Abstract

A perambulator (10) comprises a carry cot (11) to accommodate a baby, internally provided with a backrest (16) adjustably inclinable between a first substantially horizontal position and a second inclined position. The backrest (16) is provided with means (21, 24) for adjusting the inclination having a control element (28) which can be operated from the outside of the carry cot. As shown the adjustment means is a screw and nut mechanism. <IMAGE>
