Quello dei marciapiedi, strade e di tanti altri luoghi pubblici che risultano sporchi a causa della presenza di escrementi di animali, ? un problema sentito in moltissime localit?. Molto spesso la presenza delle feci di animali, tipicamente di cani, nei suddetti luoghi ? dovuta non solo alla circolazione di animali randagi, ma anche all?atteggiamento indisciplinato di molti soggetti che, pur potendo intervenire per sopperire alla suddetta problematica, non si curano di raccogliere ed eliminare le feci del proprio cane. Sebbene negli ultimi anni siano stati realizzati e commercializzati svariati dispositivi per agevolare i proprietari dei cani nella rimozione delle loro feci dai luoghi pubblici, sono ancora innumerevoli i soggetti che non ricorrono a tali mezzi. Talvolta l?inottemperanza al raccoglimento delle feci pu? essere ricondotta al dispositivo stesso. Tipicamente si tratta di un kit comprendente una piccola paletta ed un sacchetto che, una volta raccolto in esso l?escremento, andrebbe successivamente introdotto in un cassonetto adibito al raccoglimento di rifiuti organici. Questo sistema, anche se pratico ed efficiente, risulta comunque da molti soggetti poco gradito, sia per l?incombenza di portare con s? oggetti relativamente ingombranti, sia perch? richiede che il soggetto compia delle operazioni che impongono una non trascurabile e indesiderata vicinanza con l?escremento stesso. Il tutto comportando il rischio di avvertire cattivi odori e, in casi decisamente pi? pericolosi, di contrarre malattie infettive. A tal proposito sono state realizzate diverse tipologie di dispositivi, talvolta includenti anche sistemi elettrici e meccanici, come i pi? moderni aspiratori/bruciatori portatili, per ridurre il pi? possibile il rischio che il soggetto entri in contatto con le feci dell?animale. Scopo della presente domanda di brevetto per invenzione industriale, qui di seguito dettagliatamente descritta, ? quello di proporre un nuovo sistema atto alla raccolta delle feci degli animali, che risulti poco ingombrante, economico, biodegradabile, e che riduca considerevolmente il rischio che l?utente entri in contatto con gli escrementi durante la raccolta di questi. Pi? in dettaglio, la presente domanda di brevetto per invenzione industriale propone un?evoluzione del dispositivo descritto nella domanda italiana n. RM2014A000662, allo stato attuale ancora sottostante al regime di segretezza, e facente riferimento ad un peculiare dispositivo comprendente due scatole inseribili l?una nell?altra con un semplice meccanismo a coulisse e tali da permettere la raccolta del rifiuto organico di natura animale dal suolo, evitando il pi? possibile che l?utente contatti, seppur in maniera indiretta, le feci dell?animale. Scopo della presente invenzione ? quello di minimizzare il pi? possibile questo rischio e di rendere l?operazione in s? rapida e decisamente semplice. In questa configurazione, il dispositivo ? poco ingombrante e pu? essere vantaggiosamente contenuto all?interno di una qualsiasi sacca come una borsa, uno zaino o simili, o addirittura all?interno di una tasca di un indumento come le tasche posteriori dei pantaloni. Una volta estratto il dispositivo, questo viene portato in forma scatolare con un semplice movimento manuale che consiste nell?esercitare una blanda pressione sui bordi laterali opposti del dispositivo. Detta operazione si effettua poggiando un piede a filo di un?estremit? del dispositivo, ben indicata sulla scatola stessa e spingendo a contrasto, con l?altro piede, dalla parte opposta fino a totale chiusura. In questa configurazione le feci del cane sono inserite all?interno del dispositivo. Il kit oggetto della presente invenzione si caratterizza per il fatto che il dispositivo scatolare in esso compreso comprende una componente magnetica e/o metallica che permette, con l?ausilio di una specifica e peculiare asticella telescopica magnetica e/o metallica, all?utilizzatore di raccogliere la scatola senza nemmeno chinarsi. Questa peculiarit? risulta particolarmente vantaggiosa quando il soggetto utilizzatore del kit sia una persona anziana con problemi alle articolazioni e con difficolt? nel compiere movimenti che richiedono anche sforzi non eccessivi come il chinarsi per raccogliere un oggetto dal suolo.
