Claims

CLAIMS 1. Device (10) for preparing a package of a product, in particular in the form of a food product, especially a pasty food product, such as bouillon cube and the like and preferably in the form of a pressed nut; characterized in that it comprises a support frame (10a), means (12) for producing corresponding wrappers for wrapping said product and means (14) for final closing the folded wrapper on the product, which means (14 ) extend above the means (12) for making corresponding wrappers for wrapping said product.

2. Device according to claim 1 or according to the pre-characterizing part of claim 1, characterized in that it comprises final closing means (14) for the folded wrapper on the product, which define a path of advancement of the package which extends in the direction opposite to the direction of feeding of the wrappers by the means (12) for making corresponding wrappers for wrapping said product.

3. Device according to any one of the preceding claims or according to the pre-characterizing part of claim 1, characterized in that it comprises unloading means (16) for the folded wrapping onto the product, which define a path of advancement of the package which extends in direction opposite to the direction in which the wrappers are fed by the means (12) for making corresponding wrappers for wrapping said product.

Device according to any one of the preceding claims or according to the pre-characterizing part of claim 1, characterized in that it comprises unloading means (16) for the folded wrapping onto the product, which extend above the means (12) for making corresponding wrappers for wrapping said product.

Device according to any one of the preceding claims or according to the pre-characterizing part of claim 1, characterized in that it comprises means (12) for making corresponding wrappers for wrapping said product, which comprise a section (12a) of feeding of the strips of material for making the wrapping and a section (12b) ending in the area where the respective wrapping is made, which extend, defining an angle between them.

6. Device according to claim 5, characterized in that said portion (12b) ending in the area where the respective wrapping is made extends perpendicularly to the wrapping unit (13) on a corresponding predefined product portion of the apparatus (11) of packaging to which the device is associated.

Device according to any one of the preceding claims 5 and 6, characterized in that it comprises a feed section (12a) for feeding the strips of material for making the wrapping, which extends parallel to the winding unit (13) of said wrapping on a corresponding predefined portion of product of the packaging apparatus to which the device is associated.

8. Device according to any one of the claims, characterized in that it comprises means (12) for producing corresponding wrappers for wrapping said product, which comprise means (18) for feeding a strip of material for making of product wrapping.

9. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises means (12) for producing corresponding wrappers for wrapping said product, which comprise means (24, 26) for feeding means for tearing the 'wrapping.

10. Device according to claim 9, characterized in that said means (24, 26) for feeding the wrapping tear means are supported downstream of the support means (18) for the wrapping material.

1 1. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that means (30) are provided for coupling said means (27, 27) for tearing the wrapping with the wrapping material (21).

12. Device according to claim 11, characterized in that said means (30) for coupling the said means (27, 27) for tearing the wrapping with the wrapping material (21) are provided in the upstream portion (12a) of the device.

13. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that temporary storage means (32) for the wrapping material are provided.

14. Device according to claim 13, characterized by the fact that said temporary storage means (32) of the wrapping material are provided in said upstream section (12a) of the device.

15. Device according to any one of the preceding claims 13 and 14, characterized in that said means for temporary storage (32) of the material for wrapping are provided downstream of the means (30) for coupling the said tearing means (27, 27) wrapping with the wrapping material (21).

16. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that means (34) are provided for longitudinal cutting of the wrapping material.

17. Device according to claim 16, characterized by the fact that said means (34) for longitudinal cutting of the material for wrapping are provided in the said upstream section (12a) of the device.

18. Device according to any of the previous claims 16 and 17, characterized by the fact that said means (34) for longitudinal cutting of the wrapping material are provided downstream of the temporary storage means (32).

Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that means (36, 38) are provided for overturning the wrapping material (21 a, 21 b).

Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that means (40) are provided for centering the material for the wrapping (21 a, 21 b).

21. Device according to claim 20, characterized by the fact that said means (40) for centering the wrapping material (21 a, 21 b) are provided in said upstream section (12b) of the device.

Device according to any one of the preceding claims or according to the pre-characterizing part of claim 1, characterized in that it comprises means (44) for producing corresponding wrappers for wrapping said product, which comprise cutting means for a longitudinal portion of the respective ribbon of material for making wrappers.

23. Device according to claim 22, characterized in that cutting means (44) are in the form of rotatable cutting means.

24. Device according to any one of the preceding claims 22 and 23, characterized in that said cutting means (44) have a first and a second spaced apart blades (44a, 44a) having a transversal cutting profile (44a, 44a) from which it protrudes a respective arcuate portion (44b, 44b) suitable for creating in the wrapping a respective projecting portion defining a portion covering one end of the respective tearing band.

25. Device according to any one of the preceding claims or according to the precharacterizing part of claim 1, characterized in that it comprises final closing means for the folded wrapper on the product, which comprise means (46) for folding the folded wrapper on the product.

26. Device according to any one of the preceding claims or according to the pre-characterizing part of claim 1, characterized in that it comprises final closing means for the folded wrapper on the product, which comprise means (48) for sealing the folded wrapper on the product.

27. Device according to any one of the preceding claims 25 and 26, characterized in that said folding means (46) extend above the said sheet cutting means (44).

28. Device according to any one of the preceding claims 26 and 27, characterized in that said sealing means (48) extend above the path of advancement of the strip of material in proximity to said cutting means.

29. Device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it can be associated with a packaging equipment (11) in correspondence with the wrapping unit (13) of said wrapping on a corresponding predefined portion of the product.

Device according to claim 29, characterized in that it comprises means for producing corresponding wrappers for wrapping said product, which define a path (12b) for advancing the wrappers which extends transversely to the product feeding direction in the means (15) for feeding the product to be wrapped.

Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises means for final closure of the folded wrapper on the product, which define a path of advancement of the package which extends transversely to the direction of feeding of the product into the means (15 ) for feeding the product to be wrapped.

32. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said means (14) for final closure of the folded wrapper on the product are carried on movable support means (110) between a working position and a rest position.

33. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said final closing means (14) of the folded wrapper on the product are carried on movable support means (110) between a lowered working position and a raised rest position.

Device according to any one of the preceding claims 32 and 33, characterized in that said means (14) for final closure of the folded wrapper on the product are carried on support means which are movable (110) to allow access to the underlying part of the means (12) for producing corresponding wrappers for wrapping said product.

35. Device according to any one of the preceding claims from 32 to 34, characterized in that said final closing means (14) of the folded wrapper on the product are carried on a support plate (110) that can rotate with respect to a respective side edge.

Device according to any one of the preceding claims from 22 to 35, characterized in that each part (44a ', 44a ") of the transverse component (44a) of the cutting edge, which extend to the sides of an extension portion (44b) of the cutting edge having a radius of curvature (R3), are slightly curved, being composed of a respective extreme portion having a large radius of curvature (R1) and an intermediate portion having a respective large radius of curvature (R2).

37. Apparatus (11) for packaging a product, in particular in the form of a food product, especially a pasty food product, such as bouillon cube and the like and preferably in the form of a pressed cube; characterized in that it comprises a device according to any one of the preceding claims.
