Claims

CLAIMS It claims: 1) That magnetic inserts are inserted in the context of a curtain or mosquito net curtain with multiple elements, arranged vertically, whose function is to keep the different elements attached to each other so as to constitute an apparently single and integral flat surface of the awning in the closing phase.

2) The vertical elements constituting the awning can more conveniently be constituted by multiple basic elements, here defined as LNG carriers, which are meshed together in an integral way. The elements that guarantee the conjunction between the metamers, for constructive simplicity, are the same magnets as in claim 1.

3) The metamers referred to in claim n. 2 can have the most varied shape and size, preferably identical in the context of the single curtain. They can be built with the most varied materials and have construction elements at both ends that ensure the meshing between the heads and tails and the housing of the magnets.

4) The metamers referred to in claim n. 2, suitably and for the uses for which the awning is intended, can be transpiring (perforated) or compact, transparent or suitably colored uniformly or variously decorated.

5) The magnetic elements referred to in claim 1, of suitable shape and size, ensure that the multiple-element curtain that is created can be moved away, separating the elements, with a modest pressure of the body that passes through it.

6) The magnetic inserts as per claim 1 also ensure that when the opening has been crossed the elements of the awning are juxtaposed exactly, reconstituting an integral and unitary surface.

7) To ensure further stability and rigidity to the closed awning, it is possible to fix elongated elements on the right and left of the opening, on the jamb or integrated with it, which bring similar magnets in appropriate points which, congruent with those of the more lateral elements of the awning, allow to hold the awning in position preventing or reducing the possible swaying of the body of the awning with respect to the opening.

8) For particular applications or to ensure greater hermetic seal and cleanliness, it is claimed the possibility of applying a thin metal strip to the floor with the function of retaining the elements of the awning even downwards.
