RIASSUNTO SUMMARY

Un procedimento per la produzione automatizzata di bracciali decorati di materiale tessile prevede la tessitura di nastri presentanti porzioni decorate alternate a porzioni sdoppiate in cui i fili d'ordito d'opera, che con i fili di trama formano le decorazioni, sono separati dai fili d'ordito di fondo tessuti con i fili di trama. Successivamente gli spezzoni di tessuto non decorato delle porzioni sdoppiate sono tagliati alle estremità per-poterli separare dal nastro, ed i fili d'ordito, d'opera non tessuti interposti tra le porzioni decorate sono tagliati a metà per definire i legacci dei bracciali. Successivamente al taglio delle porzioni nastriformi di tessuto non decorato, la zona non decorata di ciascuna prima porzione viene ripiegata sulla zona decorata al fine di schermare il rovescio di quest'ultima. Le prime porzioni A del nastro 10 risultando pertanto costituite da un tessuto tubolare, in quanto il bordo della zona non decorata viene cucito in corrispondenza del bordo della zona decorata. Grazie a .tale accorgimento, una faccia della porzione A del nastro 10 risulta di colorazione uniforme. Claims

CLAIMS 1. - Process for making bracelets of textile or similar material having a decorated central portion and two ends in the form of laces, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: - weaving an elongated element (10) having first portions (A) and second portions (B) split alternating with the first ones and in which a core (10a, D) is separated from a respective woven part (10b, E), - cut the ends of the woven parts (10a, E) adjacent to the connection areas (T) with the core (10a, D) in such a way as to separate them from the elongated element (10), and - cut the cores (10a , D) substantially in the middle of the second portions (B) so as to define a plurality of bracelets (M), the free ends of the cores (10a, D) cut defining the ties (L) of the bracelet. 2. Process according to Claim 1, characterized in that the decorated tubular element (10b) is woven, in correspondence with the aforementioned first portions (A), around the central core (10a) defined by a twisted cord. 3. - Process according to Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: - arrange on the weaving loom a plurality of base warp threads and warp threads of variously alternating and different colors, and - weaving a plurality of weft threads at the warp threads so that at the first portions (A) the weft threads are woven with the base warp threads and with the warp threads works to provide a decorative effect and that, in correspondence with the second portions (B), the weft threads are woven only with the base warp threads, the work warp threads (D) defining the aforementioned core. 4, - Process according to Claim 3, characterized by the fact that the warp yarns are transversely alternated with the base warp yarns only in correspondence with longitudinal bands of the fabric (E) so as to define, for each of the first portions (A) of the fabric, a decorated area flanked by an undecorated area, the latter being folded over the first in order to screen the reverse of the decorated area. 5.
