DESCRIZIONE DEL BREVETTO D?INVENZIONE INDUSTRIALE DESCRIPTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL INVENTION PATENT

La presente invenzione riguarda un metodo e relativo impianto per la preparazione di contenitori, rivolti ad alimenti ittici, e attrezzi da pesca in bioplastica ottenuta da materiale di scarto ittico. L?idea alla base della presente invenzione ? quella di riutilizzare gli scarti ittici di molluschi (gusci), cefalopodi (gladio e ossi) e pesci (spine) in ottica realizzazione di composti bioplastici utili al confezionamento di materiale ittico. Ad oggi le bioplastiche presenti allo stato dell?arte si focalizzano principalmente sull?utilizzo dell?amido di mais. Tuttavia, il granturco ? una risorsa alimentare preziosa ed ? quindi fondamentale trovare modalit? utili per ridurne l?utilizzo raggiungendo l?obiettivo del bio-materiale. Il bio-materiale non ? tossico e non proviene dalla sintesi di sostanze chimiche, ma da risorse naturali e rinnovabili. Tra i materiali pi? sostenibili ci sono il legno, il sughero, la cellulosa, l'argilla e il calcestruzzo. A tal proposito l?utilizzo di materiale ittico di scarto rappresenta una valida possibilit? per la realizzazione di contenitori (es. imballi) per ittico e attrezzi da pesca (es. esche finte, galleggianti, boe di segnalazione, fili e reti per la pesca professionale e sportiva quale alternativa alle attuali in silicone e nylon), quale alternativa al polistirolo e alla plastica. The present invention relates to a method and related plant for the preparation of containers, intended for fish foods, and fishing tools in bioplastic obtained from fish waste material. The idea behind the present invention ? that of reusing the fish waste of molluscs (shells), cephalopods (gladius and bones) and fish (thorns) with a view to creating bioplastic compounds useful for the packaging of fish material. To date, the state-of-the-art bioplastics focus mainly on the use of corn starch.
