- The present invention relates to a brassiere, and particularly to a brassiere which has part of an outer surface cloth layer thereof that is knitted with thermo-fusible yarn and stretch fiber yarn to be served as a lifting and supporting area.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- The brassiere is the most close-fitting clothing for women. In an environment that the life quality of the nationals is generally promoted now, consumers demand more for the quality and the comfort of use of the brassiere. In the products of the brassiere, the brassieres that wrap and support the breasts most directly affect the wearing quality and effect of the consumers. The functionalities of the brassieres are aimed on centering and lifting the breasts, such that the shape of the breasts is aesthetic and the droop of the breasts is prevented.
- The prior art brassiere centers and lifts the breast with a lifting and supporting piece disposed at the inner side of the brassiere. However, the lifting and supporting piece is generally cut from a plane material and has no flexibility, so that the brassiere can not be close-fitting and secured, and therefore the wearer may feel uncomfortable easily.
- To solve the above-mentioned problems, one objective of the present invention is directed to provide a brassiere, in which a first knitting area of an outer surface cloth layer has the effect of better supporting with the knitting of thermo-fusible yarn and stretch fiber yarn, and a second knitting area of the outer surface cloth layer has the effect of being softer and more comfortable with the knitting of superfine fiber yarn and stretch fiber yarn.
- One objective of the present invention is directed to provide a brassiere, in which an outer surface cloth layer, an intermediate cloth layer and an inner surface cloth layer constitute a sandwich fabric (spacer fabric) with a 3D knitting method, and the brassiere has the advantage of air permeability with a design of the wavy polyester fiber yarn of the intermediate cloth layer.

- In one embodiment, a fineness of the superfine fiber yarn is between 30 deniers and 150 deniers. A material of the stretch fiber yarn is polyurethane (PU) fiber. The thermo-fusible yarn is a core-spun yarn structure in which polyester fiber is wrapped by the thermo-fusible fiber. The wavy polyester fiber yarn is selected from one of monofilament fiber and multifilament fiber.
- In one embodiment, the brassiere body has a lifting and supporting area for lifting and supporting the breast and a close-fitting area adjacent to the lifting and supporting area, the outer surface cloth layer of the lifting and supporting area is the first knitting area, and the outer surface cloth layer of the close-fitting area is the second knitting area. In addition, an area of the lifting and supporting area is 1% to 99% of an area of the brassiere body.
- In one embodiment, the first knitting area further includes a thermo-fusible yarn densely woven area and a thermo-fusible yarn sparsely woven area. In addition, knitting of the inner surface cloth layer and the outer surface cloth layer is selected from one of circular knitting and tricot knitting.
