Abstract

L'ugello comprende un iniettore (1) al quale viene alimentato il latte a giusta pressione ed a giusta temperatura e che è intercettato sulla bocca di scarico da una valvola tarata che s'apre sotto la pressione del latte stesso. L'iniettore è orientato verso il basso con la bocca di scarico che è internamente conica per formare un getto che s'apre a ventaglio. La parte inferiore dell'iniettore è investita da una camicia (7) che con l'iniettore stesso forma almeno una intercapedine anulare (9-10) collegata con l'esterno attraverso fori (11) ed attraverso uno strozzatore variabile (201-107) che consente di regolare la quantità d'aria che attraverso tale circuito viene richiamata dal getto di latte che lambisce internamente la camicia. La camicia è dotata nella parte terminale di una strozzatura (17) con almeno un gradino superiore (117) sul quale sbatte e rimbalza il getto miscelato di latte ed aria prima di uscire col necessario aspetto cremoso e con una bassa pressione che evita la formazione di schizzi.The nozzle comprises an injector (1) to which the milk is fed at the right pressure and at the right temperature and which is intercepted on the discharge mouth by a calibrated valve which opens under the pressure of the milk itself.
