DESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to a self-assembling display container structure.

Containers are known which also perform the task of displaying the products and making them easily visible and/or removable by the consumer.

These display containers are generally made up of cardboard boxes, of various shapes and sizes, suitable for being positioned for example in commercial structures.

The display containers can be made up of simple boxes open on one side but more? they often take on particular shapes in order to make them more the products are attractive and make purchasing easier.

Containers with more are also known. compartments to display different products at the same time.

A problem often encountered in well-known display containers? that of being particularly laborious to open and arrange in the configuration for use.

Task of the present invention? that of creating an innovative display container structure that can be opened and put into operation with quick and easy operations.

Within this task, one purpose of the invention is? that of creating a display container structure that is functional and at the same time aesthetically attractive.

A further purpose of the present invention? to create a structure which, due to its peculiar construction characteristics, is able to ensure the most extensive guarantees of reliability? and safety in use.

This and other purposes, which will appear better highlighted below, are achieved by a self-assembling display container structure, as claimed in the attached claims.

Further characteristics and advantages of the object of the present invention will be better highlighted through an examination of the description of a preferred, but not exclusive, embodiment of the invention, illustrated for indicative and non-limiting purposes in the attached drawings, in which:

With particular reference to the numerical symbols of the aforementioned figures, the structure, according to the invention, indicated globally with the reference number 1, includes a series of die-cut sheets suitable for being folded and assembled to create a container body, visible in figures 10-12 and 22, transformable into a two-storey display body, shown in figures 1 and 2 in use conditions.

The invention is not however limited to the illustrated example, as the display body can also present a greater number of floors, using the same characteristics of the invention.

The die-cut plates include a first die-cut plate 100, suitable to constitute a support foot 101; a second punched plate 200, suitable to constitute a lower container 201; a third die-cut plate 300, suitable to form an upper container 301; a fourth die-cut sheet 400, designed to form the inside of the lower container tank; a fifth 500 die-cut sheet, designed to form the inside of the upper container tank; a sixth die-cut sheet 600, designed to constitute a junction hinge 601 of the lower container tub 201 and the upper container tub 301.

The deployment and assembly phases of the structure, from the transport condition to the display condition, are schematically illustrated in sequence in figures 9-19 and described below.

The first die-cut sheet 100, suitably folded and glued, forms the support base 101 of the entire display, starting to create the support and support foot for the lower container tub 201, formed by the second sheet 200.

The feature of this support base 101? the ease? in its opening by the user and? also equipped with an anti-tipping and anti-accidental closing system which gives one of the characteristic aspects of the product.

The support base 101 is initially assembled by gluing, above the base 30, the first flap 26, then the second flap 2, thus forming the back of the display which, being obtained by gluing several layers of cardboard, gives greater rigidity to the structure.

The structure also includes an anti-tipping system and an anti-accidental closing system, formed by fins 3 and 4, which are folded and partially glued onto part 5 of the sheet 100.

The partial gluing of the flaps 3 and 4 ensures that, during the opening of the base 101 of the display, they rise, as visible in figure 20, and during the complete opening phase of the display, the flaps 3 and 4, descending slightly as indicated by the arrow in figure 20, they keep the back of the display blocked.

Figure 21 shows the display with the base open and the fins 3 and 4 which keep the entire base of the product blocked.

Keep the display locked and give it safety features against accidental closures, which can happen if the end consumer were to inadvertently touch or move it,? a very important feature for points of sale, a feature that gives reliability? to the artifact.

An edge 10 of the plate 100 is folded and glued onto the edge 31, completing the assembly of the base 101 of the display.

Subsequently the base 101, completely assembled, will be glued to the lower container 201, creating the lower part of the display.

Figure 22 shows how this display, once completely assembled, can be folded on itself? itself, making it ?killable?.

This mechanism is obtained from the base of the display 101, whose mechanism of creases and gluing points allows it to fold on itself? itself.

In figure 23 ? visible is the creasing which, by folding inwards, allows the entire support base 101 of the display to fold back on itself? itself, doing so? house the lower container 201 horizontally, the contents of which are blocked by the band formed thanks to the junction hinge 601.

The 601 joint hinge ? the second characterizing element of the present product and includes a compensator for the lower tank 201.

The part that acts as a compensator? identified with the number 26 in figure 8; a product contained in the lower tank 201 is blocked by part 26 of the hinge 601.

The 601 joint hinge ? also the support of the upper tank 301, as visible in figures 24-27.

The junction hinge 601 carries out the junction between the upper 301 and lower 201 tanks, as visible in figure 25 which shows the detail of the junction hinge 601 which acts as a hinge and element of the support base of the upper container tank 301.

The functions of support for the upper basin 301 and of hinge between the two basins 201 and 301 are obtained by the elements of the joining hinge 601 which, when suitably folded and glued, create a support wedge for the upper basin 301.

To obtain this function, part of the flap 26 is glued to the upper tank 301.

The flap 20 folded and glued on itself? itself creates an empty compartment inside and is subsequently glued to the lower tank 201.

The complex of these operations creates a junction hinge between the upper tank 301 and the lower tank 201, forming a single body, as shown in figure 25.

The next phase consists in folding the flaps 23 and 24 first outwards and then inwards, taking care to fold the flaps 21 and 22 inside the compartment created with the flap 20, as visible in figures 26 and 27 .

The completion of these operations of placing the various components of the joint hinge 601 allows the upper tank 301 to be automatically lifted and placed in its final position for display.

In figures 5 and 7 the technical drawings of the third die-cut plate 300, of the upper container tub, and of the fifth die-cut plate 500 are visible.

The third die-cut sheet 300, folded and glued, forms the upper container tub 301.

The fifth die-cut plate 500? a single element which, suitably folded and glued, is placed inside the upper tank 301 and simultaneously creates the internal dividers of the tank and the ?crowner? exhibition 18.

The flaps marked with the reference number 30 form the product containment bases; the flaps 17 are folded along the crease and glued one against the other, forming a separation point and thus creating inside the upper box there is a double compartment for products.

The flaps marked with the number 18 are the parts of the crowner 18 that are folded along the crease and glued on themselves? themselves.

During the transport phase, the crowner 18 remains folded on the upper part of the upper container tank 301, thus acting by compensator, avoiding the product from leaking.

Once the product reaches the point of sale and is opened, the crowner 18 is also raised and inserted into the slot 19 of the upper container tank 301, thus forming a single body with the upper container tank 301.

By fixing the crowner 18 in the upper container 301, the display is fully assembled and ready to be shown at the point of sale, as visible in figures 1 and 2.

All the elements of the display are connected to each other, with very specific functions.

The parts of this foldable display, once folded and glued to form the product in its entirety, as well as performing the main function of displaying the product, have a multiplicity in their design. of roles: that of creating joints, hinges and parts of compensators that replace all the external parts, such as polystyrene or other material, which are generally used to fill the empty spaces of the packaging and make that the product remains stationary in the display compartments.

Furthermore, the exhibitor can be completely folded over itself? itself to be shipped in the smallest space possible.

Yes ? in practice it was found that the invention achieves the intended task and objectives.

Naturally the materials used, as well as? the dimensions can be any according to needs.

Claims (8)

1. Display container structure, characterized by the fact that it comprises a series of die-cut sheets suitable for being folded and assembled to create a container body that can be transformed into a display body with at least two floors; said die-cut plates comprising a first die-cut plate (100), suitable for forming a support base (101); a second punched plate (200), suitable to constitute a lower container tub (201); a third punched plate (300), suitable to constitute an upper container tank (301); a fourth die-cut plate (400), designed to form the inside of said lower container tank (201); a fifth die-cut plate (500), designed to form the inside of said upper container tank (301); a sixth die-cut sheet (600), designed to constitute a junction hinge (601) of said lower container tub (201) and said upper container tub (301). 2. Structure, according to claim 1, characterized in that said first die-cut plate (100) is folded and glued, forming said support base for the whole of said structure; said support base (101) comprising an anti-tipping and anti-accidental closing system, formed by fins (3, 4), which are folded and partially glued onto a part (5) of said plate (100); an edge (10) of said sheet (100) being folded and glued onto a further edge (31) completing the assembly of said base (101); said base (101), completely assembled, being glued to said lower container tub (201). 3. Structure, according to one or more? previous claims, characterized by the fact that said base (101) includes a mechanism of creases and gluing points which allows it to fold on itself? itself by housing said lower container 201 in a horizontal manner, the contents of which are blocked by a band formed by said junction hinge (601). 4. Structure, according to one or more? previous claims, characterized in that said joint hinge (601) includes a compensator (26) for said lower tank (201); said compensator (26) being capable of retaining a product contained in said lower tank (201); said joint hinge (601) supporting said upper tank (301) and making a joint between said upper (301) and lower tanks (201). 5. Structure, according to one or more? previous claims, characterized by the fact that said junction hinge (601) includes elements having the function of supporting said upper tank (301) and of hinge between said tanks (201, 301); said elements folded and glued forming a support wedge for said upper tank (301); said elements comprising a part of said flap (26) glued to said upper tank (301); a flap (20) folded and glued on itself? itself forming an empty compartment inside it subsequently glued to said lower tank (201); said elements forming a junction hinge between said upper tank (301) and said lower tank (201), forming a single body. 6. Structure, according to one or more? previous claims, characterized by the fact that said junction hinge (601) includes tabs (23, 24) folded first outwards and then inwards, at the same time folding flaps (21, 22) inside the compartment formed by said flap (20); said upper tank (301) lifting and placing itself in its final position for exposure. 7. Structure, according to one or more? previous claims, characterized by the fact that said fifth die-cut plate (500) is folded and glued inside said upper tank (301) simultaneously forming internal dividers of said tank and an exhibition crowner (18); flaps (30) forming the product containment bases; further flaps (17) being folded along a crease and glued against each other forming a separation point and a double product compartment; further flaps (18), parts of said crowner (18), being folded along said creasing and glued on themselves themselves. 8. Structure, according to one or more? previous claims, characterized by the fact that, during the transport of said structure, said crowner (18) remains folded on the upper part of said upper container tank (301), acting as a compensator, preventing the product from escaping; when said structure arrives at the point of sale and is opened, also said crowner (18) is raised and inserted into a slot (19) of said upper container tank (301), thus forming? a single body with said upper container tank (301).
