CLAIMS 1. Bag comprising at least one handle; at least one tie tape, including at least one tie, to form a bow; characterized in that said bag further comprises anchoring means for said tie-rod belt; means for fixing said at least one tie rod; said at least one tie rod being part of said handle.

2. Bag according to claim 1 characterized in that said tie-rod belt comprises a head where said at least one tie-rod protrudes; said anchoring means comprise an adhesive strip which fixes said head externally to said bag, leaving said at least one tie rod free and sliding.

3. Bag according to claim 1 characterized in that said tie-rod belt comprises a head where said at least one tie-rod comes out; said anchoring means comprise a hole in said bag of such dimensions as not to allow said head to pass and to leave said at least one tie rod free and sliding.

4. Bag according to claim 1 characterized in that said fixing means of said at least one tie rod comprise an adhesive strip which fixes said at least one tie rod inside said bag.

5. Bag according to claim 1 characterized in that said fixing means of said at least one tie rod comprise a hole in said bag where said at least one tie rod passes therein and is fixed by means of a knot.

6. Bag according to claim 1 characterized in that it comprises two tie rods which constitute the two handles of said bag.

7. Bag according to claim 1 characterized by the fact that it comprises a tie rod which constitutes a handle of said bag, the other handle being made in the traditional way.

8. Bag according to claim 1 characterized in that anchoring means for said tie-rod belt are placed in proximity to a first opening edge of said bag; and said fixing means of said at least one tie rod are placed in proximity to a second opening edge of said bag.

9. A method for making a bow on a bag comprising the steps of fixing a tie tape on a first edge of said bag; fixing a tie rod of said tie strap on a second edge of said bag; pulling said tie rod of said tie strap.
