L'utilizzo di listelli profilati preforati conformati ad "L", predisposti quindi in laboratorio, consente di realizzare nel luogo di installazione le strutture portanti a telaio con la semplice applicazione, in punti prefissati, dei mezzi di giunzione. Detti listelli profilati hanno dimensioni normalmente standardizzate e consentono agli operatori l'installazione delle pareti attrezzati con interventi semplici e rapidi che rendono la struttura finita di qualità e di costo molto contenuto. Nel contempo, la realizzazione in laboratorio dei listelli profilati e dei corrispondenti pannelli di tamponamento preforati, oltre che ridurre i costi di produzione, facilita il loro immagazzinaggio, le spedizioni agli installatori ed il trasporto da questi ai luoghi in cui le pareti attrezzate sono costruite, con i vantaggi facilmente intuibili che tutto ciò comporta, sia per il produttore, sia per l'installatore, sia per l'utilizzatore ultimo che vede occupare i propri ambienti dal personale addetto alla installazione per un tempo minimo. Sostanzialmente l’invenzione consiste quindi in un procedimento rivolto alla realizzazione di pareti attrezzate, idonee ad interagire con apparecchi sanitari e loro accessori, particolarmente nella ristrutturazione di ambienti con minimi interventi nelle strutture murarie esistenti. Detto procedimento consiste nel ricorso a pannelli di tamponamento 5, 6 e 7, con dimensioni adatte per il tamponamento frontale, laterale e superiore della struttura portante della parete attrezzata medesima, ciascuno a struttura monolitica o formato da più elementi fra loro affiancati, provvisti, particolarmente quelli destinati a chiudere frontalmente la parete attrezzata, di impronte preformate da sfondare per realizzare fori 9 e 11 per il passaggio di tubazioni, maniglie e/o manopole di azionamento, nonché la o le aperture 1Ò attraverso cui saranno portati in collegamento i sanitari, particolarmente quelli pesanti e comunque soggetti a sollecitazioni, con la corrispondente struttura meccanica portante non in vista e non riprodotta nei disegni, ancorata al pavimento o alla struttura muraria a cui la parete attrezzata è applicata e comunque normalmente indipendente dal resto della parete attrezzata che la nasconde alla vista. Detti pannelli, delle dimensioni adatte ed in relazione a quelle dei listelli profilati 3, sono quindi provvisti delle impronte preformate da sfondare, distribuite nei punti adatti per le differenti applicazioni, e di fori, almeno lungo il loro contorno, per l'applicazione dei mezzi meccanici con cui saranno ancorati alla struttura portante della parete attrezzata medesima. Essi sono quindi fissati nel luogo di installazione al telaio portante costituito da listelli profilati in acciaio conformato ad "L", anch’essi fra loro congiunti da mezzi meccanici amovibili, costituiti normalmente da viti autofilettanti. I pannelli di tamponamento sono realizzati con materiali come il cartongesso ed il gesso legno idonei per essere rivestiti con piastrelle e lastre di rivestimento rifinitrici, atte a rendere di pregio la parete attrezzata quando finita e comunque non diversa nell'aspetto da una parete in muratura. Il pannello di tamponamento superiore 7 può essere realizzato direttamente con un materiale rifinitore come ad esempio il marmo o l'agglomerato di marmo ancorato in modo amovibile per facilitare l'ispezionabilità interna della parete attrezzata. La struttura portante è costituita da listelli profilati in lamiera d'acciaio preforati con profilo ad "L" realizzanti una conformazione parallelepipeda e fra loro congiunti con mezzi di giunzione meccanici amovibili, cioè tali che possano essere fra loro in tutto o in parte distaccati, ad esempio per essere tolti o sostituiti con altri. Detti listelli di lamiera d'acciaio sono provvisti di fori 20 ubicati nelle posizioni adatte per le loro connessioni, ad esempio ubicati almeno verso le loro estremità per facilitare il posizionamento e l’applicazione delle viti autofilettanti attraverso le quali sono fra loro congiunti per originare la struttura parallelepipeda portante, come quelle esemplificate nelle figure 4 e 5. Potranno inoltre essere provvisti di fori per l'applicazione di listelli rompitratta 2 o anche di fori distribuiti per l'applicazione e l'ancoraggio dei pannelli di tamponamento 5, 6 e 7. 1 listelli in lamiera d’acciaio di maggiore lunghezza possono invece essere costituiti da listelli più brevi, fra loro congiunti in modo telescopico, come esemplificato in fig. 3, in modo tale che possano essere realizzate anche quelle variazioni calibrate della lunghezza per quelle realizzazioni ritenute fuori dello standard. I listelli profilati sono comunque realizzati secondo lunghezze diverse, in modo tale che l’installatore con il ricorso ad un numero limitato di listelli delle dimensioni prescelte può realizzare telai portanti con cui realizzare pareti attrezzate differenti, senza che vengano richiesti in tal modo interventi particolari sugli stessi nell'ambiente in cui le pareti attrezzate devono essere installate. 2) Procedure, as per rev. 1), characterized by the fact that the mechanical means for joining the infill panels and the load-bearing frames made with profiled strips (3) consist of self-tapping screws.
