DESCRIPTION

The present invention is generally applicable in the field of partitioning systems for indoor environments, in particular for offices, museums, shops or the like and particularly relates to a multifunction system and a kit for making such a system.

State of the art

Systems are known for partitioning rooms that include a ceiling and a floor, for example a so-called “open space” office, a shop, a museum or similar.

Such systems generally include a plurality of upper beams connected to the ceiling or false ceiling and a plurality of lower profiles connected or inserted into the floor or false floor.

It is therefore known the need to create partition walls of different configuration according to the needs. For example, the partition walls can be continuous fixed walls, walls with door and / or walls with door and fanlight, and all can be transparent or blind and can be made with a single glass plate or with a pair of glass plates. .

For this purpose, existing systems need to provide a plurality of profiles or beams different according to the type of walls to be installed.

Furthermore, these environments generally provide for the construction of a false ceiling, while the load-bearing beams are designed to conceal one or more accessories such as alarms, lighting lights, electrical cables, data cables, air conditioning pipes, partition or similar.

Also in this case, the known systems require the realization of a plurality of different beams according to the accessories they must house.

These known systems therefore force operators to prepare the different types of beams and support profiles according to the function to be performed in the environment. This involves a high expenditure of time, high costs and a high risk of error in the procurement and / or assembly phase.

Furthermore, these types of environments are subject to frequent configuration changes, for example with reference to the type of partition walls, their positioning and / or the type of accessories (for example the positioning of lights).

Such known systems have the disadvantage of not allowing easy reconfiguration of the environments.

In general, such known partition systems can be improved in various aspects. For example, a further drawback is that it does not allow the creation of a partition wall with door and fanlight in a simple, fast and economical way.

Presentation of the invention

The object of the present invention is to at least partially overcome the drawbacks illustrated above by providing a partitioning system for an environment with high functionality and low cost.

The purpose of the invention is to provide a partition system for an environment that allows you to change the configuration of the same in a simple and economical way.

These purposes, as well as others which will become clearer in the following, are achieved by a partition system of an environment and by a kit in accordance with what is described, illustrated and / or claimed herein.

Detailed description of some preferred examples of embodiment Referring to the aforementioned figures, a partition system 1 of an environment E having a ceiling C and a floor F is described. For example, these types of environments E may be of the "open space" type , they could be an office, a shop, a museum or similar.

In the following and in the attached figures reference will be made to a single partition wall 10 without thereby limiting the scope of protection of the present invention. In fact, the partition system 1 may comprise at least one partition wall 10, preferably a plurality of partition walls 10 which may be the same or different from each other.

In particular, as better specified below, depending on the configuration of the partition walls 10, they may be blind or transparent, fixed or they may include a door, they may be single or multi-pane.

Essentially, the partition system 1 can therefore comprise an upper supporting beam or supporting profile 20, or a plurality of the same, which can be coupled with the ceiling C in a per se known manner. The support profiles 20 can therefore be structural or not. For example, they can be profiles, beams or rafters.

For descriptive simplicity, reference will be made hereinafter to the bartack 20 only.

The rafter 20 can remain visible or can support a plurality of panels 5 so as to create a false ceiling. In particular, there may be a plurality of panels 5 of the false ceiling and a plurality of elements 6 for the mutual connection of the panels 5 and of the beams 20.

Once the panels 5 and the rafter 20 have been connected, the latter will be able to cooperate to define a main development plan of the false ceiling π. On the other hand, the partition walls 10 will be able to define a π ’plane.

Preferably but not exclusively, the π plane can be a substantially horizontal plane, while the π ’plane can be a substantially vertical plane and perpendicular to the π plane.

The bar 20 may have a substantially longitudinal development defining an X axis and may comprise a pair of mutually facing side walls 21, 22 and an upper wall 23 intended to face the ceiling C.

The side walls 21, 22 can extend in respective planes substantially perpendicular to the false ceiling, ie they can be substantially perpendicular to the upper wall 23, so that the beam 20 has a substantially "C" -shaped section.

According to a particular aspect of the invention, the bartack 20 may have a particularly reduced height. For example, it may have a height of less than 100 mm, preferably less than 75 mm.

Thanks to this characteristic, the rafter 20 can have a reduced aesthetic impact even when it is not recessed, for example when there is no false ceiling. Furthermore, the same bartack 20 can be coupled with a ceiling so as to remain external to the same, that is, not recessed.

The side walls 21, 22 of the bar 20 may include an upper end 212, 222 at the upper wall 23 and an opposite end 213, 223 facing the floor F.

It is understood that the side walls 21, 22 can be divided into two or more portions, without thereby departing from the scope of protection of the attached claims.

The side walls 21, 22 may have internal surfaces 210 ', 220' and external surfaces 210 ', 220', the latter being intended to remain facing the panels 5.

The bartack 20 and the panel 5 can be coupled in such a way as to allow mutual sliding along a direction substantially parallel to the X axis and prevent mutual sliding along a direction substantially perpendicular to the same axis X, i.e. they can prevent the decoupling of the bartack 20 and of the panel 5. In this way, it will be possible to connect the panels 5 and the rafter 20 in a simple and rapid way, without the use of screws, bolts or similar fastening elements. Thanks to this characteristic, moreover, it may be possible to slightly vary the positioning of the panel 5 even when it is already connected to the rafter 20.

According to a particular aspect of the invention, as illustrated for example in FIG.

11, the same bar 20 can be configured to support panels 5 of different types, in particular of different thickness.

For this purpose, an accessory 40 can be provided which can be selectively coupled with the bar 20 so as to support panels 5 of reduced thickness. In particular, the external surface 210 '' 220 '' of the side walls 21, 22 may include an area 211, 221 configured to allow the snap coupling of the accessory 40 with the bar 20.

For example, the area 211, 221 may include one or more male and / or female elements while the accessory may include corresponding female and / or male elements.

It is understood that the accessory 40 may be a suitably shaped longitudinal profile having a portion 41 to couple with the area 211, 221 and a portion 42 to couple with the panels 5, preferably with the elements 6 of the same.

Advantageously, regardless of the type of panels 5, once the latter are coupled with the bartack 20, the panels 5 and the bartack 20 itself can be substantially flush. Preferably, the panels 5 can be substantially flush with the ends 213, 223 of the walls 21, 22.

In other words, the rafter 20 can be substantially recessed so as not to interrupt the visual continuity of the false ceiling even when the rafter 20 is devoid of accessories.

In this way, advantageously, the same rafter 20 can be installed regardless of the type of panels 5, or the type of partition wall 10, or, as better explained below, regardless of the type of accessory coupled to it.

The side walls 21, 22 and the upper wall 23 can therefore cooperate with each other to define a compartment 24 open at the bottom to removably accommodate one or more accessories 100 that perform one or more functions in the environment E.

Conveniently, all the accessories 100 can be coupled with the same bartack 20. These accessories 100 can be of different types as better explained below.

In this way, advantageously, it is possible to realize, prepare and install a single type of bartack 20 which can therefore perform different functions depending on the presence or absence of accessories 40, 100, and on the type of accessories 40, i.e. external accessories, and / or of the type of accessories 100, i.e. the internal accessories.

The internal accessories 100 can then be coupled in a removable way with the bartack 20. In this way, the configuration of the environment E can be varied as needed. Furthermore, in this way it will be possible to first install the beams 20 and only then decide and / or mount the different types of accessories 100 to perform one or more functions in the environment.

Preferably, the rafter 20 can be placed at the top, that is, it can be connected with the ceiling C.

The accessories 100 can be of different types, for example, they can be service accessories such as lighting devices, lights, emergency lights, fire alarms, cable ducts, smoke and / or presence detection sensors, loudspeakers and / or the like. On the other hand, accessories 100 can be accessories to support a partition wall 10.

For example, in FIG. 11 shows a schematic view of a rafter 20 adapted to house an opening 110. In particular, said rafter 20 is coupled both with external accessories 40 to create the false ceiling C and with internal accessories 100.

In particular, the compartment 24 internally accommodates a light 110 and a connection profile 111 coupled with the internal surfaces 210 ', 220' of the respective side walls 21, 22.

On the other hand, the rafter 20 has the wall 21 coupled with a type of panels 5 by means of the connecting element 16 and the wall 22 coupled with a different type of panels 5 having a greater thickness.

Preferably, the lights 110, the profile 111 and the panels 5 can all be substantially flush so that there is visual continuity by the user so as to give the environment E a high aesthetic appeal.

As schematically illustrated in FIG. 13, the same bar 20 can be coupled with at least one longitudinal closing profile 120 so that the latter and the panels 5 are substantially flush. In this way, even when the bar 20 does not perform any function in the environment E, it will be possible to avoid compromising the aesthetic appearance of the same.

Generally the partition accessories 100 have different dimensions, in particular with reference to the width LA of the opening 25 of the compartment 24.

In fact, beams of different sizes are generally used depending on the size of the accessories to be coupled to them. Possibly one or more different profiles are used according to the dimensions of the beams and / or the accessories to be coupled to them.

On the other hand, according to a particular aspect of the invention, a pair of longitudinal profiles 130 may be provided, selectively coupled in a removable way with the same bar 20 in order to vary the width LA of the opening 25 of the compartment 24.

For example, it is known in the sector to create partition walls 10 and / or accessories for the environment such as lights with standard widths, in particular 71 mm and 100mm.

Conveniently, the opening 25 of the compartment 24 of the bar 20 may have a width LA equal to about 100mm, while when the longitudinal profiles 130 are coupled with the side walls 21, 22 of the same, the opening 25 may have a width LA about equal to 71 mm.

The internal surface 210 ', 220' of the side walls 21, 22 as well as the faces 133, 134 of the longitudinal profiles 130 intended to remain facing the compartment 24 may comprise a plurality of male or female elements 26 to allow the coupling of the different types of accessories 100.

More in detail, the longitudinal profiles 130 may comprise an external face 131, 132 facing the internal surfaces 210 ', 220' of the side walls 21, 22 and which can be coupled with them, and an internal face 133, 134 which can be coupled with one or more accessories. or profiles as better explained below.

It is understood that in the absence of the longitudinal profiles 130, the distance between the internal surfaces 210 ', 220' at the lower end 213, 223 of the side walls 21, 22 can define the width LA of the opening 25, while when the profiles longitudinal 130 are coupled with the zone 2101 ', 2201' of the internal surfaces 210 ', 220' at the lower ends 213, 223, the distance between the faces 133, 134 can define the width LA of the opening 25.

The profiles 130 can be coupled with the bartack 20 in a removable and preferably snap action way. For this purpose, suitable male or female elements of a per se known type may be provided.

In any case, it is possible to selectively couple the accessories 130 according to the dimensions and / or configuration of the accessories 100.

For example, in FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 shows the bartack 20 with the accessories 130 suitable for supporting different embodiments of a partition wall 10, while in FIG. 12 shows a rafter 20 without accessories 130 adapted to support a further embodiment of a partition wall 10, in particular a plasterboard wall. In FIG. 11 shows a bartack 20 without accessories 130 adapted to support a light while in FIG. 13 a bartack 20 with accessories 130 and a closing element 120 is shown.

In other words, the same bar 20 can house a different plurality of accessories 100 to perform different functions in the environment E as well as different types of partition walls 10.

Essentially, the partition walls 10 may comprise at least one fixed dividing element 50, for example a glazed wall 51 or a transom 52, and / or at least one movable dividing element 60, for example a door 61 or a sliding 62. As better explained in the following, the dividing wall 10 may further comprise a support structure 70 to support said fixed and movable dividing elements 50, 60.

According to a particular aspect of the invention, the bar 20 can be configured to house partition walls 10 comprising planar dividing elements 12, preferably glass sheets 12 which may have different numbers and / or dimensions or planar insulating or plasterboard elements such as for example schematically illustrated in FIG. 12.

As is known in the industry, the glass sheets 12 frequently have small differences between them of the order of a few millimeters, as well as the distance between the floor F and the ceiling C can vary within the same environment E.

These variations can compromise the sound insulation as well as the aesthetic appearance of the environment E and sometimes can also compromise the safety of the partition system 1 itself.

Although in the present text planar dividing elements 12 consisting of glass plates are described, it is understood that they can be wooden, cork or similar plates.

Conveniently, the system 1 may comprise one or more accessories 140 adapted to support a partition wall 10 having one or more glass plates 12.

This accessory 140, similarly to the other accessories 100, can be removably snap coupled with the same bartack 20. Preferably, the accessory 140 can be a longitudinal profile.

In particular, the accessory 140 can cooperate with the bar 20 to internally define at least one seat 145 for housing the glass sheet 12. Preferably, the accessory 140 can be configured to cooperate with the bar 20 so as to form the central seat. 145 and a pair of lateral seats 146.

These seats 145, 146 may be suitable to accommodate the glass sheet 12, and in particular the upper edge 12 'of the glass sheet 12.

It is understood that in a per se known manner elastomeric elements 3 may be provided interposed between the longitudinal profiles 100 and the glass sheets 12.

The dividing wall 10 may therefore comprise a substantially planar fixed dividing element 50 which may comprise one or more glass plates 12.

Conveniently, the same longitudinal profile 140 is configured in such a way as to couple with the same bar 20 to accommodate the glass sheets 12 of different types of fixed planar elements 50.

For example, in FIG. 5, in FIG. 6 and in FIG. 7 schematically illustrate fixed planar elements 50 comprising respectively a single plate 12 in a central position, i.e. inserted in the seat 145, a single plate 12 in an off-center position, i.e. inserted in one of the seats 146, and a pair of plates 12 inserted in the pair of seats 146 .

More in detail, the profile 140 comprises an upper wall 143 and a pair of longitudinal side walls 141, 142 extending therefrom cooperating with each other to define the seat 145 internally.

In other words, the side walls 21, 22 and the side walls 141, 142 can cooperate to define the seats 146 and the central seat 145. In particular, the seats 146 can be delimited laterally by the side walls 141 and 142 and by the internal area 2101 'and 2201' of the side walls 21 and 22 or, if present, the longitudinal profiles 130, from the faces 133 and 134 of the latter.

Said longitudinal seats 145, 146 may have a pair of portions 144 extending from the upper wall 143 on opposite sides with respect to it. These portions 144 may include an end 144 'which can be coupled with the internal surface 210', 220 'of the side walls 21, 22 of the bartack 20.

In other words, the profile 140 may have a generic "π" shape in which the portions 144 are substantially inclined with respect to the wall 143.

Thanks to this characteristic, the glass sheets 12 can always be inserted into the longitudinal seats 146 without the need to intervene on them or on the rafter 20 even when there are the variations in dimensions described above.

Furthermore, since the portions 144 'are coupled at the upper surfaces 2102' and 2202 ', and the profiles 130 are coupled at the zones 2101' and 2202 ', it is possible to selectively couple or uncouple the profiles 130 and the profile 140 independently one from the other.

Thanks to this characteristic, the system 1 will be able to allow easy configuration variation operations.

Advantageously, when the profile 140 is coupled with the bar 20, the latter can support a partition wall 10 with a fixed element 50 as described above and / or with a movable element 60, for example a sliding one.

More in detail, as schematically illustrated in FIG. 8, a sliding accessory 150 may be provided inside the seat 145 in order to support a sliding partition wall 10. For example, a seat 146 can house the glass plate 12 of the fixed element 50 of the wall 10, while the seat 145 can house the accessory 150 for the mobile element 60 which can be a sliding door 62.

More in detail, the walls 141, 142 may comprise a respective internal face 141 ', 142' each comprising an area 147 for slidingly supporting the accessory 150, for example a guide rail, a projection or the like, and a seat 148 for housing the elastomeric elements 3 when the seat 145 receives the glass plate 12.

In other words, the same profile 140 can support one or more glass plates 12 of a fixed element 50 and / or the accessory 150 for the mobile element 60.

Optionally, the partition system 1 may comprise at least a rafter 20 located at the top and a profile 30 located at the bottom. For example, if there is a partition wall 10, as schematically illustrated in FIG .2, the rafter 20 can be provided at the top to connect the glass sheets 12 and the ceiling F and the profile 30 at the bottom to connect the same 12 and the floor F.

The profile 30 may have a different shape and configuration in a per se known manner. For example, if the partition wall 10 comprises one or more glass plates 12, the profile 30 may comprise one or more seats 34, 35 for them.

Essentially, a partition wall 10 may be provided which may comprise the fixed elements 50 and / or movable 60, and a support structure 70 which may comprise the rafter 20 and / or longitudinal profiles 30.

In particular, a plurality of longitudinal profiles 30 cooperating with each other to define a frame 710 can be provided. For example, the longitudinal profiles 30 can be connected with load-bearing elements 8 such as the ceiling C, the floor F, or beams 20, walls, uprights 72, 73, crosspieces 71 or the like.

For simplicity, the modular profile connected with the floor F will be described in order to define a lower support profile, as schematically illustrated in FIG. 15 and in FIG. 16. It is understood that similarly the profile 30 can be connected with any other bearing element 8, for example with the rafter 20 or with uprights 72, 73.

According to a particular embodiment, the system 1 may include a longitudinal profile 31 may include a base wall 313 defining a plane π2 which can be coupled with the bearing element 8, for example the floor F.

For example, if there are a pair of profiles 30 on opposite sides, the sheet-like element 12 can be inserted transversely, which can be formed by a single glass sheet. The same sheet-like element 12 can then remain in position inside the seat 34.

On the other hand, according to a particular embodiment, the partition system 1 may include a modular profile 30 which may therefore include one or more modules 31, 32, 33. The latter may also be longitudinal profiles.

Optionally, a kit may be provided comprising one or more of these modules 31, 32, 33 or a plurality of them which can be selectively snap coupled together to form the modular profile 30 as better described below.

Preferably, but not exclusively, the base module 31 of the kit for making the modular profile 30 can be the profile 31 described above having the side walls 312, 311 of different heights.

However, it is understood that the base module 31 of the kit for making the modular profile 30 may also have a substantially "U" shape and may have the side walls 312, 311 of equal height. In particular, the latter may be particularly low, as described above, or it may be high, approximately equal to H3 or greater.

Essentially, the modular profile 30 can be configured to house one or more planar dividing elements 12, for example one or two glass plates 12, and may therefore include a housing area 30 'for these plates 12.

More in detail, the base module 31 may comprise a base wall 313, a side wall 311 and a coupling area 314 opposite the side wall 311. The external face of the side wall 311 can therefore define the external face 301 of the modular profile 30.

The modules 32, 33 may comprise a respective zone 324, 334 for coupling with the zone 314 of the module 31.

The zones 324, 334 and the zone 314 are mutually configured so that once coupled, they define a side wall 312 facing the side wall 311. In other words, the side walls 311, 312, 313 can therefore cooperate to define the seat 34.

The module 32 may have a substantially planar shape and may therefore comprise a face 325 which includes the coupling area 324 and an opposite face 326 which may define the external face 302 of the modular profile 30.

The module 33 may include an area 334 for coupling with the area 314 of the base module 31 to define the wall 312 and a shaped portion 36 which includes a pair of facing walls 337, 338 defining the seat 35.

Conveniently, the shaped portion 36 is spaced from the area 334 so that the seats 34 and 35 are also spaced apart.

The zone 334 can be substantially similar to the zone 324 so that the seat 334 has the same configuration regardless of the module 32 or 33. Furthermore, in this way, the operator can selectively couple the module 32 or the module 31 with the same module. base 31.

Preferably, the walls 311, 312 and 324 and 337, 338 as well as the faces 301, 302 can have a substantially vertical development, while the base walls 313, 333 can have a substantially horizontal development.

Operationally, therefore, the base module 31 can be prepared and coupled with the support element 8, for example a wall. Subsequently, the sheet-like element 12 can be inserted transversely so that the latter remains in position within the seat 34.

If a single sheet-like element 12 is provided, the module 32 can be coupled with the module 31 and thus block the sheet-like element 12 in the seat 34. For example, if the sheet-like element 12 is a glass sheet, it can be use glazing beading means 3 of a per se known type.

On the other hand, if a pair of sheet-like elements 12 is provided, the module 33 can be coupled with the module 31 and thus inserting the sheet-like element 12 in the seat 35 inside which it can be locked in a known way. similarly to what is written above.

In any case, the partition wall 10 may comprise at least one fixed planar element 50 which may include one or more glass plates 12, but also blind laminar elements or insulating walls or the like, and at least one support structure 70 for the same.

The partition wall 10 may comprise several fixed planar elements 50 or fixed planar elements 50 and movable elements 60.

Essentially, the partition wall 10 may comprise the fixed elements 50 or movable elements 60 extending continuously from the lower profile 30 to the upper profile 20, or at least one crosspiece 71 may be present so that the partition wall 10 is formed by at least two set off. For example, a first part comprising the fixed element 51 or the door 61 and a second part which includes a fanlight 52.

For example, in FIG. 2 shows a partition wall 10 with the fixed planar element 51 and the transom 52, while in FIG. 20 shows a partition wall 10 with the door 61 and the transom window 52.

The support structure 70 may therefore include a support frame which comprises the crosspiece 71 and at least one pair of uprights 72, 73. Optionally, the support structure 70 may comprise the bar 20 and / or the longitudinal profiles 30.

The crosspiece 71 and the uprights 72, 73 may have different shapes depending on the characteristics of the fixed elements 50 and / or movable elements 60 of the partition wall 10.

The shapes may be different depending on the presence of one or two glass plates 12, depending on the presence of fixed planar elements 51, 52 or doors 61. In particular, in the latter case the crosspiece 71 and the uprights 72, 73 they may comprise at least one abutment area 4033 for door 61.

According to a particular aspect of the invention, a kit 400 can be provided comprising a plurality of accessories 410, 420, 430, 440, 450 to make both the uprights 72, 73 and the crosspiece 71 of the support frame 70. These accessories 410, 420, 430, 440, 450 can be longitudinal profiles.

In this way, the construction, procurement and installation of the support structure 70 will be particularly simple, cheap and fast.

Furthermore, this kit 400 can allow the assembly regardless of the dimensions of the fixed planar elements 51, 52 and / or of the doors 61 by cutting the longitudinal profiles 410, 420, 430, 440, 450 to size on site.

Furthermore, advantageously, the crosspiece 71 and the uprights 72, 73 can have seats 4021, 4022, 4031, 4032 for the glass sheets 12 and / or the stop 4033 for the door 61 only when necessary. In other words, the crosspiece 71 and the uprights 72, 73 may have minimal overall dimensions and an attractive aesthetic appearance as they are free of portions or profiles not necessary to support the fixed planar elements 50 and / or mobile 60.

The kit 400 can therefore comprise the base profile 410 and four profiles 420, 430, 440, 450 which can be selectively coupled with the same single base profile 410. Preferably, they can all be snap coupled, and even more preferably in a removable way.

In other words, according to the needs, the base profile 410 can be coupled with one or more of the profiles 420, 430, 440, 450 to form a support module 401 which can then define the crosspiece 71 or the upright 72, or the upright 73.

The support module 401 can therefore comprise a pair of opposite portions 402, 403 which can support the fixed planar elements 51, 52 and / or the door 61.

Depending on the profiles 420, 430, 440, 450 coupled with the profile 410, the portion 402 may comprise a seat 4021 or a pair of seats 4021, 4022 for the glass sheets 12, while the portion 403 may comprise a seat 4031 or a pair of seats 4031, 4032 for the glass sheets 12 or the rebate area 4033 for the door 61.

Some preferred but not exclusive embodiments of partition walls 10 comprising different support modules 401 are described below.

In FIG. 20 a partition wall 10 is shown with the transom window 52 having two glass plates 12, the door 61 and the base profile 410 coupled with the longitudinal profiles 420, 430, 440 to form a support module 401 defining the crosspiece 71. The support module 401 can therefore have the seats 4021, 4022 and the stop 4033 for the door 61.

In FIG. 22 shows a partition wall 10 with the door 61 having two glass plates 12 and the base profile 410 coupled with the longitudinal profiles 420, 430, 440 to form a support module 401 defining the uprights 72 and 73. The module support 401 therefore has the seats 4021, 4022 and the stop 4033 for the door 61.

In FIG. 25 a partition wall 10 is shown with the transom 52 having a glass plate 12, the door 61 with two glass plates 12, and the base profile 410 coupled with the longitudinal profiles 420, 430, 440 to form a support module 401 defining the crosspiece 71. The support module 401 therefore has the seat 4021 and the stop 4033 for the door 61.

In FIG. 27 a partition wall 10 is shown with the fixed partition element 51 having two glass plates 12 and the base profile 410 coupled with the longitudinal profiles 420, 440, 450 to form the element support module 401 fixed planar 50. The support module 401 therefore has the seats 4021, 4022 and the seats 4031, 4032 for the glass plates 12.

Essentially, the base profile 410 can therefore have a substantially rectangular section and can comprise two opposite portions 4101, 4102.

The base profile 410 may have a coupling area 411 for the accessories 420 and 430. The coupling area 411 may comprise a protuberance 412 which can cooperate with the accessories 420, 430 themselves to define the abutment area 4033.

More in detail, the protuberance 412 may comprise two portions 4121, 4122 intended to be coupled with respective seats 421 and 431 of the longitudinal profiles 420 and 430. In other words, the portions 4121, 4122 and the seats 421, 431 may define male and mating female.

Once coupled, the outer surface 432 of the longitudinal profile 430 can act as an abutment surface for the door 61, defining the abutment area 4033 of the support module 401.

The base profile 410 may also comprise at least one coupling area 414, 415 for at least one of the longitudinal profiles 440 and 450. Preferably, the portion 4101 may comprise the coupling area 414 while the opposite portion 4102 may comprise the coupling area 415 .

As shown in the attached figures, the portion 4102 can comprise both the zone 411 and the zone 415.

The latter may include a pair of seats 4151, 4152 for corresponding protrusions 451, 452 of profile 450.

The profile 450 may also include at least one seat 453 to support the glass plate 12, and in particular the edge 12 'of the latter. In other words, the seat 453 can define the seat 4031 of the support module 401.

Optionally, the base profile 410 can be coupled with the profile 450 and the profile 420 to form the seat 4031 as described above and the seat 4032.

In fact, the portion 4122 of the protuberance 412 of the base profile 410 will be able to cooperate with a planar portion 422 of the profile 420 to define the seat 4032.

In this way, depending on which of the profiles 450, 420, 430 is coupled to the base profile 410, the portion 4102 can support a plate 12, two plates 12 or the stop 4033 for the door 61.

On the other hand, the base profile 410 may include a coupling area 414 for the longitudinal profile 440. This area may include at least one recess defining a seat 4141 for a corresponding protuberance 441 of the profile 440.

The latter may then include a seat 443 to support the glass plate 12, and in particular the edge 12 'of the latter. In other words, the seat 443 can define the seat 4021 of the support module 401.

The upper portion 4101 of the base profile 410 may also comprise a seat 416 which may define the seat 4022 of the support module 401.

Eventually, this seat 416 may be protected by a removable closing element 416 '. In this way, when the seat 4022 is not required for a glass sheet 12, the same seat 416 can remain hidden from view by the closing element 416 '.

The seat 4022 and the seat 4021 may be mutually spaced, similarly, the seat 4031 and the seat 4032 may be spaced apart. In this way, when a single plate 12 is present it can be supported by one of the seats 4021, 4022 or 4031, 4032, while when there are fixed planar elements 51, 52 with a pair of plates 12, these can be supported by both. offices 4021, 4022 or offices 4031, 4032.

The partition wall 10 may therefore comprise the door 61 as described above which may comprise a support frame 610 or may be without it.

According to a particular aspect of the invention, the partition wall 10 may comprise the support structure 70, which may for example comprise the uprights 72, 73, possibly also the crosspiece 71, and the door 61 which may comprise a perimeter support frame 610 of the glass plate 12.

Preferably, the upright 72 can support the door 61 in rotation, while the upright 73 can act as a stop for the latter.

It is understood that one or both of the uprights 72, 73 can be preferably but not exclusively made by means of the kit 200.

Essentially, the door 61 can comprise the perimeter frame 610, the glass plate 12, handles 611 and a lock assembly 63 operatively connected with the latter. Advantageously, as better explained below, the lock assembly 63 can be placed inside the perimeter frame 610.

In this way the glass plate 12 can be free of pockets or holes. For example, it may have a rectangular shape with substantially continuous edges 12 '.

In this way the glass sheets 12 can be made in a simple and economical way. For example, they can be made of stratified or laminated glass so as to have high acoustic insulation characteristics.

Optionally, the lock assembly 63 may include a latch or bolt 632. On the other hand, the upright 73 may include a corresponding seat 731 to accommodate the latch or bolt 632 when the door 61 is closed.

The perimeter support frame 610 may comprise at least one vertical portion 6101 with at least one longitudinal profile 612. Preferably, the entire vertical portion 6101 of the frame 610 can be made by means of the longitudinal profile 612.

The longitudinal profile 612 may have an external face 6122 intended to come into contact with the upright 73 of the support structure 70 to act as a stop and an opposite internal face 6121 to support the glass sheet 12.

In particular, the face 6122 may comprise a substantially planar area 6122 'while the upright 73 may comprise a corresponding substantially planar area 732. The areas 732 and 6122' can then mutually abut to define the door stop.

The faces 6121, 6122 can be spaced apart. In particular, the longitudinal profile 612 may have a substantially rectangular section with the pair of faces 6121, 6122 and the pair of opposite faces 6123, 6124 transversely to the former.

Conveniently, the lock assembly 63 can remain interposed between the faces 6121, 6122, preferably between the faces 6121, 6122 and the faces 6123, 6124.

The profile 612 can therefore comprise a through hole 616 for the panel 631. On the other hand, according to a particular embodiment, the profile 612 can be substantially hollow and the faces 6123, 6124 can therefore comprise a respective hole 616 for the panel. 631.

The internal face 6121 may include at least one seat 613 for the at least one glass plate 12 or at least one pair of seats 613, 613 'for the pair of glass plates 12.

According to a particular aspect of the invention, the partition wall 10 may have a pair of substantially continuous opposite faces 101, 102.

In particular, the fixed dividing elements 50 and / or movable 60 and the support structure 70 will be able to cooperate to define the continuous faces 101, 102 of the partition wall 10.

For example, as schematically shown in FIG. 2, the door 61, the support frame 70, and the transom window 52 can all be aligned so as to define the continuous faces 101, 102. Also the embodiments of the partition walls 10 illustrated in FIG. 22 and FIG. 27 show faces 101, 102 continuous.

This feature is not exclusive. For example in FIG. 25 shows a partition wall 10 in which the face 102 is continuous and the opposite face 101 has a discontinuity.

In this way it will be possible to have a high aesthetic appeal of the partition wall 10 and more generally of the partition system 1.

In FIG. 30 shows a door 61 with the support frame 610 and the lock assembly 63 placed inside it. Also in this case, the partition wall 10 can have one or both external faces 101, 102 substantially continuous.

More in detail, the seats 613, 613 'can be configured in such a way that the plate or the plates 12 remain substantially flush with the faces 6123, 6124 so that the external face 615 or the external faces 615, 615' of the door 61 are substantially continuous.

Conveniently, one or both of the uprights 72, 73 can have a width substantially equal to the width of the longitudinal profile 612, that is, they can be substantially flush.

In this way, when the door 61 is closed, the latter and the support structure 70 will be able to present a substantial visual continuity.

More generally, thanks to this characteristic, the partition wall 10 can have one or both faces 101, 102 substantially continuous.

Even if not specified, the profiles or modules described above can all have a substantially longitudinal development and can be coupled to each other and / or to the rafter 20 in a removable, preferably snap action.

For this purpose, male-female elements of a per se known type may therefore be present.

The invention is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all falling within the attached claims. All the details can be replaced by other technically equivalent elements, and the materials can be different according to the requirements, without departing from the scope of protection of the invention defined by the attached claims.

Claims (10)

CLAIMS 1. A system for partitioning an environment (E) having at least one load-bearing element (8) such as a ceiling, a floor, a post, a crosspiece or the like, comprising: - at least one partition wall (10) comprising at least one sheet-like element (12) or a pair of the latter; - at least one support profile (30) for said at least one sheet-like element (12) which can be coupled with the at least one bearing element (8); in which said at least one support profile (30) comprises an area (30 ') for housing said at least one sheet-like element (12) and a first and a second external face (301, 302) which are visible on opposite sides with respect to said housing area (30 '). System according to the preceding claim, comprising a plurality of support profiles (30) so as to define a support frame (710) for said at least one sheet-like element (12). 3. A kit for making a modular support profile (30) usable in a partition system according to claims 1 or 2, the kit comprising: - at least a first longitudinal module (31) comprising a base wall (313), a first side wall (311) extending from said base wall (313) and a first coupling area (314) facing said first side wall ( 311) and spaced from it; - at least a second longitudinal module (32) which can be coupled with said at least one first longitudinal module (31) to cooperate with the same so as to form a first longitudinal seat (34) to house the at least one sheet-like element (12); - at least one third longitudinal module (33) which can be coupled with said at least one first longitudinal module (31) to cooperate with it so as to define said first seat (34) and at least one second longitudinal seat (35) to house a pair of elements sheets (12); wherein said second and said third longitudinal module (31, 32) can be alternatively selectively coupled with said at least one first longitudinal module (31) to form said modular support profile (30). 4. Kit according to the preceding claim, wherein said at least a second and a third longitudinal module (32, 33) have a respective second coupling zone (324, 334) intended to interact with said first coupling zone (314) of said first longitudinal module (31) to mutually couple the first ones with the latter, said first (314) and second coupling area (324, 334) cooperating reciprocally to form a second side wall (312) facing said first side wall (311). 5. Kit according to the preceding claim, wherein said at least one second longitudinal module (32) has a substantially planar shape so that when it is coupled with said first longitudinal module (31), said first side wall (311) and said second side wall (312) face each other and are mutually spaced. 6. Kit according to claim 4 or 5, wherein said at least one third longitudinal module (33) has a shaped portion (36) with a pair of third and fourth lateral walls (337, 338) mutually facing each other to define said second longitudinal seat (35), said shaped portion (36) being spaced from said second coupling area (334). Kit according to the preceding claim, wherein when said third longitudinal module (33) is coupled with said first longitudinal module (31) said first side wall (311) and said fourth side wall (338) respectively define said first ( 301) and said second (302) external face of said support profile (30). 8. A longitudinal profile (30) usable in a partition system according to claims 1 or 2 with a base wall (313) defining a plane (π2) which can be coupled with the at least one bearing element (8), and a first and second side walls (311, 312) facing each other and extending from said base wall (313) to define a first seat (34) for the at least one sheet-like element (12), wherein said second side wall (312) has a first height (H3) lower than 15 mm, preferably of about 10 mm. 9. Profile according to the preceding claim, wherein said first side wall (311) has a second height (H2), said first height (H3) being lower than said second height (H2). 10. Method of partitioning an environment (E) having at least one load-bearing element (8) such as a ceiling, a floor, a post, a crosspiece or the like, the method comprising the following steps: - preparation of at least one sheet-like element (12); - provision of at least one longitudinal profile (30) in accordance with claim 8 or 9, the first comprising a base wall (313) defining a plane (π2) intended to be coupled with the at least one bearing element (8) and a seat (34) intended to receive the at least one sheet-like element (12); - coupling of said at least one longitudinal profile (30) with the at least one bearing element (8); - insertion of said at least one sheet-like element (12) in said at least one support profile (30), the first being inserted substantially parallel to said plane (π2).
