La presente invenzione si riferisce alla tecnica costruttiva delle attrezzature per ottenere infusi tipo ESPRESSO. The present invention refers to the construction technique of the equipment for obtaining ESPRESSO-type infusions.

STATO DELLA TECNICA STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE
Sono note le macchine per ottenere infusi tipo ESPRESSO largamente impiegate nei BAR ed anche per uso domestico. Machines for obtaining ESPRESSO-type infusions widely used in BARs and also for domestic use are known.
Tutti i dispositivi per ottenere infusi cremosi nella tazzina pronta al consumo si presentano complessi e costosi. All the devices for obtaining creamy infusions in the cup ready for consumption are complex and expensive.
Il problema da risolvere è quello di realizzare un dispositivo semplice, affidabile ed economico in grado di emulsionare il fluido di processo a contatto con l’aria e trasformarlo nella tipica crema dell’ espresso di ottima qualità. La soluzione proposta dal dispositivo oggetto della presente invenzione industriale consiste essenzialmente in un diaframma elastico di appropriato spessore presentante almeno una fenditura passante mantenuta chiusa per effetto della propria elasticità, essendo tale diaframma elastico inserito fra il prodotto sfuso o confezionato in cialde o capsule e il condotto di uscita della macchina per espresso.
