La presente invenzione ha per oggetto un fondello evoluto per pantaloni da ciclista con funzione di assorbimento dagli impatti e dalle vibrazioni sulla sella; il fondello è comprensivo di un componente con struttura alveolare complessa, al fine di incrementare le sue capacità di assorbimento dagli impatti e dalle vibrazioni sulla sella. The present invention relates to an evolved chamois for cyclist trousers with an impact and vibration absorption function on the saddle; the pad includes a component with a complex alveolar structure, in order to increase its absorption capacity from impacts and vibrations on the saddle.
Come è noto il fondello è una struttura ammortizzante applicata ai pantaloni da ciclista che permette di proteggere la zona pelvica del ciclista dagli impatti e dalle vibrazioni. Nel presente testo per fondello si intende una struttura ammortizzante a sandwich composta da un tessuto traspirante a contatto con il corpo del ciclista, una schiuma espansa sagomata, su cui viene adagiato e fissato il componente con struttura alveolare complessa, ed un secondo tessuto, anche accoppiato con schiuma espansa, posto a copertura della schiuma espansa sagomata e del componente con struttura alveolare complessa. Scopo della presente invenzione è quindi quello di ovviare agli inconvenienti tecnici sopra lamentati e, in particolare, quello di realizzare un fondello ove la capacità di assorbimento dagli impatti e dalle vibrazioni è maggiore rispetto all’impiego attuale di schiume espanse, aumentando di conseguenza il livello di comfort; inoltre, tale capacità di assorbimento è mantenuta per un periodo temporale molto maggiore, rispetto all’arte nota, evitando così che il ciclista debba sostituire più volte il fondello sul pantalone e contribuendo, di conseguenza, a limitare i costi.
