La presente invenzione si riferisce ad uno sportello laterale per macchine trivellatrici e movimento terra, che assolve anche da pedana di calpestio per l?operatore che deve accedere ai componenti interni della macchina. Le macchine movimento terra sono costituite da 3 parti principali: un sottocarro generalmente cingolato che permette la movimentazione ed il piazzamento della macchina, l?apparato perforante allestito a seconda del tipo di lavoro che si vuole realizzare, ed il corpo macchina che racchiude cabina, motore, serbatoi, pompe e tutto quello che ? a supporto dell?apparato perforante. I componenti siti nel corpo macchina, ad esclusione della cabina, sono racchiusi da sportelli che li proteggono da polveri, agenti atmosferici e salvaguardano la sicurezza dell?operatore offrendo una barriera fisica da quei dispositivi che potrebbero risultare fonti di pericolo (motore in temperatura, pulegge e cinghie in movimento?). Questi sportelli sono apribili dall?esterno per permettere all?operatore di raggiungere i dispositivi interni al corpo macchina quando necessario, come ad esempio per le operazioni di manutenzione. Gli sportelli classici di queste macchine sono incernierati lateralmente (come le ante degli armadi) ed una serratura con maniglia ne previene l?apertura involontaria. Inoltre, poich? il corpo macchina ? fisicamente sopra il sottocarro e quindi rialzato da terra, vengono installate al lati del corpo macchina pedane e balaustre perimetrali per consentire il passaggio ed il lavoro in sicurezza dell?operatore che opera sui componenti interni, come anche prescritto dalle normative vigenti, esempio EN 16228. Questi dispositivi di sicurezza sono quindi trasportati separatamente rispetto il macchinario e vengono installati all?inizio dell?apertura di un cantiere, per poi essere smontati a lavoro completato per non eccedere dalle dimensioni di trasporto massime consentite che altrimenti la macchina avrebbe mantenendo le pedane perimetrali montate. Lo sportello che da chiuso risulta indistinguibile dai classici sportelli delle macchine movimento terra, in cui ogni costruttore ne sceglie l?estetica, ? rappresentato aperto in figura 1. Esternamente lo sportello pu? avere la forma che il costruttore preferisce, internamente la superficie presenta le caratteristiche antiscivolo di una superficie calpestabile (richiamo 6 della figura 1). La posizione delle cerniere su cui il pannello ruota per aprirsi e portarsi in orizzontale e quindi l?asse di rotazione del pannello (richiamo 3 della figura) ? una caratteristiche essenziale dell?invenzione; esse sono fissate sia sul lato inferiore dello sportello che al telaio della macchina. L?apertura avviene non come l?anta di un armadio, ma come lo sportello di un forno. Gli attuatori (richiamo 3) che consentono l?apertura e chiusura automatica dello sportello sono in questo caso dei cilindri idraulici (richiamo 2). Essi sono fissati sia al pannello che al telaio della macchina ed una volta aperto lo mantengono nella posizione orizzontale. All?estremit? della superficie calpestabile (richiamo 6) ? installato il corrimano (richiamo 4) che tramite le sue cerniere di fissaggio (richiamo 5) pu? essere eretto o meno, a seconda delle esigenze dell?operatore. La procedura di apertura ? la seguente: quando nasce la necessit? di operare nei componenti interni della macchina, vengono azionati gli attuatori, e lo sportello si porta in posizione orizzontale.
