Con riferimento alle figure allegate, il copridivano 10 secondo il presente modello, nella sua forma di realizzazione più generale, è caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere un elemento di copertura di una porzione di seduta 11 o di schienale 12 di un divano, detto elemento di copertura essendo sostanzialmente costituito da un lembo di tessuto quadrangolare 1 ai bordi del quale sono fissati mezzi elastici 2. Claims

CLAIMS 1. Sofa cover (10) characterized in that it comprises a covering element for a seat (11) or a backrest (12) of a sofa, said covering element being substantially constituted by a strip of quadrangular fabric (1) at the edges to which elastic means (2) are fixed, the rest length of said elastic means (2) being less than the length of the perimeter of said flap of quadrangular fabric (1).

2 Sofa cover (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that said flap of quadrangular fabric (1), due to the fixing of said elastic means (2), assumes a substantially sack-like shape.

Sofa cover (10) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said flap of quadrangular fabric (1) is made with an elasticized fabric.

Sofa cover (10) according to claim 3, characterized in that said elasticized fabric of said flap (1) is extensible in sizes ranging from 120% to 200% of its rest size.

Sofa cover (10) according to claim 3 or 4, characterized in that said stretch fabric is a bielastic fabric with an embossed appearance.

Sofa cover (10) according to claim 5, characterized in that said bielastic fabric with an embossed appearance comprises a network of elastic threads constituted by a first series of elastic threads sewn in a state of tension in the warp direction and by a second series of elastic threads arranged in the weft direction and fixed to said fabric in correspondence with said threads arranged in the warp direction, the length of a section of weft thread between its attachment points to the fabric in a tension release condition being shorter than the length of the corresponding stretch of fabric.

7. Sofa cover (10) according to claim 6, characterized by the fact that said network of threads of said bielastic fabric with an embossed-like appearance consists of cells whose side measured in the warp direction has dimensions between 0.5 and 10 centimeter .

Sofa cover (10) according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that in said bielastic fabric with an embossed appearance, the fixing points of each yarn in the weft direction are made in correspondence with two adjacent warp yarns.

Sofa cover (10) according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said flap of quadrangular fabric (1) has an essentially rectangular plan.
