Abstract

Un pacchetto rigido con coperchio incernierato per articoli da fumo comprende un contenitore (2) dotato di una apertura (3), un coperchio (4) incernierato al contenitore (2) per ruotare tra una posizione di apertura ed una di chiusura dell’apertura (3), un collare (14) che risulta solidale al contenitore (2) ed almeno parzialmente interferente, in condizione di chiusura, con il coperchio (4), e comprendente delle pareti sostanzialmente allineate a corrispondenti pareti del contenitore (2) ed un bordo superiore (20) sporgente in allontanamento dall’apertura (3). Claims

1. Rigid package with hinged lid for smoking articles comprising a container (2) provided with an opening (3), a cover (4) hinged to the container (2) to rotate between an opening position and an opening closure position (3), and a collar (14) integral with the container (2) and at least partially interfering, in the closed condition, with the cover (4); the collar (14) comprises walls substantially aligned and adhering to corresponding walls of the container (2) and an upper edge (20) protruding away from the opening (3); the package (1) is characterized in that at least one wall (24) of the collar (14) comprises at least one fin (19), substantially aligned with the wall (24) itself, which extends away from the upper edge (20) of the collar (14) itself towards the cover (4), and the cover (4) comprises at least one free tongue (21) directly facing the flap (19) to be in use, contacted, elastically moved and released from the flap (19) during mutual rotation between the cover (4) and the container (2).

2. Package according to claim 1 wherein the free tongue (21) faces towards the inside of the package and interferes, during the rotation of the cover (4), with the fin (19) of the collar (14); the free tongue (21) and the tongue (19) cease to engage each other when the cover (4) is completely closed.

3. Package according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the free tongue (21) is hinged with respect to an upper wall (11) of the cover (4) and faces the inside of the package (1).

4. Package according to claim 3, wherein the fin (19) is made in one piece with the collar (14) and touches, not contacting it, the upper wall (11) of the cover (4) in the position for closing the lid ( 4) same.

5. Package according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the lid (4) comprises two reinforcement panels (22) folded on the upper wall (11) from the side facing the container (2); the free tongue (21) is formed on at least one of the reinforcement panels (22).

6. Package according to claim 5, wherein the free tongue (21) comprises a side hinged on the reinforcement panel (22); the latter presenting a recess (23) downstream of the free tongue (21) for the reception of the tab (19) in the position of closing the lid (4).

7. A package according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, in which the collar (14) comprises two side walls (18) parallel to respective side walls (7) of the container (2) and at least one rear wall (24) parallel to a respective rear wall (6) of the container (2); the tab (19) is formed on the rear wall (24) of the collar (14).

8. The package according to claim 7, wherein the free tongue (21) is hinged with respect to an upper wall (11) of the cover (4) near a rear wall (10) of the cover (4) itself.

9. A package according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, in which there is only one free tongue (21).

10. A package according to any one of Claims 1 to 9, in which the flap (19) is substantially shaped like a circular arc.

11. A blank for forming a collar for rigid packages according to any one of claims 1 to 10, comprising a central panel (201) defining a front wall (17) of the collar (14) and two side panels (202) defining respective side walls (18) of the collar (14), characterized in that it further comprises at least one end panel (204) connected to a side panel (202) on the opposite side with respect to the central panel (201) to define a rear wall (24) of the collar (14); the end panel (204) comprises at least one protuberance (206) arranged along a peripheral edge thereof, corresponding to the upper edge (20) of the collar (14), to define the fin (19) of the collar (14).

12. A blank for making a container and a lid for rigid packets according to any of the claims from 1 to 10, comprising an array of central panels (108) defining respective front walls (12, 13), rear (6, 9), of top (11) and base (8) of the container (2) and of the cover (4), two arrays of side panels (116, 117), connected to the array of central panels (108), respectively defining at least side walls (7 , 10) of the cover (4) and of the container (2), a panel (122, 128) of each array of side panels (116, 117) defining reinforcing panels (22) of the upper wall (11) of the cover (4 ); characterized in that one of the reinforcement panels (128) comprises an appendix (130) defining the free tongue (21).

13. The blank according to claim 12, wherein the reinforcement panel (128) has an opening (131) facing the array of central panels (108), the appendix (131) facing the opening (131).
