The object of the present invention is a mounted, semi-mounted or integrated type of operational equipment, in particular for the eradication of weeds and green pruning.

Equipment capable of mechanically eradicating weeds has therefore been developed.

Such equipment is generally of the type carried by a tractor and includes an attachment frame to which? associated with an operator body which includes tools for the mechanical treatment of the soil. The cultivator tool described comprises a frame for attachment to the tractor, a first operating body, mounted on said frame, which includes a first driven rotatable shaft carrying first tool means suitable for carrying out a milling operation, a second operating body, mounted on the said frame downstream of said first operating body, comprising a second driven rotatable shaft carrying second tool means suitable for carrying out a tamping operation and a shearing device, mounted on said frame upstream of said first operating body.

However, this type of equipment for the mechanical eradication of weeds has some disadvantages.

In particular, ? It has been observed that such equipment is based on the use of half-tools equipped with components, such as blades or serrations, which can easily injure or damage the plants of interest for cultivation.

The wounds and damage caused by such equipment are a primary source of inoculation of plant pathogenic organisms, such as fungi, bacteria and viruses, which are extremely harmful to crops.

Another problem encountered when using this type of equipment? the reduced speed? of carrying out mechanical soil tillage operations, which consequently leads to an increase in the time required for weed eradication operations.

A further disadvantage encountered in using this type of equipment? the limitation of processing to the eradication of weeds at ground level, necessarily requiring a further step to carry out small pruning operations such as suckering. These pruning operations create further wounds to the plants, increasing the risk of spreading phytopathologies.

An example of this problem occurs in viticulture, where, to ensure the maintenance of productivity? of the culture? it is necessary to eradicate both the weeds in the inter-vine soil and the ramifications that develop from the collar and stem such as suckers and suckers.

An alternative to the mechanical eradication of weeds? the chemical processing of the soil using herbicide chemicals, which is more economically advantageous compared to mechanical processing, but which has significant disadvantages.

In fact, herbicide substances are chemical compounds, generally synthetic, capable of accumulating in plants and spreading easily. in the various environmental compartments (atmosphere, aquifers, water bodies, etc.) by drift, volatilization, runoff and leaching. Furthermore, they can remain unchanged in the environment for a long time, as they are recalcitrant compounds.

They therefore constitute a danger for ecosystems and the environment, as well as for the health of non-target organisms, operators carrying out the treatments and consumers.

As regards the road maintenance sector, however, the periodic cutting of weeds near guard rails and fences is carried out using brush cutters with wire heads.

The thread, made of polymeric material, is particularly subject to wear and contributes, by pulverizing during use, to the spread of microplastics in the environment. The microplastics resulting from the wear of this type of tool can disperse into the environment, constituting a threat to the ecosystem and human health.

Presentation of the invention

The task of the present invention? that of solving the problems mentioned, devising mounted, semi-mounted or integrated operational equipment capable of carrying out weed eradication operations, significantly reducing the number of wounds and damage suffered by plants, limiting the spread of phytopathologies.

As part of this task, ? A further purpose of the present invention is to provide equipment capable of carrying out weed eradication operations efficiently and quickly.

A further purpose of the present invention? that of providing equipment capable of carrying out even simple pruning operations such as eradicating suckers and suckers, without damaging or injuring the plant.

Another purpose of the present invention? that of providing equipment capable of eliminating weeds without the use of chemical substances harmful to the environment and living organisms, making it suitable for use in organic cultivation.

Another purpose of the invention? that of providing equipment that allows you to reduce the degree of wear of the operating elements, reducing the spread of materials resulting from wear into the ground.

A further purpose of the invention? that of providing mounted, semi-mounted or integrated operational equipment with a simple constructive and functional concept, guaranteed reliable operation, versatile use, as well as? relatively cheap in cost.

The aforementioned purposes are achieved, according to the present invention, by the mounted, semi-mounted or integrated operating equipment according to claim 1.

Said equipment? of the mounted, semi-mounted or integrated type, i.e. which can be associated or integrated with a self-propelled machine.

In particular, said self-propelled machines with which said equipment? that can be associated include self-propelled agricultural machines, such as agricultural tractors with two or more? axles, agricultural machines with two or more? axles and self-propelled operating machines, such as excavators, backhoe loaders and others.

This equipment includes a frame that can be associated with or integrated with a self-propelled machine.

The shape and size of said frame is appropriate? variable depending on the type of self-propelled machine to which? associated or integrated.

Embodiments of the invention

The second unit? auxiliary operator 16 ? placed before the first unit? operator 11, according to the direction of advancement of said self-propelled machine, so that the soil pre-working operations are carried out prior to the weed elimination operations, carried out using said flow of compressed air.

Preferably, the first unit? operator 11 and the second unit? auxiliary operator 16 are mounted on one side of the support base 6 to allow effective soil pre-working, weed elimination and suckering operations to be carried out effectively.

Preferably, the second unit? auxiliary operator 16 also includes? at least one tubular protection element 18, installed in proximity? of the tool group 17 to prevent damage to plants of interest for cultivation by said tool group 17.

Optionally, movement means 19 are connected to the support base 6, suitable for allowing the supported movement of the equipment 1 along the advancement line of the self-propelled machine.

The equipment 1 described is able to carry out the aforementioned operations of eradication and elimination of weeds and green pruning, working on more? rows simultaneously or on a single row.

In particular, processing on a single row requires that said first unit? operator 11 and optionally called second unit? operator 16 are positioned, by means of the articulated connection arm 8, on one side of said support base 6.

The processing on more? rows provides that said first unit? operator 11 and optionally called second unit? operator 16 are positioned, by means of the articulated connection arm 8, on two opposite sides of said support base 6.

The equipment described as an example? susceptible to numerous modifications and variations depending on different needs.

In the practical implementation of the invention, the materials used, as well as the shape and dimensions can be any according to needs.

Claims 1) Carried, semi-mounted or integrated operational equipment including: a frame (2) that can be associated or integrated with a self-propelled machine; a compressor (7); a first unit? operator (11), connected by hydraulic means (12) to said compressor (7); said first unit? operating unit (11) comprising a dispensing unit (13) equipped with outflow means (14) of a flow of compressed air supplied by said compressor (7), said first unit? operator (11) being capable of carrying out operations for the eradication and elimination of weeds and green pruning operations by means of said flow of compressed air. 2) Equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that said frame (2) is associated at the front or rear with said self-propelled machine and includes an attachment structure (3) for connection to said self-propelled machine, via connection means (4). 3) Equipment according to claims 1 or 2, characterized in that said compressor (7) is associated with a support base (6) of said frame (2) or with a second frame connected to said self-propelled machine or to the self-propelled machine itself. 4) Equipment according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that it includes an articulated connection arm (8), connected to a first end?
