Ancor più dettagliatamente la presente invenzione si riferisce ad un ottimizzato dispositivo atto ai suddetti scopi e presentante delle caratteristiche strutturali che permettono la sua realizzazione a livello industriale a costi decisamente inferiori. Quello dei marciapiedi, strade e di tanti altri luoghi pubblici che risultano sporchi a causa della presenza di escrementi di animali, è un problema sentito in moltissime località. Molto spesso la presenza delle feci di animali, tipicamente dei cani, nei suddetti luoghi è dovuta non solo alla circolazione di animali randagi, ma anche all’ atteggiamento indisciplinato di molti soggetti che, pur potendo intervenire per sopperire alla suddetta problematica, non si curano di raccogliere ed eliminare le feci del proprio cane. Sebbene negli ultimi anni siano stati realizzati e commercializzati svariati dispositivi per agevolare i proprietari dei cani nella rimozione delle loro feci dai luoghi pubblici, sono ancora innumerevoli i soggetti che non ricorrono a tali mezzi. Talvolta Γ inottemperanza al raccoglimento delle feci può essere ricondotta al dispositivo stesso. Tipicamente si tratta di un kit comprendente una piccola paletta ed un sacchetto che, una volta raccolto in esso l’escremento, andrebbe successivamente introdotto in un cassonetto adibito al raccoglimento di rifiuti organici. Questo sistema, anche se semplice, pratico ed efficiente, risulta comunque da molti soggetti poco gradito soprattutto per Γ incombenza di portare con se oggetti relativamente ingombranti. Una soluzione a tale problematica è descritta nel documento WO2016/075587 Al e proposta peraltro dalla medesima richiedente. Più specificatamente il documento citato fa riferimento ad un dispositivo scatolare, realizzato in materiale biodegradabile, tipicamente in cartone, con una rigidità tale da permettere una configurazione del dispositivo che lo renda pieghevole e poco ingombrante ed una configurazione che lo renda scatolare, quindi predisposto per il suo utilizzo. Si tratta più specificatamente di una struttura parallelepipeda comprendente due scatole, in cui una scatola più piccola è inserita all’ interno di una scatola maggiore in cui detta scatola più piccola è libera di scorrere a guisa di cassetto. Ancor più specificatamente la scatola esterna maggiore presenta una delle sue facce laterali aperte, in modo da favorire Γ ingresso/uscita, quindi lo scorrimento della scatola minore. Perché il dispositivo funzioni è necessario che la scatola di dimensioni minori presenti anch’essa una faccia aperta. In particolare quella da disporre frontalmente alla faccia aperta della scatola maggiore in cui la scatola minore viene inserita. Inoltre affinché detto dispositivo noto funzioni efficacemente è essenziale che la scatola maggiore, oltre a presentare almeno una faccia aperta, presenti almeno un foro su una delle facce ortogonali a quella laterale aperta. Ai fini di una chiara comprensione dell’invenzione oggetto della presente domanda e della specifica problematica che intende risolvere, è necessario fornire una breve descrizione della struttura ed in particolare del funzionamento della precedente versione del dispositivo in oggetto della quale quest’ultimo rappresenta di fatto un’evoluzione. Più in dettaglio, detto dispositivo viene disposto sul suolo in modo che il foro presente sulla scatola esterna circondi le feci del cane. A questo punto si procede avvicinando, con le mani, o ancor più semplicemente con un piede, la scatola interna minore verso la scatola esterna maggiore. In questo modo il rifiuto solido organico viene raccolto e il dispositivo può essere dunque gettato in un apposito cassonetto. Più in dettaglio, la presente invenzione si riferisce ad un kit comprendente almeno un dispositivo per la raccolta delle feci degli animali domestici, tipicamente si tratta dei cani, da luoghi pubblici quali strade, marciapiedi, parchi, giardinetti e simili. Ancor più dettagliatamente la presente descrizione si riferisce ad un kit in cui il detto dispositivo per la rimozione di rifiuti organici di natura animale dal suolo, risulta in una versione ottimizzata di un precedente dispositivo noto (WO2016/075587 Al) e risolve quale ulteriore problema quello relativo alla diminuzione dei costi per la sua fabbricazione a livello industriale. Inoltre, il dispositivo del kit in oggetto, pur risolvendo il problema relativo alla raccolta dei rifiuti organici di natura animale dal suolo con modalità simile a quella associata al dispositivo anteriore, fa si che tale raccolta avvenga in maniera innovata e ancor più pratica. Diversamente dal dispositivo noto, quello in oggetto assolve efficacemente la sua funzione con una sola scatola, e non con due scatole inserite l’una nell’ altra. Inoltre la raccolta del rifiuto solido organico avviene grazie a caratteristiche strutturali nuove e decisamente differenti da quelle del dispositivo anteriore. Ancor più dettagliatamente la presente domanda di brevetto per invenzione industriale propone un kit comprendente almeno un dispositivo scatolare a sua volta comprendente almeno una porzione amovibile. Il dispositivo del detto kit si presenta più specificatamente come una struttura presentante le suddette due configurazioni, ovvero la prima configurazione piegata a guisa di foglietto rigido e la seconda configurazione scatolare a guisa di scatola parallelepipeda. In quest’ultima configurazione il dispositivo mostra le sue caratteristiche essenziali per assolvere la sua funzione e per comprenderne visibilmente la facile modalità per la sua realizzazione a livello industriale a costi moderati. Lungo almeno uno dei bordi minori delimitanti la detta superficie maggiore presentante il foro, è possibile individuare un’apertura variamente dimensionabile con un movimento simile a quello di una bocca. Detta apertura a guisa di bocca rappresenta una delle caratteristiche essenziali della presente invenzione in quanto è stata appositamente pensata e realizzata per consentire l’ingresso di una peculiare porzione amovibile del dispositivo. Anch’essa rappresentante una delle caratteristiche essenziali delle presente invenzione. Più specificatamente la detta porzione amovibile consta semplicemente di due porzioni piane, ortogonali l’un l’altra e che formano un continuum in modo da attribuire alla detta porzione una conformazione a guisa di sedia. Le due porzioni piane e ortogonali non hanno la stessa dimensione: una ha una superficie nettamente superiore all’altra ed è atta ad essere inserita all’interno della suddetta apertura a guisa di bocca. L’estensione della superficie di tale porzione piana da inserire nell’apertura è paragonabile a quella delle facce a superficie maggiore del dispositivo nella sua configurazione scatolare e parallelepipeda.
