DESCRIZIONE DELL'INVENZIONE DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Descrizione dell'invenzione avente per titol Di spositivo sollevamento lineare ad azionamento oleodinamico applicabile a mezzi semoventi ed in particolare ai trattori agricoli Description of the invention having as its title Linear lifting device with hydraulic drive applicable to self-propelled vehicles and in particular to agricultural tractors
The present telescopic telescopic linear lifting device, with hydraulic actuation, carried and applicable rapidly and, preferably at the front, to self-propelled means, in particular to agricultural tractors, pursues the aim of increasing the usefulness and versatility of the same. ; in fact, it allows you to handle (lift, transport, stack, lay down) materials or support work equipment, leaving available the functions that can be obtained from the rear of the tractor, namely: towing, lifting tools, drives via the power take-off (p.d.p.). The lifting device consists of a fixed external frame, one or two coplanar mobile frames, depending on the two or three-stage solution, with the uprights made of steel sheet suitably shaped to ensure the best strength / weight ratio. , and by an internal carriage which is also substantially coplanar and equipped with skids preferably coated with a low coefficient material. of friction; the first mobile frame being moved by an oleodynamic cylinder, the internal trolley and the eventual second mobile frame being driven by a special chain (s) or
On the uprights, or sheaths, to facilitate sliding, there are preferentially applied in the front and rear part of the pads made of suitable materials with a low friction coefficient; the solution is preferred with the shoes placed at the top fixed internally to the outer sheath and those placed at the bottom applied externally to the inner sheath even only on the sides where the maximum load is exerted. Note that the uprights in cold-formed sheet steel, given the good surfaces that can be produced, in addition to the reduction of dimensions and weight, allow to eliminate the pairs of sliding rollers mounted on current forklifts with a reduction in weight and cost. , while the lateral sealing, for the omega section profiles, is ensured for the whole length from the support from the wings with undoubtedly better results and less transverse dimensions than the current ones. The front arrangement of the lifter, contrary to the current solutions which provide for its rear application with substantial preclusion of the main functions that can be performed by the tractor and with considerable maneuvering difficulty, allows the operator the normal driving position and leaves the rear functions of the tractor intact. . The solution of the uprights with sheaths in steel sheet preferably omega-shaped, by containing the overall dimensions, allows sufficient visibility for the guide. lifting to a certain height, for example an arm that is preferably extendable to handle floppy loads such as big bags of fertilizer, or baskets for operators working on tree crops, or even automatic pruning units, both with limited lifting required by other equipment such as: linear fertilizer spreaders and / or harrows and / or leveling bars that can be used simultaneously with other tools applied to the rear such as hoes or seeders, or carry barrels and / or spray bars for herbicide or pesticide treatments, or bring rakes or means of cutting grass or residual straws that can be operated by wheels for cont act on the ground when they are lowered, or activated by mechanical, hydraulic or electrical transmissions that can take the motion directly or indirectly from the tractor. On the central carriage, in addition to the housings for the pins that support the removable forks located in the lower part, means are provided in the upper part for anchoring the aforementioned tools. at least its uprights, with anti-adhesive material. A preferred but non-limiting solution provides for the two-stage solution the sliding pads in non-stick material fixed as already mentioned at the top on the internal walls of the fixed frame and at the bottom on the external walls of the movable frame; for the three-stage transformation, after some constructive measures concerning the fixing of the cylinder / piston lifting unit, it would be possible, after eliminating the aforementioned shoes on one side, the simple insertion between the fixed frame and the already existing mobile frame, of a special another mobile frame, with the uprights suitably equipped with thin skids in a material of different hardness or in any case non-stick, provided at the bottom with anchors for the application of the side lifting chains. The actuation of the lift in question can be obtained by directly connecting its hydraulic cylinders with the hydraulic circuit normally existing on the tractor as long as it is equipped with a double control distributor; otherwise it is always possible to complete the lift with a pump applicable to the p.d.p. of the tractor, a suitable distributor and an oil tank connected in a hydraulic circuit according to known solutions. It should also be noted that the front arrangement makes the lateral displacement piston, which is found on the present devices applied at the rear, superfluous, due to the large displacements obtainable with the steering of the front wheels. Finally, the device in question for fixing to the tractor or in any case to the vehicle preferably provides for an invitation slide and a suitable slot on each of the support arms of the assembly so as to obtain a quick coupling on the fixed supports provided on the tractor, so that with appropriate maneuver also a single operator can easily mount and dismount it from the tractor itself. What has been said so far will become even clearer for those skilled in the art from the graphic representation of kinetnathisms and preferred, although not exclusive, solutions illustrated in figures 1 to 9 of the attached TABLES I to III in which it can be seen: in figure 1 the representation of a tractor on which the lift 2 is applied at the front in the two-stage version with the fixed external frame comprising the two uprights or chainstays 3 and 3 'with omega section, the mobile frame with the uprights 4 and 4' also shaped omega and internal to the previous ones, the central trolley 5 equipped with forks 6 (foldable) for lifting the platforms, containers or in any case the materials to be handled, the hydraulic lifting cylinder-piston group 7, the chain 8 that connects the crosspiece 10 of the external fixed frame with the central carriage 5 passing through the free pulley 9 integral with the lintel of the mobile frame so as to double the reachable height and the v speed of rise with respect to those of the piston with per se known solution; furthermore, the oleodynamic cylinders 11 and 1Γ, placed between the fixed uprights 3 and 3 'and the supports such as 13 of the lifter, applied with means already can be seen. provided on the sides of the tractor, which carry out the forward / backward inclination (tilting) of the assembly in order to facilitate the gripping and release of the products to be handled as well as operational safety. Figures 2 and 3 respectively schematize the kinematics of the lifter in the two-stage and three-stage solution in order to highlight the functional differences: in the first case it can be noted the cylinder / piston assembly 7 ', and the chain 81 which free pulley 91 and with the anchor points 101 and 16 respectively to the external fixed frame and to the central carriage 51, in the second case the cylinder / piston 7 "lift with the chain 17 which, passing over the free pulley 18, corresponds to to 9 in the two-stage solution, placed on the lintel of the first movable frame 21, it connects a point 19 placed (at the top) on the external fixed frame with a point 20 placed at the bottom on the first movable frame 21, providing for example and preferably a chain on each side that each slide in the space of the relative sheath, and the second chain 22 anchored in the high point 23 of the first movable frame, which passes on the pulley 24 placed at the top of the second ply I mobile 4 "and supports the central carriage 5" by anchoring itself to position 25 (corresponding to 16 of the two-stage solution). The lifting speed and the stroke of the central carriage will thus result in the two solutions, respectively, twice and three times those of the lifting piston. It should be noted that, at least with the three-stage solution, the lifting cylinder / piston is placed outside the frames for reasons of space and structural connections between the uprights; nevertheless, the omega-shaped conformation of the uprights, adopting some precautions such as the rear edges of the profile wider than the front ones for the first mobile frame, allows to contain the offset of the lifting cylinder / piston with respect to the median plane of the uprights and therefore to maintain moments of limited entity. Figures 4 and 5 of Table II show for the two and three-stage solutions ^ with rotating cross-section: ^ d 90D approximately with respect to the use ^ 1 a reciprocal position of the uprights (sheaths), that of the oscillating slides 33 and 33 'of the central trolley and also the positioning planes of some sliding shoes interposed as follows: the 28 and 29 between the fixed external frame and the first movable frame, the 30 visible between the first and second movable frames in the three-stage version, 31 and 32 between the internal mobil frame and the slides 33 and 33 'of the central carriage. It should be noted that the two and three-stage versions may have in common the fixed uprights and those of the internal movable frame as well as the trolley, for this purpose it is sufficient to interpose in the two-stage version appropriate bases 35 between the runners and the surface on which they are fixed. : in the examples shown for the unification of the parts, the lifting cylinder / piston is provided for externally (behind) the uprights of the fixed frame. In figure 6 the upper part of a three-stage lift is partially represented and it is possible to notice the right sheath 3 VI of the fixed external frame, that 21 * of the first movable frame with the pulley 18 'and the chain fixed at the top 19' on the crosspiece 36 of the same and at the bottom fixed in 20 'to the sheath 211 of the second mobile frame which in turn carries upwards the central pulley 24' on which the chain 22 'slides, fixed in 23' to the upper crosspiece 37 of the first mobile frame while the other cap will be fixed on the central carriage; it is also possible to notice the hydraulic lifting unit 7 which acts below on a crosspiece 39 of the fixed frame and above on the crosspiece 37 of the mobile frame. cylinders / pistons, such as 11
Figure 1, which effect the tilting / pivoting of the frames. Figure 7 shows a preferred solution for hooking the invention to the front of the tractor: it is possible to note the left support 13 'fixed to the body of the tractor, the fixed frame 3 VII with the tapered left arm 40, the recess 41 for the housing of the support pin 42 and the stop 43 to prevent the lifter from coming off in jolts. To obtain the deposition (and the withdrawal) of the tool, the central carriage 5 '' 'is lowered to the ground, it is locked to the uprights of the fixed frame by means of a bolt 47 or other stop means also known per se, and it is tilts suitably with the help of the tilt actuating pistons and with the appropriate rod 44 which engages on at least one fork 6'x <£ teT '* 3 VII upright of the fixed frame realizing a predetermined angle and advances with the tractor obtaining the release and a position of stability, after which the foreseen and per se known quick couplings of the hydraulic circuit are detached so as to disengage from the same and ensure the maintenance of the desired position, which, moreover, given the reciprocal position of the anchor axis 45 of the fork 6 'and of the al 1 today at least 41, free as said above the lifter from the support pin 42; the hydraulic cylinders / pistons such as 111 which actuate the tilting of the lift are disconnected from the tractor by removing the provided pins from the housings as 46. The linear lifting device described above can also be applied to the rear of the tractor using, for example, the lifting arms provided with the tractor itself: it is sufficient to adequately connect, for example with a round profile, the two lifting arms to provide even a single cylinder / hydraulic piston for tilting to replace those described above (11) which connects the 1st 1st point of the tractor with a suitable point of the fixed frame and the functionality of the invention is ensured even with the limit, in this case, of the lack of the translator lateral, however applicable. It is also easy to understand that such a device with small variations if necessary also providing a lateral shifter can be applied frontally or even laterally to other self-propelled vehicles such as trucks, vans and others. Table III in figure 8 shows an arm hooked to the central trolley in place of the forks equipped with an oleodynamic extension and suitable for: handling, for example, the 500 kg fertilizer bags, to carry a basket for fruit pickers or pruners, to support also automatic equipment, for example hydraulically operated to perform other operations; it can be seen: the square section tubular arm with the fixed part 50 fixed to a support 51 which in turn is suspended by means of attachments such as 52 and pins in special housings such as 53 arranged in the upper part of the central carriage 5 IV and the arm mobile 54 shown here in extended position and operated by an oleodynamic unit, which can also be obtained using the two cylinders / pistons such as IT 11 seen above arranged to obtain the tilting of the frame which in the arm version, which does not need to be tilted, could be replaced by fixed tie rods such as 55 for connecting the points 38 and 46 already seen in Figure 7 and are used here arranged in series to extend the arm; a suitable connection and stiffening means such as 56 ensures the axial alignment of the aforesaid cylinders / pistons. The same arm with the fixed part 50 'and the movable part 54' can be provided for mountable rotated by 90 ° on a horizontal plane of the same support so as to be used to support people-carrying baskets or even motorized tools, for example with hydraulic or electric motors, in any case suitable for carry out operations on the side of the tractor such as pruning hedges or tree species, harvesting fruit or other useful ones. Finally, figure 9 shows the application diagram of a linear fertilizer spreader 57 placed in front of a tractor 58, suitably supported by the central trolley of the lifter with an adequate coupling, for example according to the well-known three-point system, while in the rear part of the the same tractor is equipped with an equipment 59 for working the soil; likewise, other equipment in addition to the aforesaid or in substitution of the same by carrying out several operations at the same time increase the efficiency of the tractor. As already said, the solutions described above and illustrated in the attached Tables are to be understood by way of non-limiting example of the invention in question and with the omission of details known per se or in any case not essential for understanding the invention. It will then be clear to those skilled in the art that the foregoing reveals the essence of the invention and that the teachings contained herein can be used for other solutions and applications without however departing from the scope of the invention: for example, for small-scale lifts it is possible to resorting to a single-stage linear lifter (the cylinder / piston group directly lifts the central carriage) applied at the front and with the construction characteristics described above; as well as leveling blades, caissons, shovels and more can be applied to the central carriage.
