the ways to eliminate the identified shortcomings is a new constructive execution of the workpiece to obtain a box for storing or packaging a group of holders for toothpicks, as well as a new placement of its elements relative to each other.

The problem to which the claimed invention is directed is to create a new technical solution capable of legal protection as an invention relating to the device "Harvesting box for storing or packing a group of holders for toothpicks", which provides the specified box with high stability , rigidity, advanced functionality, and also allows you to expand the arsenal of technical means for a specific purpose or create them for the first time.

The technical result is an increase in stability, rigidity, expansion of the functionality obtained from the workpiece to obtain a box for storing or packing a group of holders for toothpicks of a specified box, as well as providing an expansion of the arsenal of technical equipment for a specific purpose or creating them for the first time.
