La presente invenzione riguarda un metodo e relativo impianto per la produzione di supporti in biomateriale per imballi. The present invention concerns a method and related plant for the production of biomaterial supports for packaging.

Ad oggi il settore logistico per la movimentazione di oggetti richiede una doverosa attenzione all?imballo. Esso ? rappresentato principalmente da cartoni che sono di per s? oggetto di importanti filiere di recupero in ottica green e del polistirolo, fondamentale per il trasporto, movimentazione e stoccaggio di oggetti fragili e/o caratterizzati da forme eterogenee. Il polistirolo ? quindi un elemento familiare ma che rappresenta una fonte di inquinamento notevole per il suo basso potenziale in termini di riciclo. Nell?ambito edile sono attualmente presenti cicli di produzione di calcestruzzo alleggerito tramite polistirolo che si presta anche alle opere di arredo urbano e che rappresenta una valida possibilit? per il riutilizzo di tale componente. Tuttavia ad oggi ? di fondamentale importanza pensare a dei biomateriali che consentano di raggiungere gli stessi obiettivi e funzionalit? del polistirolo utilizzando elementi green e riutilizzabili nel ciclo di produzione dello stesso elemento. Ad oggi non risulta presente allo stato dell?arte un biomateriale con tali potenzialit? basato sulle propriet? del nocciolino, ossia polvere di scarti dei noccioli di olive, risorsa tipica del nostro territorio della ridente Basilicata caratterizzato dalla oliva majatica e dalla polvere di carta oggetto di processi di triturazione dei documenti nella forma di coriandoli che ad oggi ? una risorsa solo destinata allo smaltimento in discarica. Combinando tali potenzialit? unitamente ad un mastice o collante green ? possibile ideare e implementare un biomateriale con ottime propriet? utili al trasporto di oggetti (es. di arredo) all?interno di imballi.
