FONDELLO PER PANTALONI DA CICLISTA CON INSERTI IN GEL A DIVERSE DENSITA’(DUREZZE) BOTTOM FOR CYCLIST TROUSERS WITH GEL INSERTS IN DIFFERENT DENSITY (HARDNESS)
La presente invenzione ha per oggetto un fondello evoluto per pantaloni da ciclista con funzione di assorbimento dagli impatti e dalle vibrazioni sulla sella; il fondello è comprensivo di inserti in gel di diverse densità (durezze), colori e figure dimensionali, al fine di incrementare le sue capacità di assorbimento dagli impatti e dalle vibrazioni sulla sella. Lo stesso brevetto italiano indica la possibilità di realizzare diverse figure dimensionali degli inserti iniettati sulla schiuma espansa microforata nonché diversi spessori degli stessi al fine di ottenere diverse durezze dell’inserto; di norma, più alto è lo spessore dell’inserto in gel da associare alla zona dei glutei e meno alto è lo spessore dell’inserto in gel per le zone pelviche. Il suddetto processo di stampaggio del gel direttamente sulla schiuma espansa microforata tutelato dalla Dual Press Srl richiede investimenti significativi in termini di macchinari dediti allo stampaggio ad iniezione e stampi in metallo sempre diversi per ogni figura dimensionale ed altezza (spessore) di ogni inserto.
