Per applicare manualmente collante di bloccaggio per viti sui filetti di una vite sono già divenuti noti dispositivi con pistole manuali di spruzzaggio, le quali permettono l'emissione riproducibile di quantità definite di collante di bloccaggio per viti. I relativi costi di investimento sono comunque non indiffe renti. D'altra parte però anche una quantità riproduci bile emessa non dà ancora alcuna garanzia che vengano anche conseguite riproducibili quantità applicate. Durante la manipolazione con una pistola manuale di spruzzaggio in una mano ed una vite nell'altra mano può senz'altro accadere che una certa quantità sgoccioli lambendo la vite. In seguito a ciò, con collante di bloccaggio per viti può da un lato essere sporcata il posto di lavoro e dall'altro lato può anche essere sporcato la mano che trattiene le vite. Entrambe le cose rappresentano però un pericolo che non va sottovalutato. CLAIMS 1. - Procedure for manually applying locking adhesive for screws on threads of a screw, characterized by phases - impregnation of an absorbent material (1) with the locking adhesive for screws, - introduction of a threaded shank (8) of the screw (7) through an opening (5, 6) into a container (4) which contains the absorbent material (1) impregnated, - insertion of the free end of the threaded shank (8 ) in the absorbent material (1) soaked. 2. - Device for carrying out the process indicated in Claim 1, characterized by - a bearing (1) which consists of an absorbent material and is soaked with a locking adhesive for screws, - a container (4) which encloses the bearing (1) and which on its upper side has at least an opening (5, 6) in the cover suitable for inserting the threaded shank (8) of a screw (7) 3.
